Turns out there's multiple types and sizes of gravel you can order! Huh! Who knew! This is where All Brite was different! You can actually go to their store just off the I-10 and see every type of gravel they have. This is in my opinion much better that just looking at pictures. We went with 2 tons of the 1' palomino gold. Paid over the phone and Delivery was fast! By next morning at 8am we had it! We still got some work to do on our house and will likely use All Brite again for our yard needs!

Paul, also known as "Coach," and Jaime in the Appliances department were absolutely outstanding. I was looking for the perfect dishwasher for my parents, and they took the time to listen to what I needed, understand my parents' needs, answer my questions, and help me find the right appliance. They were knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional. I never felt rushed or like I was simply another customer making a purchase. They genuinely wanted to make sure I made the right decision. Their personal attention made what could have been a stressful purchase much easier. I would also like to recognize Cat in Customer Service. Cat has provided me with exceptional customer support and has always been extremely helpful with my customer service needs. Cat demonstrates professionalism, patience, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to assist. Whenever I have needed help, Cat has made me feel that my questions and concerns were important. Measuring the screens they were 1/4 an inch off but the hardware was also different (smaller with less adjustment) the screens literally kept falling out of the tracks. After talking with the manager and being informed I would have to talk to the owner I went back to the store where he asked if he could send someone out to try and fit the screens that don't fit. I reluctantly agreed and set an appointment day of appointment I waited 5 hours called and was informed they were busy and would have to schedule something in the new year. That was early December 25'. This is March he won't refund the 500$ has the screens too. If you want to get ripped of when something doesn't fit Ace is the place!!!

I've been shopping here for 25 years. I used to love coming here because Mike and Ann only carried…read morethe best of the best when it comes to chemicals and parts. And they really knew their stuff. They also understood that people don't wanna spend money on products that don't work so they only carried the best products, even if that meant different brands . However, they sold the business. Since then, everything's changed and not for the better. They have maybe a quarter of the chemicals that they used to have. If even that much. Brands I used to go only there for they no longer carry. Perfect example is I went in and I was looking around and the guy at the desk asked me if he could help me find something. And I told him I was just looking to see what chemicals they had. And he pointed to three areas and said there's the liquid chlorine there's the tabs and there's the shock. Seriously? Do you think chlorine is the only thing that goes in the pool to keep it balanced? So I asked them. What about algicide. Their reply oh, we sold the last bottle of that this morning. At this time of year in Phoenix, a pool supply store should always have algicide. So I asked him how many brands of algicide do you carry? The reply was one. I asked him about the gel for removing hard water stains at the tile line. He had no clue what I was talking about. Mike and Anne used to carry this really good gel. I think it was called scale be gone or something like that. It was thick so you could put it on with a scrubby and let it sit for a few minutes and then wash it off or use a scrubby and wash it off. (wearing gloves, of course.) They had only one creepy Crawley box and I think it was possibly the display box. Even their brushes, are substandard narrow instead of wide and not really suitable for pebble tech. They wouldn't last long. I hate having to go to Leslie's but it's only a mile and a half away and at least half the stuff they have is decent. I guess I'm going to have to look for another privately owned pool supply company. It's really a shame, but I don't think EverKlear is going to last very long at this rate. Especially being summer and them not having very many chemicals. They even changed the liquid chlorine brand to some brand I've never heard of before
