I was surprised to read negative reviews of Ferguson. We have bought Kia vehicles from a few different dealerships and we have now sold a car to Ferguson, and they've knocked it out of the park each time. They do not mark up their vehicles like other dealerships so the prices are hard to beat. As far as customer service they've always communicated quickly and clearly. Perhaps there's a bad egg or two in their operation that causes some of these reviews but as far as I'm concerned they're top notch. I'll always check their inventory before buying any car down the road. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow. I visited to purchase a vehicle and was misled by the salesman, Daryon, who made promises about details and vehicle condition that were not fulfilled when promised. Despite agreeing on a windshield replacement and a premium detail the vehicle was neither properly detailed nor had the windshield replaced the day of pick up. The dealership had 1 week to complete the items because I had an upcoming vacation. Daryon became irate when I expressed my concerns and dismissed me, even though I had a clear agreement. I had to return to the dealership multiple times, where I was met with more unprofessionalism from Daryon who at one point raised his voice at me and Rob from finance had to ask him to Leave 3 times before he finally did. Rob ultimately got me connected with Manager Keegan was the only one to handle the situation appropriately. It's clear that Daryon will say anything to close a deal. I sincerely hope Ferguson takes customer service more seriously than their sales targets. Because no customer deserves to be lied to and treated this way. Be cautious when buying from here, as the promises made may not be honored. The vehicle still has a terrible smell. There are more details I have left out and would love the opportunity to discuss those details with a leader at Ferguson. On a positive note, Brian S, Keegan, and Rob were helpful. Daryon, however, needs a serious lesson in integrity and customer service. I love the vehicle, but the experience was awful. read more

If u see a vehicle that's a good price it's already sold but they will tell you they have it and the next morning when your scheduled to test drive it's gone. they sale you a truck that they said there service department checked from top to bottom it in perfect condition they said .that's a lie. but only let you drive it a short distance because they want to hide the problems of what is really wrong with it . so let me explain something here. i know how the system works . first the mechanics look it over and see what needs to be fixed . then they send the list of what needs to be fixed to the parts department they look up the parts and how much it cost for the parts .they only pay a little over cost price . the service manager figures how much it will all cost .then it goes to the sales managers to decide on what they want to fix as cheap as possible so they get more money out of the sale . well this truck started to fall apart just two or three days after i got it . it started to make a loud humming noise from the driver side in the front you hit a small bump it would jerk to the left the tail gate wouldn't work from the out side tire pressure monitor stopped working the gear shifter got loose and i told them 3 times the radio screen would black out the first time the radio stayed on but where the milage is on the cluster went black also then it blacked out again and the radio stopped working for an hour . so i took it back for them to fix it all . i spoke with bobby the service manager in his office and told him about the radio blacking out and not working that was the third time i told him about it setting right beside him in his office . they called and said it's ready to be picked up . i asked about the radio . o it wasn't written down on the list of things that needed fixing . after being told 3 damn times ,three times i guess it went in one of his ears and right out the other . but they want their loaner truck back but said it would be a few weeks and i will have to pay a diagnostic fee of 199.00 for them to look at it . i shouldn't have to pay a damn thing they were told and probly knew about it but didn't do nothing about the radio . they claimed to have fixed the other problems i don't know because i havent picked it up yet to see how good of a job they did .take my advice stay away from ferguson super store .they will lie to you and fill you full of crap to get you to buy from them . negitive 5 star rating from me read more

Bought a new truck from Ferguson and the experience was great! James Wilkens helped us out and answered all the questions.

