All of the information provided in advance of that date indicated a mild procedure, and she was fully aware that I was flying to LA, staying in an Airbnb by myself, and planning on reading and watching videos. SHE NEVER MENTIONED that that would become impossible. I had to seek medical advice on the 4th day, based upon the severity of the burns on my face and neck. I was seen by a renowned plastic surgeon who had grave concerns about the potential bacterial infections below my burnt skin. Had I not sought out that medical treatment, I was at risk of sepsis! Consider this: She is attacking me for seeking medical attention when I I needed it. Why should you or I trust her, over a doctor, in that moment when when she holds NO licenses? Where do I even begin? I am beyond happy with my results. I didn't event want to smile anymore because my skin looked very wrinkly and dry and spotty. I've actually done Fibroblast in the past and didn't see great results and also my upper eyelids had little holes from the previous procedure, so I was hesitant at first. I found Rochelle on Google, gave her a call, and we were able to schedule my appointment right away. I had my full face and neck done back in July, and I consistently get compliments on my skin. Rochelle aka Eward Sissorhands During our initial phone consultation, Rochelle Corwin quoted me $1,400 for four Cool-Jet sessions covering both my face and neck, stating that all four sessions were required before she could perform the fibroblast treatment. This quote was confirmed via text message. Following this, I provided her with a $500 deposit. However, upon arrival for my first appointment, Rochelle attempted to change the terms, stating that the $1,400 price was per area--meaning $1,400 for the face and an additional $1,400 for the neck. This attempt to double the agreed-upon price was not only deceptive but entirely contradicted our written communication. I showed her the original text message where she clearly quoted the total at $1,400. In an effort to avoid a conflict, I reluctantly agreed to split the difference, although I firmly believed it was wrong for her to change the pricing after the fact. Throughout this process, Rochelle made payment extremely difficult, refusing standard methods like credit cards unless I paid an additional 10% for "sales tax," which is not in accordance with California law. Instead, she insisted on cash, wire transfers, Zelle, or Apple Cash, all of which offer limited recourse for consumers. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of our issues. Rochelle performed an unauthorized and unexpected dermaplaning procedure on my wife during what was supposed to be a Cool-Jet session. The result was significant visible damage to my wife's face--deep scratches, abrasions, and irritation--making her look like she had "gotten into a fight with Edward Scissorhands." Rochelle has since denied that she offers dermaplaning, which is false. We have text message evidence proving otherwise, including exchanges between her and my wife discussing the damage. At that point, I had completed 3 out of the 4 Cool-Jet sessions in my package, and my wife had completed only 2 out of her 8. Given the harm caused and the clear breach of trust, we could not allow Rochelle to continue treating us. We lost all confidence in her competence and integrity. Altogether, we had paid Rochelle $6,750 upfront, per her insistence on prepayment for all packages. She claimed this was required to "see results." However, under the circumstances--including unauthorized procedures, misrepresentation, and physical injury--we believe a full refund is justified. Despite multiple requests, Rochelle has refused to refund any portion of the amount paid. read more
