Let's just say that the last three weeks has been "touch and go" with internet service from Phoenix Internet. Many times with no service at all. Checked the modem every time, and the white lite was on; no connection. several times I did a "reboot" , still with no connection. Many, many times, still interruption after interruption . Service is fairly good when, and if it's working. Then this past friday, I get a charge on my bank account for a $10.00 late fee, even though I have been on autopayment since we got the "service" HHHHMMMMM. I am currently awaiting a return call from them about the late payment. they said we will definitely call me back within no more than 5 minutes........ well that was 50 minutes ago ! great service. They'll probably blame AI, which has become the habitual response nowadays, because NO ONE takes responsibility anymore. GOOD SERVICE ???? HHHHHHHMMMMMM. read more

When I called to cancel service, the rep was very short and rude about it. When she asked about why we were canceling, I told her that the service is not good, we have issues multiple times a day with our IPTV freezing, but if I tether my streaming device to my phone, we don't have those issues. When I mentioned that we switched to Starlink, her tone changed even more. We have been with them for 3 years and since they were bought out, the customer service and value have dropped dramatically. They also take forever to get someone on the phone most times. The shortest time on hold I've had with them was 5 minutes, most times it's more than 20 minutes. read more

We have been trying to get a service tech to our RV Resort for 2 weeks now to troublshoot a router in our clubhouse. We also wanted to add services but apparently they do not want our business. We have called several times, only to be put on hold and sent to a voicemail. I have emailed both the service and the sales department as well with no call back. Since early December, our internet has been cutting in and out nonstop. When I contacted support, they said there were issues in the Fort McDowell area and that it would take about a week to fix "the radio," whatever part that is. Well, it's now 1/12/2026 and the service is still dropping constantly. They told me I'd be credited for a month, but we'll see if that actually happens. We have had constant issues with our Internet going out and every ticket we have placed Phoenix Internet has said it is an issue with our ethernet cable, we have changed out this cable every 3 months for the last several years and still have issues, they will not send anyone to come see what the actual issue is without charging us $100. I would not recommend Phoenix Internet, not just for services but also as a respected provider. I purchased service in April, for the first month things were going swell enough to get us through the refund period. But to this date I have had issues with their services, I purchased the 15MBPS package It has never been above 2.6MBPS. Their sketchy policy that they provide when you ask for tech help is off putting since they mention a fee will be charged for a non emergency service call. But they can't give an exact answer of what qualifies as an emergency. I just recently called for a service tech to come out and check my service as nothing would work and the main department could not connect to my radio. After about 3-4 hours they decided that the signal was so bad that they wanted to take it down. This was fine they offered a refund and didn't mention a number, I called in today they mentioned they could do a months service fee. I work from home often and rely on my home security which causes an issue. Mark the senior rep informed me that they were aware of the connection issues in our area, but still choose to provide service as an offer pretty much some money is better than none response. They will take your money and provide subpar service. As a side note they have a"Tree" that blocks their signal around the state you can fact check by reading reviews on different platforms since their opening it's their go to response. read more

