I called several AC companies and none got back to me…read more These folks got back to me within the same day, and sent someone to inspect the attic within 24 hours. They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

I spoke with Brandon who was very calm and reassured me that it was a likely a small problem and that he would have someone at my home in 30 minutes. Sydney put me down for an appointment on the 18th of September. The morning of the appointment at 6AM, I HAD TO CONFIRM. He said that he was running late on his appointments, and could I do a noon appointment instead. I said no problem. At 12:15, I called Sydney asking if he was on the way. He hesitated to respond. Again, I ask if he is on the way. He once again hesitated. I asked again, and he responded that his tech was still in Stuart. My new home is in Lake Worth. When I started to panic thinking I would have to wait around for another couple hours, I told him I would be there until 2PM and hung up. He called back and SAID HE WAS FIRING ME. He said he didn't appreciate me raising my voice. I could not believe his lack of communication or that after all my careful planning that he would fire me. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS COMPANY. It was the worst Yelp experience I have ever had.
