Why do i use them instead of another company or a neighbor? They're licensed and insured. They have a ton of plans to choose from, or you can schedule individual visits. They try to keep the walker consistent, and when our primary is unavailable, they have other walkers who can step in (so i don't have to worry about finding a backup). They have a pretty good app that you use for scheduling, visit summaries, and billing.

Having this level of confidence is extremely important when it comes to things like this, as I'm sure any dog owner will understand. The walkers themselves do a great job, and I like how the system is set up -- instead of having only one person come out five days a week, there are two walkers who split days. This means that in the event a backup is needed you don't have to worry about a stranger coming to take out your dog. Again, it's a good peace of mind component of this operation.
