This spot is ROCKING IT! Newly opened location in Adel, and they just get it. For the holidays they have the place absolutely decked out with magical holiday lights and decor. You can't help but want to go in when you see it from the street! They were busy busy when we were in, but the service was still exceptional. And you could tell that they were beloved by other patrons in there too. We got the margarita with the pour bottle for $11 and got four margaritas out of it! It's not the strongest, but it's delicous and I love that they put fresh citrus cuttings in it. We weren't too hungry so we got a Choripollo platter to share and a bowl of the Birria Ramen. The Choripollo was a hefty platter with grilled chicken, chorizo, cheese sauce, lettuce, rice, guac, and more. It worked great for sharing as a table and scooping up with chips and tortillas. The Birria Ramen bowl was INSANELY MASSIVE! Like could feed four people. The broth was unreal, with delicious birria meat and ramen noodles. Can't beat it! Usually have a great experience here, but this past time the waiter seemed to be having a bad day. Extremely rude, asked 3 times if they do a birthday desert for my son and was ignored each time. Then when I asked for specifics on my food he completely ignored this as well. Never came back to check how our food was and then when we needed to leave due to our child getting sick my husband had to find the hostess to get our bill because our waiter never came back. We love fiesta!! We've been coming here for years. My husband and I went on a lunch date there today without the toddler. They have a new menu and have "smash tacos." I used to get the steak tacos so was unsure but wanted to give it a go! Happy I did. The spicy smash taco is absolutely delicious!! They took a risk switching up some classic items on their menu and I'm glad they did. Didn't think their food could get better!! Soft taco shell, covered in melted cheese, fresh cooked ground beef from Earlham, real cut jalepenos, sautéed onions and avacado. Burger-like sauce to pour all over. YUM!! Only suggestion I can give is to elevate the French fries on the side or add puffy soft tortilla chips like Tasty Tacos has. Service was also phenomenal. We found ourselves wondering around this sweet little town. There were only a few places that were open for lunch on a Monday, and this was a suggestion from a local floral shop. Upon entering, we immediately could tell that this establishment was well maintained and clean. The facilities were updated and modernized yet in a historic building with a lot of charm. The wait staff were friendly and sat us right away along with free chips and salsa. Our food was ordered and delivered to our table in under 10 minutes without any issues. We ordered an appetizer (birria quesadilla), two entrees (pollo loco and pork carnitas chimichanga), along with a margarita and a beer. All our food was delicious and flavorful. We were seated quickly and got chips and salsa. It took over 10 more minutes to get water, drinks and order. Food was delivered except my fajita. It came after 15 minutes and the others were almost finished eating. One order was wrong - a chicken burrito was delivered as beef and without the ordered queso. The marguaritas were good. read more

We were a group of 4 1/2 , greeted immediately and sat right away. The waitress was there right away taking our orders. My girlfriend talked me into the blue margarita. Holy buckets of booze. Good wise I was craving a chimichanga. The tequila chicken looked good, but I changa I instead. My girlfriend got the tequila chicken, I wish I had. It was mouth watering delicious. So good. My chimichanga was good, fresh, and hot but the tequila chicken, and tequila drink all went well together. I think this was a great meal and great experience. I would recommend it. read more

Definitely the best place to eat at on the square in Adel, Fiesta is homemade food and fast service at it's best. We had a great lunch here on a date over Memorial Day weekend. The salsa is really good, and I recommend the carnitas tacos. It's a soft shell flour taco, and the meat was super tender and delicious. Our drinks were large portions and very tasty. It wasn't too strong or too weak. My wife had a mojito and it was very fresh as well. If there is a drawback it's that the staff is not overly friendly and the restaurant itself feels a bit like a party hall. That's neither good nor bad, it just is. The booths offer more privacy for a date than the tables, though the tables are perfect for a large group. I would say that Fiesta isn't worth a drive from Des Moines just to eat here, but if you find yourself in Adel and are hungry then look no further than Fiesta. It was very tasty. For the most part this is a good establishment. The food is not very consistent. Sometimes we come and the Mexican food is out of this world and other times it is mediocre. This is a chain of 4 restaurants, but offers good food by a good staff. There are always chips and salsa brought to the table almost as soon as you sit down-and the salsa is the soupy kind but just fine to have with one of their great drinks before your food arrives. We love the raspberry frozen margarita and the blue margarita...and we have to walk home from feeling the alcohol. Ha. We like the Choripollo that has seasoned chicken and chorizo and we order a side of refried beans. The serving portions are large enough to have a full lunch the next day with the left overs. Lately they are busy like covid doesn't exist and many men and women don't wear their masks when not at the table even though the staff have posted signs to do so. Pleasantly surprised by this little place in Adel, IA. I have the Hawaiian Pork tacos and they were very good. I have never had pineapple on a taco but it was a great balance from the appropriate amount of heat. I paired this with a very good mojito and it all hit the spot. My wife and I had dinner at Fiesta last night. The servers were very attentive and the food was great! I had the chicken fajitas. They came out fast and were hot and very good. I happen to like re-fried beans and these didn't disappoint me! The chips and salsa were good too. Probably not home made chips or salsa but they were good.