We have had Phoenix Internet for well over two years and it has been okay. It supports high speed internet as long as the weather permits, but it does have a tendency to have latency issues or not work at all with extreme wind or rain. I think over $100 a month for their Internet is pretty steep because of the inconsistencies. I will say that it does a pretty reliable job in supporting work through a VPN when it is stable. However, there have been two occurrences where I have been without Internet for a week due to them being understaffed. The most recent occurrence was on 10/30. Our Internet suddenly dropped and I went through all the trouble shooting with Yessica with no such luck. I expressed to her the urgency of getting my Internet fixed, as I have a chronically ill child and her medical devices communicate to my cellphone. Where we live, we are considered the boonies and the cell reception is mediocre at best, so we heavily rely on WiFi. Yessica assured me that she'd have a tech out here on 10/5. I called the morning of only to find out she never even scheduled us!! Even with expressing how urgent our concern was.. Thankfully the gentleman that we spoke to was able to pull some strings and squeeze us in. If you are ever calling in and happen to get Yessica as your representative, I highly recommend requesting an associate who is competent. Yessica doesn't give a damn about you or her job, so don't bother wasting your time in speaking with her. Kicked to the curb. There has not been a company that I have wanted to stop doing business with as much as this one. Thank goodness that there are finally other service providers in my area. I am currently receiving internet that is more reliable, 4 times faster, and less expensive. During my 2+ years with them I never received the speed promised, the technician came out twice but was unable to get better then 80% of the promised speed. There were frequently outages and it is difficult to contact someone in the service dept, phone messages are not returned so you have to keep calling until someone answers. My general impression of the company attitude is they feel they have a monopoly and if you don't like it, tough, you don't have any options. Well I've got news for them, they now have competition and customers no longer have to put up with poor service and high prices. After ending service the technician picked up the equipment they sent an email saying they would bill me for the equipment if I didn't return it. BUT, the equipment has already been returned! Had the company for 2 years very good service. Customer service does lack. I called a month in advance to end my service because where I moved to PI (Phoenix Internet) is not available. Upon calling I made my "last payment" and advised the representative that that would be my last. She said ok and didn't advise me about how you have to send an email to "service help" to cancel otherwise it would not cancel. Also called a second time to help issue a refund because PI had charged me once again. Yet again representatives failed to advise me about the box piece that needed to be removed and returned. I had Phoenix Internet for 3 years and while their service was not stellar it was marginally satisfactory. I recently sold my home and the closing date kept slipping so I could not give them a definite cancellation date. When I called to cancel, I was not told anything about their cancellation policy. Evidently they need a 30 day notice. Anyway, the service was cancelled. I received an email that they were coming to pick up their equipment after the property sold. I told the new owner that they were coming - the new owners wanted to use them but the tech picked up their equipment and left. I subsequently received a call from their billing office stating that I still had a piece of their equipment and if I did not return it I would be billed $45. The billing office sent me a pic of the piece and I did find it. I sent a pic of the piece back to their billing office to make sure it was the rite thing but never heard back. My partner called their office and they stated I should have received a postage box to mail it to them. I did not receive any such box. They wanted to me to drive to Phoenix to return or I would be billed. When trying to resolve this, my partner was hung up on by Keith in their office. Several other contacts were outright rude. We finally found a person who sent a truck in the area to pick it up. He told us he was informed by the staff that he was warned about us and there was no way anyone could do anything to them since they are a growing company. If you like dealing with rude and incompetent people, go for them. There are plenty of other companies out there who will treat customers with respect. These people think they are invincible and do not realize that without the customer, you do not have a company. All they had to do was either mail us a box to send this thing back or pick it up without all the rude comments and drama. read more

I live in Wittmann and PI was awesome when we first subscribed: Great customer service and fast speeds. The past few months there have been outages and the download speeds between 4-6 p.m. are ranging at less than 3 mbps. After calling multiple times I finally talked to Thomas who explained that they've accepted more customers than they're able to handle resulting in slower speeds for all. Is it poor planning or greed? You decide. I believe at $70/month my expectation of consistent high speed availability isn't unreasonable. While I'm limited in choices at this time, due to location, I'll pay less for the same service with Hughesnet or another competitor. Great business plan, PI: Don't bother to keep long term customers just continue to expect new ones who don't know what they're NOT getting. read more

Honestly, we never had an issue until we canceled our service because we moved. Their tech came and got the tower off the roof, but failed to pick up the router (someone was home all day, nobody came to the door or called). We call to let them know that we will bring it to them as it was honestly probably just missed and they tell us they can pick it up from our new address in a week. Nobody came. Fast forward to today, we get a call that they are charging us for the router.... I'm sorry but no. You are not! It is not our fault you neglected to collect it properly. Come get your router!!! I started with Phoenix Internet 3 years ago. The internet sucks. Their fastest service is so fast, you can't watch a TV show without it buffering every 7 minutes. Customer service is terrible. "Lori" does everything and accomplishes nothing. Worthless service, save a headache and go somewhere else for internet. I sent an email to cancel my service at the end of July, they still are taking money out of my account. When I call to get a refund, they said they can't find the email, that was from my work email, that I have no access to any longer, so calling customers liars is not very professional. read more