Not only did the car almost blow up on me within the first week, the 'service tire system' light came on over 2 weeks ago while I'm driving. I pull into a tire store & ask if someone could check them, making sure I tell at least 3 people what rip off Ferguson Superstore is, I find out there's the right amount of air in all 4 tires, they were checked & tire gauge was used. 41psi in each one. So I text my husband to tell him of yet one more problem & he tells me to stop at Autozone and have them check the alternator because you can hear the car coming from a mile away because it's making a squalling sound my husband describes as 'it sounds like it's going to blow up' noise. So I go there and ask if someone at the store would check that part for me. Guy comes back in the store and says alternator is fine, but the serpentine belt is the wrong size. So I buy a new one. We actually know an honest mechanic so my husband talks to him and he says bring the car to him. He looks at it and says the belt is the right size, it's the part that it's on is bent. So $1250 later, it has a new water pump, alternator, thermostat & serpentine belt. Pretty much we just bought a piece of shit and had to pay just to be able to drive it- owning it 3 weeks. Oh, and did I mention that the paper tag ran out on 9-4 and we still don't have the title to tag this piece of junk? This is where I have to take back the part in my first review that the salesman, Aaron Morris, when I said he was a nice kid.. he's just as bad as all the others. He blew up my phone for 4 days wanting to know if I had any questions. The 1 question I should've asked is 'would you put your wife and 2 foster kids in this car'? I'm sure that answer wouldn't have been yes. He lied too. I'm going to the dealership today to see where the damn title is, I'm going to park as far away as I can from the front doors & im going to walk around before I go in and tell anyone on the lot what a joke this place is, don't buy shit from them, run as far away as you can. Then, I'll go inside & show my ass and let everyone within range of hearing me how horrible they are. I might go out in handcuffs, but I'll feel better. Worst effing experience in my life. I picked out a used Subaru that I wanted, signed the paperwork to run my credit and they ran my credit thru 8 different banks without asking me; KNOWING that I'm trying to rebuild my credit. They then approved me (without talking to me) for a bright blue Toyota Camry that I didn't want! When I got the Credit Karma notifications saying I had EIGHT NEW inquires on my credit, I messaged the salesman Taylor and asked him if they were hard inquires, to which he said "no, soft inquires, they are only hard if YOU check your credit". I still have the text messages from him to prove this, as well as the emails from credit karma. Lmao, this place is terrible. I always hate to go car shopping with all the usual pushy salespeople trying to sell you what they need to get rid of for the highest price they can extort from you. That Is not the experience I had here. My salesman Jack Jewel really listened to me, helped define my needs and allowed me to explore their inventory. He was patient with my indecision and allowed my decision to unfold organically. The finance manager Art Montanez was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, helped me explore the options available for financing. And he found me an amazing financing offer. They both managed to get me into a new Buick Encore for less than the used car I went in to explore. I am thrilled with my new car and amazed by the calm caring experience I had in buying. This is one of the worst working experiences i've ever had and the fact someone who isn't even out of high school yet a "retard" when she has a daughter whom is 3 years younger than i am, I'm 18 and and that is a very uncalled for comment, no wonder candice has a high turn over rate due to BULLING present/past employees. Run by liars and thieves. Bought a 2023 Sportage from them 3 months ago. It has spent nearly two of those 3 months collecting dust in the service department over a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Was lied to over and over. I have made two $550 ($1100) car payments and have barely been able to enjoy my new vehicle. My KIA app says my car has not even been started in the past 20 days (August 11 to August 31), but Kevin Lindsay the service manager says they have been running all sorts of tests? When challenged he cannot recall the tests and the technician that performed the tests is conveniently unavailable. What Kevin Lindsay, or the last service manager that started this nightmare (I forget his name), does not know is that I am formerly a KIA elite certified service advisor. The policy even 7 years ago was that any tech that touches a car must be punched in on it. Then the tech must log (in the greatest detail possible) anything he does or tests? Why? Why would they not just blow off procedure and go rogue? I will tell you BECAUSE EVERY EMPLOYED PERSON I HAVE EVER MET LIKES TO GET PAID FOR THIER JOB! That's right folks, if the tech does not log the work (even the troubleshooting) he does not get paid. According to Kevin Lindsay his techs work for free and do not follow KIA Certified Technician procedure. That is why he cannot pull up the work order (if there even is one) and see when, who, how and what has been done to my car. He must rely on these disappearing techs that are doing charity work and memorize all vehicles vin numbers, diagnostics, parts and repairs. Leaving poor Kevin Lindsay helpless against mean old customers that have the nerve