Jessica is my massage therapist and she always asks how the pressure is, which I really appreciate, since sometimes it's hard for me to speak up when I want something changed. She also remembers that I don't like the front of my neck touched and other little details. Her technique seems to be the perfect fit for me and she's the only person other than my partner I trust to touch me so I can really relax (and I'm the type of person who needs to really relax)! The receptionist and other staff I've met are really pleasant people.

The woman working on me found places I was holding tension and knots in my body that I had no idea existed. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I was also provided with stretching techniques, which I really appreciated. I've gone to a bunch of places before and no one has ever offered stretching techniques. We will definitely be back!
