The food is great. Now, the parking is atrocious. The worst I've ever seen people park however they want. The lot is always completely full so you have to drive down the street and park in front of homes then walk 10 minutes. A few things here, first and this may sound silly but if you have anxiety please don't go here. We were so packed into a little table with people all around us , we literally couldn't move. We had other people touching us as we ate. There was maybe a 12 top sitting next to us, one of them was incapable of moving, he could not move the table in front of him and a man sitting behind him , chairs touching. This place is so packed I honestly can't see it being legal from a fire safety standpoint, I'm looking into that. Stop being so greedy and take out a couple tables so people can eat comfortably. It's insane. At one point a busboy picked up a dirty high chair and lifted it over his head and walked it OVER all the tables so anything on the feet of that high chair Is now in your food or hair. Why did he do this ? Because there isn't enough room for a person to walk through let alone carry anything. One waiter, a guy that looks like he's on steroids ( you know which one ) stood in the corner and just awkwardly stared like a psycho. Another waiter with tattoos and a beard was constantly touching his face and beard and then handling food. Maybe things have changed since I was in the biz but holy hell. I honestly felt as though I was gonna have a panic attack just being inside. I wish I had taken a picture. Our waitress was great but she was a big woman and to have someone's belly or butt rub against you every time they walk by you is uncomfortable and off putting. I have not been in for a while and asked three people to join me for there first time at Fiamma. They were all AMAZED! We are all sauce, meatball, chicken parm snobs lol and everybody was loving it!!! we had a booth which I highly recommend because it gets very crowded and it's much more comfortable after you try to make a dent in the gigantic meatball! I have been here many times and NEVER had a less than fantastic experience!! We were there Wednesday night and the hostess, bartender and waiter did a fabulous job! I feel like we missed the mark here.... I was so excited to try this place. Drug my hubby there today for lunch and was very disappointed. Hubby ordered chicken francaise sandwich, we shared an aranchini appetizer, and I had the gnocchi Mac n cheese. Chicken sandwich looked great but did not taste great. It actually made my husband sick the rest of the day. The aranchini was pretty good until I got to the peas in the center. They were hard and cold. The tomato sauce wasn't as bad as some we've had but we're old school Italian... and the sauce tasted very tin-like. The gnocchi Mac n cheese was good, but extremely salty. Every single one of their dishes is to die for and leaves you wanting to come back for more and more (even though they give you so much that you could eat for 2 to 3 days after you leave there lol) Not only is their food incredible, their service staff and the hospitality from Rose and Joey are like no other. I reached out to Fiamma about this and asked to speak with them. They read my message but ignored me. I figured I'd try and give them a chance to redeem themselves or make it right. Maybe take accountability for what they know happened to hundreds of their customers on 12/24. My family and I had reservations for 4:30 pm, table of 6 on Christmas Eve. We walked in around 4:25 and at least 50 people were standing shoulder to shoulder. I was told these people were waiting for their takeout orders so I wasn't too concerned. I finally made my way to the hostess stand and told the girl we were here for our reservation and she looked at the paper and then just kind of walked away without saying anything. She didn't acknowledge us after that. I then realized there were other people waiting to be seated for their reservations and the takeout people were waiting 1.5-2 hours past their scheduled pick up time!! I have 2 young children who were being patient but understandably antsy. I asked the hostess 2 other times if we could just get our table after standing there for 30 minutes. She ignored us. I heard another staff member tell her not to seat the reservations. She said they had to focus on to go orders instead. Finally, at 5:15 I said "can we please just sit at our table and get a some waters?" Her response "fine, I'll risk getting in trouble." -- uhhh it's 45 min past our seating time and who says that to their customer who HAS reservation??? One of the staff members said "Joe really bit off more than he could chew." Well, where was Joe?? Why wasn't he there helping instead of throwing everyone to the wolves? There was 5 empty tables with servers STANDING around while customers waiting. The food - appetizers were ok. Adult entrees - two were mediocre, two were horrible. My husband ordered lobster ravioli for $35 for FOUR raviolis. My Father's carbonara had ham in it instead of bacon?? Possibly it was pancetta, but that is not what the menu said. The sauce was runny and disgusting. I got the Bella Italia that had a dry fried crab cake on top. We told the waiter that my Dad's carbonara was not good and the waiter's response was simply "oh, ok." The most appalling part of the whole experience that there was no Manager or lead staff member coming around to talk to guests, apologize, or trying to make things right for the disaster happening in the restaurant. Went here with a party of eight. The seating is tight; another reviewer said that they had outgrown the space and that seems to be the case. Parking is also tight in this complex. However, the food is amazing. The portions are humongous! I had enough for three meals! The table ordered the calamari and it was really fresh! The meatball is MASSIVE. When they say 1 lb, they mean, ONE POUND. It was super tasty and we shared it around the table. I ordered the Amore Linguini, and the seafood was fresh and cooked super well. The sun dried tomatoes are not the scraps that come out of jars, they are huge slices. I was in town for the night and was craving Italian food. I drove by Fiamma Italian Grill and it was calling my name. I pulled into the parking lot, parked and walked in. I was surprised with how busy the place was for it being a Thursday night. Immediately I was welcomed by the hostess and a gentleman very casually dressed. He and I had a short very friendly conversation and I ultimately decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was extremely friendly and we chatted about various things, but what I liked the most was that before everything was said and done: me, the bartender, the man at the host stand, and a very well dressed man in a suit (who may or may not have worked there) were all having a great conversation about nothing at all. It made for a great time and added to the feel of a great Italian restaurant where you can feel