I was worried that this wouldn't be relaxing, or it would even hurt. Let me first say that they put you in a sauna for as long as you can stand, and then a wet sauna. Next you go into the room face up, and the scrubbing starts. Well, it is not as relaxing as a massage, by any means There is much satisfaction in the results.
