Great place for quality beer. Chris is great and trying to bring in some top quality kegs. I'll happily return next time I'm in Tally.

This is a cool place in the funky little All Saints area next to Sugar Rush and down the street from the Bark. It's a dark and narrow bar but still welcoming and comfortable. The bartenders are super friendly and helpful when you're not sure what to order. On my most recent visit, I had a grapefruit radler and also a cherry mead from Meridian Hive. Both were delicious alone as well as mixed together. My only complaint is that there is only one single bathroom. I swear the minute you go in and lock the door, someone else is trying to get in. Kind of annoying...

Ultimate vibes drinking place. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking just to chill, have a few beers, and watch some sports. Service is great and the people there are super nice.

Wonderful little bar hidden away in a slightly dicey neighborhood. - Eclectic selection of beer - Friendly barkeep - Next to and affiliated with The Grain restaurant - you can order food from there. But beware, The Grain is closed on Monday, so while Fermentation is not, the only food available that night are hot pretzels and a cheese plate. - There's a video screen in the back. It was playing Kurosawa's Kagemushu the night I was in. The barkeep said they normally do YouTube videos but decided to switch it up. Seating is limited - this is not a big place. There are several seats at the small bar, a few behind you at tables and some lounge/cinema seats in the back. A few tables outside. Beer is reasonably priced. Recommended.

The most relaxing change of pace from the Tallahassee bar scene. Fermentation Lounge is a craft beer hide out for young professionals, worldly adults, and dare I say, the more intellectual patrons of the Tallahassee arts district. The ever-changing tap list (12, I believe) showcases the best microbreweries from around the countries. Oskar Blues, Lagunitas, Bells, etc. I'd elaborate on their extensive selection of ciders, wines and meads, but those aren't my forte. Also, I learned last night that if you wish to take a beer to go, you may choose any bottled beer and purchase it for 25% off. Fascinating! And also an exceptional ploy to try out those certain brews you can never buy singles of in retail stores. The service is always delightful. Truly outstanding people behind the counter who can actually hold a real-life conversation with you. As for the atmosphere, FL is the place where instead of "turning up," you read a thick novel while soaking up the most excellent outdoor seating area. And if my two cents means anything, I'd stick with that swanky blues playlist from last night because that's my jam!

Great and vast selection of Craft beer. Literally there has to be like a hundred or more options both on can and in draft. If you are a craft beer lover and want to try beers from different breweries and styles, then this is your spot. Other places like World of Beer, Crafthouse, etc. I feel do not truly have a vast selection of high quality, limited, and known new beers within the craft community and from around the U.S.

Excellent beer selection, and lots of non-typical choices to excite even the stalled pallet. Relaxing vibe and atmosphere. Come chill and educate your drink senses.

Really cute spot, great beer selection and knowledge staff. When it's nice out, they have a cute outdoor area to sit and drink your beer and in the winter they sometimes have an outdoor heater going which is nice. Have had some weird encounters with the bartender though.

Great little spot to grab a glass of wine or try a new beer. We tried Mead for the first time, which had a great taste and hint if sweetness, from the honey. They have a large selection of beers on tap and canned, as well as wine. Small, but various bar menu. We tried the pretzels, one with German mustard, and the second with cheese. I was pleasantly surprised to see them actually heating the cheese stove top and it was saved in the sauce pan it which it was cooked. Saw that they have a special on Tuesday nights, two tacos for $5.00. While seating is limited inside, the do offer outside tables and chairs. They also had a wide selection of board and card games, so you could plan a game night with friends, while enjoying your drink of choice.

Cool relaxed vibes. Great bartenders who genuinely want you to enjoy and learn new beverages. Outdoor seating that accommodates any group or couple. Excellent beers, ciders, mead, snacks. What's not to love about this place? Oh, it does get super intense crowded late at night but pre-6pm is GOLDEN.

A watering hole in its truest form. That's the description that probably fits best for the Fermentation Lounge. Craft beers, wines, and a couple of cider choices. Small, narrow venue with a bar, couch seating and outside tables. Definitely friendly staff and patrons. For me it's a place to meet friends to start the evening or just a quaint place to study or surf the internet. Parking in the area is extremely tight so be on your toes!

