On 2/16/23 we have an empty propane and no heat in our house - 39° inside! I called and spoke to someone who did not speak English understandably and gathered that our situation was escalated and they would call us with a delivery time. Four hours later, no call. Called the local number again and was transferred to a non-English speaker again. They took total responsibility for the mistake, told me the situation was escalated and that they would have delivery in 24 hours. I refused and said it should have been delivered anytime in the last 21 days and the house was freezing! They said they'd have a delivery estimate call shortly, hung up, and I still haven't heard from them yet so I will be calling back. This is unacceptable service and I strongly warn anyone away from using this service!

As I was leaving the store in front of many customers, the manager Jeff send another employee and he rip the tool box out of my hands, making me look like I was shoplifting.
