It was a very smooth process to transfer things over, and also purchase a new screen protector for my phone. I was…read moregetting annoyed with my $145 AT&T bill each month for 1 line so I looked into Verizon and T-Mobile and my quote from Verizon from a new phone and maxed out plan was way cheaper than T-Mobile and ATT so I went with Verizon. I was helped out by Jackie who was great to work with, she explained everything thoroughly. I got a new iPhone 16 pro 256GB with insurance and a brand new cellular iPad on my plan and my bill is $40 less than what I had with AT&T. Highly recommend it. It's been about 3 months since I made the switch and everything has been great. I have better service with Verizon between Arizona and California which is where I travel a lot.

We tried to reset the system, called the 1-800 number for Direct TV, etc. No help. So, I checked trusty Yelp, of course, and found this nice, local, independent Direct TV provider. They answered promptly and we're able to come by right away since they happened to be working nearby. I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.

Parking 5/5 "Today" we scored a parking spot up front but this is Verizon's busiest store in the east valley. Parking is limited and is shared by numerous popular restaurants and businesses so you may need to park and hike. Service 5/5 Time for a much needed upgrade for my wife's iPhone 10. We signed in waiting for the next available representatives who was Drew. He greeted us and brought us to a workstation. We discussed phone options and found her iPhone 10 qualified for a free upgrade. Awesome Sauce !!! We kept our existing Military discount plan pricing with her shiny new phone. My wife picked her color, case and the data transfer was all handled by Drew. During the hour long process Drew explained the key improvements she gained in this upgrade. He also reviewed some of my phone settings I was having trouble with and resolved those as well. Once the data transfer was complete Drew performed side-by-side reviews to confirm everything made to her new iPhone 16. Drew provided excellent customer service today. He asked great questions to help direct us towards the right replacement and free on top of that! Drew demonstrated both customer and technical skills which made our visit and the new phone upgrade flawless. Perfect Gentleman and represented Verizon very well Kudos we appreciate him! Then this past friday, I get a charge on my bank account for a $10.00 late fee, even though I have been on autopayment since we got the "service" HHHHMMMMM. I am currently awaiting a return call from them about the late payment. they said we will definitely call me back within no more than 5 minutes........ well that was 50 minutes ago ! great service.
