In several of these calls my credit union was blamed, I was even told "I don't know why your credit union can't find it", my response was they couldn't find something that was never sent! The last time I called the man hung up on me and said he'd have the manager call me tomorrow, I'm still waiting and that was 2 days ago. When my key with new battery would not start my Toyota Corolla, Phl, the Manager, I believe, leaped in to help! At first he got the snow plow to try to jump start to no avail, but Phil stayed with me. He had the intelligence to finally realize my key had been wiped and had to be reprogrammed. He sat in the car on a busy, cold, snowy day with me managing the all call and reprogramming of my FREE new key! When we had to wait, he made sure I had a comfortable chair in the office and free popcorn. I was so touched by the whole operation - Phil saved me the expense of calling AAA or having to buy a new key and he waved off the plow driver who returned to ask for payment for trying (unsuccessfully) to jump start my car. There Customer Service is HORRIBLE , They damaged my Townhouse and refused to pay for it. They did…read morea lot of Damage by using a sledge hammer to break apart my Tub , they hit it so hard that pictures were coming off the wall , they knocked tiles off the wall in the bathroom and when they repaired them they used a different color grout , they used gray instead of white and it sticks out like a sore thumb. They also left cracks in my walls by using the sledge hammer I would call and the manager would get back to me. They also have financing that they are in collusion with Wells Fargo. NO ONE EVER CALLED. They finally sent me the paperwork and the interest rate was all wrong. It was suppose to be 0% interest for the first 2 years and 7% interest after that but instead I got paperwork stating that the interest rate was 27.99%. They never told me this was a credit card. The salesman completely lied Bath Fitter lied to the finance company and they refused to send me the original paperwork. I have asked many , many times and still no original paperwork. The price they gave me at the original sales call was completely different from the price that showed up on the paperwork from Wells Farge Paperwork. when the salesman was here he gave me a price of $9495 and on the paperwork from Wells Fargo it was $10,995. EVERYONE AT BATH FITTER IS LYING and THEY ARE IN COLLUSION WITH WELLS FARGO. STAY AWAY FROM BATH FITTER and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