They had someone come out to tell us they could no longer provide us service when they changed over. 4 days after they received our payment we couldn't watch anything for more than 1 or 2 minutes without the picture buffering. I called them and they said they haven't done anything It's just coincidence that our internet won't work. I asked for them to pick up their equipment and get me a prorated refund. I called to ask about cancelling my service since the house is now vacant. They were able to schedule an appointment two days out to pick up the equipment. It was not until after the equipment was picked up that I found out they wanted me to pay over $300 for early cancellation. Zero Stars- unfortunately I have to put a star in order to continue with my review. They do not have anyone that works past 5pm during the week and they don't work weekends. So if your internet goes out "Oh Well, to bad so sad" they don't care!!! They just want your money. The billing lady in the billing department Laurie is condescendingly rude, The words coming out of her mouth sound nice " Phoenix Internet billing department, this is Laurie. Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with? " but they come with this tone and her tone is offensive. She does not mean what she is saying. The entire company demonstrates poor customer service. They don't care about you. She don't care about you. On Friday, 9/3/2021 I called to complain about my service after the storm we had on 9/1/2021. He couldn't send anyone to fix it right away. They don't work past 5 o'clock and no one works on the weekends. I told him I am not available during the times they are because I work too. I also complained and let him know that I work from home sometimes to do paperwork and that I am currently in college to finish my degree. So I need the Internet for work and school. This is a huge inconvenience. There was absolutely nothing he could do about it because they don't work past 5 o'clock and they don't work on the weekends. So I told him that the next time I will be available won't be until 9/13. I can't wait that long. So I suggested that they send somebody out to work on the tower that's outside the house. He said he would send somebody on Tuesday. I was really upset about how they do customer service. They have a company that offers 365 day seven day a week service and should have extended hours to offer support to their customers beyond regular normal business hours. I gave him a hard time because they are an internet service provider and they should have weekends and evenings for outages or emergencies. He said he would send someone on Tuesday 9/7. He called me back about an hour later and said that he got my Internet working out because he kept working on my internet. He fixed it. The Internet worked over the weekend. He still sent someone on Tuesday 9/7, that man was caught on camera taking his ladder to the back of my house and removing the tower. He just took the equipment. No note!!! No phone call!!! Absolutely no explanation!!! He Just took it. I didn't realize it missing was even missing until 9/7. So I called and put in another ticket on 9/6 because the Internet wasn't working again. On 9/7 is when I discovered it was missing so I called no explanation because they didn't know what happened and put in another ticket. The 1st lady on 9/7 said they would send someone right away to fix this. And that they work until 8 o'clock and that they've got technicians out until 8 PM. NO ONE CAME!!! At 7:50 PM I had to call again and I was told some one would come. She claims she documented the call. Not true, because one of the worst parts of this experience was that I had to keep repeating myself because they do NOT DOCUMENT anything on the customers profiles, so that everyone else knows what is going on. I called twice on 9/7 and three times on 9/8. But I had to CALL AGAIN on 9/9/2021 because NO ONE CALLED ME BACK FROM THE 6 or 7 calls I already made to them. I finally get a return call from the SALES REP Devyn Goldey whom tells me what happened and that he basically shouldn't even know about this because he is in Sales. He said he was going to transfer me when I asked to talk to a Manager about this but he HUNG UP on me instead. I tried to call back but I got his voicemail- that's convenient. I had this service for 6 months and all of a sudden " they cannot provide me service". The messed up part is that the guy I spoke to on 9/3/202- Darren he fixed it and it was working until they took the tower away. They took their equipment with NO PHONE CALL! NO NOTICE WHAT SO EVER AND IT TOOK 5 or 6 more phone calls to get an explanation. And DEVYN was the only one to call me back. Also I called Laurie who's tone and the way she talks is just so condescending and rude. I asked for a refund because they took their equipment. She said please hold I need to check your account. She left me on hold for more than 10 minutes and when she came back she said that she processed the refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY- THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT UOU AS A CUSTOMER!!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!!! This is a customer based company which is a 24 seven 365 day a year operation and they don't have the capacity of servicing you when necessary. That is poor business and poor customer service. I wish I had read all the negative reviews here on Yelp, before ordering with them. Stay away ! This company showed up with two technicians and it took them 3 hours for an easy antenna installation. They drilled multiple holes in my wall, of which some were not used at all. Furthermore the technician went during some of this with his dirty shows on my chairs and counter top. After the technician left, I tried the internet and it was very slow. So I called service and they acknowledged that the technician installed the antenna wrong and it will be fixed. One week later nothing is fixed, but my money is gone and I am sitting here with slow internet. Avoid this company at all cost ! read more

My advice: Stay away from this company if you can. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was a Phoenix Internet customer for about 3 years. When I first took the service I took what I could get which is a pretty slow service. When the faster service became available I did not take it because they require a one year contract and they will make you pay for any remainder of a contract. So the service was slow and I accepted that and paid my bill on time every month. When I sold my house I was charged $60 because I did not give them 30 days notice. OK, I paid them their $60. Then I was told the technician went out to get the antenna and it was gone. So they want to charge me another $400. Who would steal an internet antenna off the roof of a house that required them to connect it to their system? So now they want to charge me $400 for a missing antenna that I know nothing about. If they were prompt and came out when I moved it was there, I know it was. I paid the $60 extra for short notice, so they should have came out and got their antenna. Could it be that one of the technicians got the antenna and just threw it in the truck. I will not know because they failed to come out until I moved and was gone. Stay away and make sure you are there when they come to get their equipment or you will be charged for it. If you can take out an alternative service, I know Starlink is starting up and there is cellular internet if you don't have cable or fiber. read more

