Genesis reached out to me and said they would check my vehicle for leaks. They found no leaks so I will monitor it for a while to see what happens. They initially did tell me that the evaporator was clogged and that performance may decline over time, but I feel the air is way too cold for there to be a restriction. Time will tell. We came in with bank financing already approved so no haggling around with dealer financing. Then these shysters tried to tack on a $1000.00 comprehensive plan for paint protection!!! Paint insurance plan for a 8 year old used vehicle with scratches in the paint already!!! Then when I told them to take it off, they said no, it was mandatory!!!