The pictures are from a recent event they did to showcase Monkey Shoulder whisky. They also now offer charcuterie boards from Little Paris, a restaurant nearby. A nice addition! But here's what's really great about the Lounge: if you aren't sure what brand or type of liquor you might want to buy or try, ask for a flight. We wanted to explore various toed of gin and they poured us a flight of different brands. But more than that, they poured it for us straight up and with tonic so we could try then both ways. Then, since they are part of and connected to the liquor store, we could go next door and buy the gins we liked. Pretty cool and very convenient.

Though you cannot enjoy a cigar inside they have a nice covered area outside the lounge. Spirit availability was impressive for the size lounge. I was interested in Redbreast Irish Whiskey and they had 12, 15, and wow 21!!! The lounge inside was what I consider small, bar seating, and some table and comfortable chairs. The outside area was covered. Comfortable chairs with tables and ashtrays to handle about 25+/-. Two TV's. There are standing fans and heaters. There was no service to the outside area, so you picked-up your choice of spirit and got comfortable outside. We enjoyed our spirit and cigars with no one complaining about the smoke. It happened to be a very rainy night and the north area was a bit flooded, but no leaks from above. Pro Great selection of spirits. Cigar and I think cigarettes, evidence by butts in the ashtrays, are allowed outside. The inside lounge was very clean, as well as the two unisex bathrooms. Con The flooded area was unfortunate, but there was only three of us, and it didn't cause an issue. The Ashtrays had been mostly emptied, but not wiped down. Really not inviting to rest your cigar on a dirty ashtray. An easy wipe with a microfiber goes a long way. Not really a Con, but there was no Service outside on the Tuesday night we visited. Overall a nice experience for a dreary night. My friends and I will return, hopefully on a nicer evening. Note: If you don't bring your own cigar, the liquor store has a small selection available right next door.

There was somewhat of a strict dress code being enforced that night which didn't allow my cousin to enter due to the fact that her dress was made of a mesh material at the bottom, which is why I deducted a star from this review. After driving home to change and making it back to the club, the entrance fee had increased a whole $10 which was outrageous!!! We went ahead and paid the fee since it was her birthday but $30 per person is a little steep for a hole in the wall type establishment in my opinion. It took forever to get drinks since the place was packed wall to wall with people. Thank god one of the girls I was with knew a guy that pretty much let us squeeze in next to him and a few of his friends at a small table. After about the second drink I began to really feel myself and let loose. The Dj played a great mix of older R&B and Hip Hop hits that had the whole club singing along. I'm not sure if it was the drinks or the fact that I had hardly eaten anything that day but I was overly intoxicated after just two cups. We called it a night after I knocked over someone's plate of chicken wings and became a personal dancer for a random group of guys. Overall I enjoyed my night in the Flite and will most definitely be returning in the near future. Just a tip for the ladies, do not wear anything mesh or see through or you may be denied access into the club. Also try the wings since I've heard such good things about them from everyone who has mentioned this spot to me.

The place has an indoor bar with seating, just outside of that is some covered porch seating, and beyond that is a huge patio on artificial grass with a bunch of tables and lounge seating. The bar has a menu ful of tropical adult beverages and cuban food favs. Their food menu includes: wings, churrasco, parrilla, salads, steak, empanadas, fried queso cubes, croquetas, yuca, street corn wraps, burgers, sandwiches and plantains. I came here at night and I had to pay a $10 cover charge to get in and all I wanted to do was eat. They had a DJ pumping hits, but I did not see why a cover charge was needed. This place was empty. The bar has a lot of security floating around and I had to get patted down before I entered which I took as a sign of prior issues. The staff there was friendly. It was a nice night so I sat out on the patio. They have a full bar with an exquisite menu that includes signature cocktails, mimosa, mojitos, and daiquiris. Of course I had to try some. I had the Son of a Biche and a Miami Mojito. They were bot great and I would definitely recommend them. The menu is full of tasty fufu drinks though and you probably could not go wrong. I ordered the churrasco with chimichurri sauce. I got a side of fries, fried yuca and sweet plantains. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food. I really liked the steak it was perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The plantains were not the best that I have had, but they were good. Fries are fries. It is hard to mess them up. The yuca was good. I do not normally eat yuka, but I ate all of those. This spot is very colorful and bright and has a lot stuff going on. Probably a bit too much for me. It was like a club like atmosphere, but with a few people. I would probably recommend coming to this place for lunch unless you are into the club vibe.
