Fatima was very kind and attentive. She was very knowledgeable & was educating me through out the whole process. With that being said, whatever regimen she put me on sent my skin in the worst downward spiral i had ever experienced in my unfortunate 10 year acne journey. I had never experienced breakouts like this. My whole face became covered with acne, even going down my neck (when I first went to her I only had some acne on my chin). It was painful. So unfortunately I don't live in SoCal so I can't go in for a facial, but I was in desperate need of help with my skin so I used Fatimas online product recommendation survey. BEST investment ever. My acne was at the point where I felt uncomfortable going out in public.
