I primarily worked with Dominic (who was awesome!) during the ordering process. Not only were my questions answered, but Meta PCs was flexible on how I could pay for my beast of a machine. Unfortunately, the machine was shipped just in time to run into some dicey weather, so it arrived a wee bit frozen (I got the water-cooled option) and some minor leakage due to the machine being tilted a little bit too far.
