Horrible service & disgusting food. It was a big party of 9 people. We started off with a rude waitress. She took our drink order and came back to take our food order. We all ordered big plates. 3 flautas plates. 2 fajitas plates and kids food. We got our order and it was WRONG. 2 plates where's missing the rice and beans. The chicken flautas were disappointing. Chicken tasted old. Ordered 2 carne asada tacos and the meat was disgusting. When we told our waitress about the missing combo plates she stated that's what you order. The is place is AMAZING! Hubby and I split Fiesta Platter appetizer. Came out hot, fresh and really flavorful! 2 house margaritas each which were SOO good. We just recently moved to this area from the valley and have struggled to find margaritas that hit. We don't have drinks often but when we do, we need a good marg...These were perfect! We had Chili verde burrito Meat was very moist - Only complaint I would have liked a little more chili verde sauce in the burrito. Tacos were good and moist. We've been here at least 3 times so far. The owners are always super nice. The salsa is probably the best I've ever had and I think going out to eat only counts if it's a Mexican Restaurant, so I've had my fair share of salsas in my 60 years, lol. The red wine is amazing and they serve a healthy portion. The lunch specials were more than I could eat, so I have dinner for tonight handled. We've been to almost every Mexican place in Williams and this is definitely one of our faves! Highly recommend ! read more

Loved this little Mexican grill! The staff was all so nice and friendly. Some locals were sitting next to me chit chatting about the town & they were so kind. Stopped in just for a little snack - okay, more like an order of Sopapillas for me & fried ice cream for my boyfriend. Of course like many Mexican joints you get chips and salsa when you sit down. The finished wooden tables are comfortable. Service is brisk, and attentive. Aside from a full menu Fiesta Mexican Grill, offers a full menu. They had a lunch special, which offered Chili Relleno, Taco, Enchilada and others with it. Three of us were all happy with our order. I had the chili relleno, which was cooked to my order. It was slightly spicy, stuffed and covered with cheese. They served it with mexican rice. The grains of rice were firm. It tasted of tomato. Refried beans were on the plate as well. They were very smooth and on the bland side, creating a nice balence with the Chili and Mexican Rice. The unisex bathroom, which appeared to be handicap accessible was clean. Short visit to Williams and we decided to have Mexican food after a day trip to the Grand Canyon. We picked the right place! The staff was very friendly, the margaritas were even better, and the food was amazing. In-laws had fajitas, I had the fajita burrito, wife had taco-enchilada combo and our son had a kids bean/cheese burrito. All of us loved our food. Small restaurant doesn't look like much on the outside but the food is delicious! My husband had the "Pozole" doesn't come with the Usual cabbage on the side they served instead, with lettuce onion cilantro and lime. My husband said it was delicious as well. I would rate this place 0 stars if possible.... Absolutely disgusting!!!!! The chips are stale made in bulk sitting under a heat lamp... the meat tastes like it's from a can... the beans were gray!!! Not bad! Enjoyed the food. Tasted delicious. The staff are super efficient. Only one other table when we got there (around 5:30p on a holiday weekend) and we got our food in less than 10 mins after we ordered. Other people started coming in right after. Disgusting restaurant, dirty tables, dirty chairs. We didn't eat, just went to sit with freinds. Had water, fortunately I used a straw. Drank about 1/3 of the glass when I noticed the rim of the glass was sticky, then looked at the whole glass was dirty. It is not a well lit restaurant, brought to the managers attention and she didn't really didn't say much but handed the cup to the waiter. whew where to begin. Once seated, did not get any service for about 15 minutes. Then we got chips and salsa, chips were thick and old tasting. Salsa okay. The food portions were small, which would have been okay if it was good. The nachos had old, brown chips, about one tenderloin's amount of chicken on top too. We ordered the chicken enchiladas 3 plates and they were so salty our eyes were twitching, we also order 3 hard rolled tacos that were disgusting and garlicky , the rice was burnt and hard. When we brought to the waitress attention she went from polite to down right rude and offended. She told us that there was nothing they could do about the food and they had served over 500 plates so far (seriously doubt it) we offered to pay for the drinks and she talked to the owner and he said in Spanish "let them pay what they want and kick them out" she in turn in the rudest way possible relayed the message to us. Was really hoping to leave a good review of this place. We noticed some mixed reviews before eating there but considering all of the food in Williams seemed to have the same mixed reviews. Chips were good, warm and crispy and the salsa while made with canned tomatoes, was decent. We ordered and the food came out in decent amount of time. The burrito was huge, the salad was a good portion, and the enchiladas were enough to share. Then the bad, the prepackaged lettuce tasted absolutely terrible, very bitter and enough to ruin the meal. Salad obviously a no go at that point, and the burritos which contained lettuce was ruined by the taste as well. The tortilla on the burrito was also soggy, but not in the wet burrito soggy, like undercooked soggy. 3/4 of us had upset stomachs later..... Not recommended. read more

I really like to support family business. We ordered chimichanga and that was good the rice we all received was too salty. Beans were good, chili rellano was good too! The pozole we ordered was Luke warm and needed to be reheated. The chili verde was too salty to eat after trying to mask it with lime and cilantro. We told the waiter and he said, " we served 200 people today and no one said anything". We wanted to order another dish until he said it was our fault we thought the chili verde was too salty. His passive aggressive comment was unwarranted. After his comment we requested the pozole not to be reheated. He is right about making passive aggressive remarks as he walks away because this is America and he is free to say what he wants. We won't be back with his salty attitude. Nor recommend. I'm updating this review because the chimichanga made us sick to our stomach. Careful what you order. Follow up, the chimichanga made us sick, nausea and vomiting throughout the night. read more

I loved this hole in the wall. It was amazing. Would recomend this to anyone coming to Williams, AZ. Great customer service! They were nice enough to stay open until we left. We didnt feel rushed at all and the food was delicious. This is truly authentic Mexican food. The salsa that comes with the chips and salsa is one of the best Ive ever had.