to want to know what is going on with their very expensive brand new cars. No one else at the dealership seems to care either. "JUST SIGN HERE, GIVE US YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BOTHER US ANYMORE!" They should put that little slogan in their ads. It would be the first honest words that I have heard spoken on behalf of these crooks. ANYWAY! IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY OR SERVICE (UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DOING BOTH) A KIA RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. We recently tried to purchase a Hyundai Sonata for my son's first car. He is currently an active duty Navy Corpsman and arrived at the dealership with a check from Navy Federal Credit Union. The check was for $500 less than the asking price so we assumed negotiation wouldn't be a problem. The dealer declined the offer and countered with the full purchase price at an interest rate of 21 percent! They already knew he was approved for an interest rate of 9 percent through NFCU. They tried to scam him for an interest rate that was more than double what he already had. After we refused, they continued to push the scam!! We proceeded to Jackie Cooper Infiniti and purchased a used vehicle from them. No games. No nonsense. Great experience! read more

My first car I purchased from there. Had no issues with that. My second car however.... Man was it some bull... First the finance guys.... They only care about the almighty dollar.. They'll try to sign you up for all kinds of stuff you don't even need... The sales people only care about making the sale, but don't care about you once you leave that lot! I bought a new car and drove off the lot with empty tank of gas. Sales guy said come back tomm and "I'll take care of you" I took his word for it.. Came back the next day... He wasn't there. Emailed him and called him about my gas.. Never returned my call. I work in sales myself..if he couldn't come thru for me on the gas.. All he had to say was I cant do it..id be ok with that. But no follow up. No call back.. And yet they managed to Send me an email asking about a review... Welp here ya go.. I shouldn't have to call people and hunt down people for gas.. It not worth it. My experience left me to conclude that Ferguson is nothing but your average sleazy used car dealership, which was not what I expected based on their size and the other reviews that I read before doing business with them. I bought my car from a long distance and had it delivered to me. When I did, I was upset to smell oil after driving the vehicle home for the first time. In short order, a service tech told me that the vehicle was in fact leaking oil. I reached out to their general manager, Stewart Brown, and was repulsed by his response. He was combative and ultimately patronized me for buying a "high mileage" vehicle (it was a 6 year old vehicle with 85k miles on it) and not expecting it to have issues. He even told me that Ferguson does inspect vehicles that they put in their inventory for sale, but that they neither repair oil leaks, or disclose them to potential buyers! After much back and forth and passing off the issue to someone in the service department, someone did agree to reimburse me $250 for a $900 repair. Proof of that is in the picture attached. May 24, 2021. I purchased a used vehicle from the Kia Store at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow, OK. I also purchased there Endurance Service Agreement. The vehicle check engine light came on about 50 miles away from dealership and was making a noise under hood. I had the code read the next day, it was the Cadillac Convert Bank 2. I had vehicle repaired May 27, 2021. July 1, 2021 vehicle started cutting out really bad and check engine light came on. Scheduled vehicle in to local GM dealership. advised no oil on dip stick & it miss fired on 2,4,5,& 6. Advised to do a oil consumption test. I was to drive vehicle 1000 miles take in for evaluation. Long story short. The motor is gone, needs replaced, a loose engine air box filter assembly ( needs replaced} and the Cadillac Convert that I just has replaced is stopped up again. This is the 4th time this vehicle has been in a Service Dept since my purchase. I've contacted this Dealership many times, by phone and email. Todays conversation, their not going to honor anything and to not contact them anymore. Endurance has denied the claim. I've been taken all the way around. I submitted a signed cancellation form on Sept 22, 2021 to Ferguson to cancel the Endurance Service Agreement. I have spoken with my CC Company & I will follow up with my CC to dispute any chargers from Endurance. I would not buy a tricycle from this Dealership. They don't have a problem taking your money & selling you a total loss vehicle. This is a horrible way to treat a customer. I want people to know how I have been done. Our experience was good up until my 30 day temp tag was about to expire. These dumbasses waited until 2 days before my tag was going to expire to mail it. We live in KC, KS. So now it is the weekend, the inspection offices and DMV will not be opened for us to get the vehicle inspected and registered. I do not typically leave reviews but after having such a negative experience with the Ferguson Service Department I decided to leave one. Ferguson came highly recommended to me by several family members that have purchased cars and used their service department over the years. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra that was having severely dangerous electrical issues causing me to lose power steering and even leading to the engine shutting off while driving. I made sure to make a list of every issue before visiting Ferguson to make sure I covered everything. Upon arrival, I was greeted and promptly taken care of and put in a courtesy vehicle. Later in the morning I received a call from Brandon Williams, my service advisor. He lightly explained the issue and told me it would be $1,800 total to fix and nothing was covered under my extended warranty because of the miles. I asked to call him back because I needed time to process the total. The mileage issue did not sound correct to me so I called the dealer I purchased the truck from to confirm my warranty. It was still under warranty. I then called Brandon back to follow up. He told me it was due to a mileage discrepancy prior to me owning the car that voided the warranty. I told him to discuss this with his manager before moving forward because that did not sound like it should be my problem. I then called my extended warranty company to discuss the matter. She then confirmed that no one from Ferguson had contacted them about my policy. At this time I realized he had made up the story about it not being covered. 2 hours later he called me back and said part of the service would be taken care of and I asked why the warranty company was not contacted and he did said it was a misunderstanding and stuttered around his response. I then spoke with the GM that was not all that apologetic about how I had been treated and lied to by his employee and just wanted to know if I wanted my car fixed. Then a couple hours later the service manager called me because Brandon did not want to handle to situation anymore. He then proceeds to tell me that $1200 of the repair was covered under my FACTORY warranty. This means Brandon not only did not check my extended warranty but did not even call on the factory warranty before calling and telling me it would cost $1800 to repair. The service manager had no explanation for his employee nor did he apologize for this. Still at this point no one had checked the extended warranty. About an hour later he calls back to tell me the rest is not covered. I asked for the total for that repair and he gave me the price. At that time I asked what they were going to do to help me out after everything I had been through that day with being lied to and having to do his employees job as well as taking hours of my productivity at my own job. He then started to argue with me about what did I expect from him and that he had to work on this too! He was very angry with me and did not want to help me out or even apologize at all. He finally said "FINE I'll see what I can do" and we hung up. I finally heard back from him and he offered 15% off parts and services (which was not even $100) . At this point I was so exhausted and wanted them to begin work so I agreed to it. A week later I finally got my vehicle back and was never apologized to from Brandon even though I saw him and he got my car for me. Then on my way home one of the issues was still happening. I immediately tried to call Brandon and no answer and call was never returned. I am so beyond disappointed in all of this experience. Especially because I had intended to trade my vehicle in with them soon. I will not be back. I would have appreciated more from them and be treated with a little more respect and them to offer to make it right after the nightmare it was instead of having to argue my way to a very slight discount. Please always check the warranties yourself before trusting them. Who knows how many people would have agreed to $1800 just to get the car fixed and back on the road since the issues were so severe. read more

I felt the internet ad was miss leading, in that it listed a lot of options that are not necessary on the vehicle that the add is referring to. Also there was no mention of document fee $249 that is added on at the time of signing the finial contract. That is quite a bit of money for 15 minutes of work. My girlfriend and is saw a Yukon XL online. We live in Kansas City and had called and spoken to the salesperson a few times. She assured me that the body was in fantastic shape and had no damage at all. She even sent me additional pictures. We agreed on a price and decided to drive to Tulsa to buy it. We have 5 kids so this was a huge decision. We rented a hotel room to stay at in Tulsa for the night. We arrived at the dealership and immediately walked to the car that they had parked out front. The salesperson never came out to greet us, we had to go in and get her. During my initial review of the car I immediately noticed that the front bumper had been damaged. the repair looked like some teenager had tried to fix it. There was unsanded paint, unsanded bondo and paint runs! I immediately told her that we were very upset and had not been told about this. I called my girlfriends dad, who owns his own auto shop in KC and he said the repair would be $400-500. She went and got the manager and he said that his shop said that the repair would cost $300. Since we lived out of town, he offered to take $300 off of the price. I told him that I knew the repair was going to cost 400-500. I said that he needed to take off the $500 or we were going to leave. He put his hand out and said, "have a nice day". His name was Andrew Tipton and he was completely rude. He did not seem to care that we just driven 4 hours (8 hours round trip) with 5 kids to buy a car that had damage that we were not told about. The trip with gas, food and hotel for 7 of us, the weekend was a waste of probably $400 plus the frustration. I would suggest finding another dealer to buy from. read more
