Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional and difficult to understand, as they spoke broken English. I was informed that the front door was closed and that I needed to use the drive-through to collect my order. This was surprising, as I had placed an "online order" and did not realize that the drive-through was the only option for pick-up. There was no sign or communication indicating this process for the evening. When I requested a refund due to the inconvenience and confusion, the representative refused and explained that they could not assist me further. I also asked to speak to a manager, but was told that the representative was the only person working. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to discontinue visiting this location, despite having been a loyal customer who frequented it at least once a week. My credit card was charged $52.42 for an order I was unable to collect. I have tried contacting your main headquarters a few times now to request a refund and all communication goes unanswered. I hope this business chain takes these concerns seriously !