comfortable to just relax talking to old friends. In my case, new acquaintances. They really welcomed me and made the experience that much better. As for the food, I kept my options as safe as possible. I had the lasagna. The serving was much larger than I had expected. The lasagna was very good. I also chose to get the Caesar's salad with my lasagna. The salad was exceptional. Not sure what it was about the salad, but it was somehow better than any Caesar's salad I'd ever had. Finally, the one thing that I was craving when I walked in the door, bread. Everyone and their mother raves about this place so I was so excited to try it and I was kinda disappointed. It wasn't bad and maybe I have to try something else but the flatbread was kinda meh. I am re-writing my review because I truly want everyone to know my experience before going to this restaurant. I have read a ton of reviews about the chef being a miserable old man who is incredibly rude, so I need to share my experience. I just recently reported this establishment to the department of health because of what I experienced, I have blown up their social media due to what I experienced and I have spoken about this to every single person I know in Lehigh Valley so everyone stays clear of this unsanitary and incredibly rude establishment. My family and I made reservations to go here for dinner for the first time over fathers day weekend. There was no wait, sat down right away. Our waitress took 15 minutes to greet us and when she did, it took another 15 minutes to get water for the table. We waited an hour and a half for our food (with two toddlers with us) we ordered their kids meals when we ordered our appetizer and the kids meals came out AFTER the rest of us received our food an hour and a half after giving our order. We asked the waitress twice about our food before it finally came out. I was about half way through my veal marsala and Gnocchi before my fork caught some kind of wire. When I lifted my fork up to put the food in my mouth, I noticed a HEARING AID caught on my fork. It was a clear wire with a tannish hearing aid attached to it, so needless to say, the hearing aid matched the color of the marsala sauce. I was so disgusted by this that I immediately excused myself because I felt my food coming back up and I stepped outside. To me, this is equivalent to someone spitting in your food. When I came back in to speak to the waitress, she was also completely disgusted by what she saw. She said she was going to have the chef come out to speak with me. The MANAGER came out and she confirmed it was the chefs hearing aid. She said that they accidently fell into my food and that he was incredibly embarrassed (yet didnt have the decency to come out and speak to me himself, nor give an apology), she said that he was willing to remake my meal, but was not going to comp our meals because there was nothing wrong with the meals. I said look at this table, not one person is eating their food now because of how disgusted we all are. We all stopped eating the moment I found the hearing aid. Everyone lost their appetite, so do you really think any of us would accept food from your establishment after this? She basically told me "too bad" in so many words but that the chef was not willing to comp our meals AND IT WAS HIS HEARING AID! Make that make sense! She said that his hearing aids were sitting next to where he cooks and someone "accidently" knocked them in. Whether they fell out, or were knocked in, I dont care, what concerns me is that he had his HEARING AIDS right next to where he cooks and prepares food, that in itself is incredibly unsanitary. Nothing that contains any kind of bodily fluid or substance should be near a kitchen period and you dont have to be part of a food establishment to have common sense not to do that. If they are in your ears, thats one thing because 1. you would notice them falling out and 2. I dont think hearing aids just fall out of your ears for no reason, but to not have them in your ears and decide to place them right next to the food you cook for customers is unsanitary, lazy and unprofessional. I will be following up with the board of health. My father-in-law paid the $300 bill because my husband and I refused to. We were so disgusted and appalled by the unprofessionalism of this place. He didnt want to pay either, but he also didnt want to cause a scene with our two young kids there. This place should be utterly embarrassed and if they were a good, well ran company, they would refund us for their disgusting mistake. BUT because they would not work with us what so ever, I made sure to let them know I would be writing multiple reviews about them, contacting the board of health and blow them up on social media. If you like a little wax and ear hair with your meal, it comes as a specialty from the chef personally, if not, I wouldnt waste your money coming here, but if you do, visit this place with complete caution because no matter what you find in your food, they dont care and they'll make you pay for it anyway. read more

Getting to the parking lot is a bit of a pain but that would be my only complaint. I will definitely come back I went back.... I got there at 2:03, I noticed the prices for lunch were completely jacked up. I asked the waitress if I could have a lunch menu, she said no because they stoped serving lunch at 2:00. Bread is perfection, with a ton of garlic and good olive oil! I have tried the Shrimp gamberi, pasta Gorgonzola with seafood, and chicken Florentine. Never disappoints! Sometimes the servers can be pretty rude, last time the lady in charge was trying to give us a hard time because they put us at a table that was tightly squeezed into a corner and we had a baby. I have heard Fiamma was excellent food and large portions. We decided to try because everyone raved about it. I had 15 women for a night out. We had a package meal which included a salad a pasta and choice of entree. The salad was fine then came our pasta with vodka sauce family style. After we got done eating that they served our entrees. For those of us who got the shrimp scampi it was served with 5 shrimp in a bowl with the garlic butter sauce. We did not receive a pasta of any kind with it. I will never eat there again with a large group. For the price we paid it was terrible. This is our first time as we are out of towners. I could tell this is a family owned restaurant as the buzz and vibe were inviting. My wife and son got the arancini to start. It was huge and for $7, what a steal. They ate it all. I got the sausage and peppers over linguini and the pasta was cooked al dente. My wife got the Sicilian style pasta with shrimp and gluten free pizza. GF up charge was $3...ok fair enough. My son got the meat lasagna and no complaints from him. All the portions were huge and needless to say, we had enough to bring home for next day. I do have to say the presentation of the dishes could be a tad better, but that is a very minor nitpick.
