Unfortunately, when I came back, I was told the calibration didn't fix the problem and that it was actually the motherboard. I understand that electronics can be difficult to diagnose, but I don't think it's fair to charge customers upfront when there's no clear diagnosis or confidence that the repair can be completed. I ended up paying $50 without my daughter's phone being fixed and without a definite solution. I wish the expectations had been clearer from the beginning so I could have decided whether it was worth moving forward. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't return.