Long story, but here we go... If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have never dealt with such a horrible company. I live in a rural area, so I can't get any of the big internet companies to service my area, Phoenix Internet was one of my only choices. We set up an installation for them for 10/18 between 12-3 (this was the soonest they could do, which was 10 days after we had talked to them). I took off work on 10/18 and at 10-11 o'clock that day, they call us and tell us their installer called out sick and they now have to push our installation to 10/22 between 1-4. Not a big deal, I get stuff happens. It's now 10/22 and my husband had to take off work. At 3:30 (30 minutes before they're supposed to be there) they call and tell us, "coincidentally", that the installer called in sick and they have to push our installation, once again. At this point, we are pissed. My husbands talking with the person on the phone, who is giving a bunch of BS excuses, one of them being that installers don't want to drive 30-40 miles out to us since we are just a "new customer." Are you kidding me? That is how you talk to and treat your new customers? I feel bad for any existing customers... at this point, I'm not satisfied with any of their customer service so I call to speak to a manager to see what can be done. I get "so-called manager" on the phone, explain that we've taken off work twice already, it's been 14 days now of us trying to get someone to come out, and the only thing he has to say is "sorry, it's just a coincidence that both installers called out sick." No sir, it's not a coincidence at this point. I can't really argue with these people since they are literally one of my only options. The manager then says that the soonest someone can come is 10/26-I said no that's not acceptable, we need it sooner, and the best I got was for 10/24 between 2-4. It's now 10/24, we call and ask them if they are coming for sure or not because we will not take off another day of work for them to cancel, they assure us they will be there. Finally, an installer comes and tries to set us up with service, but fails because he can't get a signal. Little did we know, we were told by this company that they DO service our area, however they failed to mention that they were coming out not to install, but to see if they can service us. It's now been 17 days, I've been cancelled on twice, taken off 3 days of work, dealt with the worst customer service I've ever encountered, only to be told they can't help us. If this is how you do business, your company won't last long. I can not believe how disrespectful, unprofessional and lousy of a business this company is. I guess this was a blessing, so I don't have to put up with their terrible service anyways. read more

I have been with Phoenix Internet for a year. In the beginning customer service was great and very polite. Now they have rude employees. Internet buffers all the time and says slow Internet and when you contact them. They say nothing shows at their end. And when you live in a rural area not much choices. Hopefully one day. They have some competition. Because their Internet is terrible and employees need a school for how to talk to customers. Better yet why don't they come to my house and watch a movie. And see how they like having their movie interrupted. We don't use the computer. We watch movies and the kids try and play their games. Train your employees better customer service.. Do your job. This company is one of the worst I had them install a dish on my roof the coverage was as slow as DSL I had to explain to the tech how to install it I am a licensed RF engineer They never grounded the dish and in Arizona with all the lightning this could cause a house fire I missed one payment and they tore the dish off my roof and damaged the roof Do Not Use This Company they are only interested in the money they can make and not customer satisfaction The payment I missed was not. With Phoenix Internet you will either love it or hate it. If your house and their tower line up well and no structures are in the way and there are not any other radio signal broadcasters competing for the same radio frequency and there not too many other customers competing for the same bandwidth, then Phoenix Internet can be quite good. That's a lot of "ifs" On the other hand, you could have great service one day and then POOR or NO service the next day and every day after that, until forever. When ongoing problems arise that Phoenix Internet does not want to take the time or money to fix, Phoenix Internet becomes adept at playing the blame game. It goes something like this - "oh we checked and it appears someone else in the area is broadcasting signals and it is scrambling our signal" or - "oh you live by a mountain and the mountain is reflecting and scrambling the signal" or - "oh one of our competitors is shooting a signal across our tower to try to interfere with our signal". In other words, as soon as your service goes SLOW or otherwise poor quality, Phoenix Internet is an excuse making machine. And make no mistake, they are always right, no matter what. They once told me a tree must have grown up and was now block the signal path from our house to their tower. Don't bother trying to talk to their customer service, they don't have any. I work from home office and my kids are in online school. Internet is kind of important to us. Phoenix Internet provided us exceptional service for 12 years, but suddenly the service now is EXTREMELY slow and Phoenix Internet has done nothing but make excuses one after another. Time to find another solution. Phoenix Internet won't care about a loss of one customer I'm sure. Sad. read more
