Really good food! Warm tortilla chips with a very tasty salsa welcome you to a very unique setting. Friendly service with a smile and positive attitude. Fajitas were hot, flavorable and plentiful. The refried beans were smooth and pleasing, a good indicator of traditional Mexican food. The margarita was large and enhanced the depth and width of the conversation. This place is now a contender for my favorite Mexican place. I came here for lunch and got the best tacos I've ever had. They were authentic, had suadero which is hard to find, and had delicious salsas. The pastor taco had tiny bits of pineapple in it which was delicious and a good pairing with pastor seasoning. My buddy and I came up from San Diego to board Jackson Hole for the week. After a week of overpriced nice restaurants we decided to get some Mexi food, because we don't get enough in SD. We ended up here at fiesta after a full day snowboarding, what a great find, excellent service, waitress was super sweet and had great energy and was stoked we appreciated authentic Mexican food. I ordered the house burrito with chicken and topped it with Suizas sauce (Wet) it was excellent, great flavor and super fresh. Oh yah and the fresh salsa was really good!! Cheers! read more

Great Mexican food in a no frills environment. Don't let the location or store front scare you off. All the great reviews pointed us here as a family during our vacation to JH, and it didn't disappoint. When I asked the server (I wish I knew his name) what he recommended, he took his time and went through the entire menu and gave us the key points. Started out with warm chips and great salsa. Loved them so much we ordered more ($2.50 as only the first order is complimentary) My wife and daughter shared the Chicken Fajita's ($15) as he said it was a generous serving - and it was. My wife commented on the amount of peppers which was a good thing. My son ordered the Suizas ($11) and devoured them rapidly (which I think speaks for itself). I couldn't decide which enchilada I wanted so went with the Trio Enchilada ($12) and was not disappointed - loved the flavor or each of them as well as the beans and rice. Service was fast and very friendly. Would recommend this place highly for those in the mood for Mexican! read more

Stayed in Jackson hole a few days in late April on a road trip touring Tetons and Grand Canyon. My favorite hometown Mexican restaurant sadly closed and now there's no place to get a decent enchilada in Honolulu. On our short trip we found this spot and it reminded my of the family owned, casual but cute, no unnecessary frills, just good food joint that closed back home. Server was great, seemed like he might even be the owner or part owner, made my friend and I strong tasty drinks. As for the food... it definitely hits. Got the trio enchilada plate and all my enchilada cravings were more than satiated. Beans and rice were also good, which I feel a lot of Mexican restaurants don't get right. Licked my plate clean. My friend ordered the California burrito which my 9 year old son sampled and said was the best thing he ate on our entire road trip (traveled through 5 states) and he still talks about to this day. If ever in Jackson again I would definitely revisit and highly recommend for anyone wanting good, authentic, soul warming food. Mahalo read more

Tucked in a small parking lot behind Lucky's, Fiesta is a small/medium sized restaurant with excellent mexican food. I was seated and served chips and salsa. Salsa was okay, nothing special. I ordered three tacos: asada, longanaiza, and Lengua. Happy and satisfy to say all three were excellent. Asada was not too greasy. Lengua seemed to be stewed well and pretty tender. Longanaiza really was delicious and recommended by the server. Coming from SF, I was not disappointed. Will prob return at least 1-2 more times during my stay in Jackson :) read more

Tucked away in a corner, we found fiesta! We were traveling and asked the locals for recommendations for Mexican food. They all insisted we try Fiesta! We are glad we did , it was delicious ! chips/the salsa were awesome and our dinners were excellent. We also did churros for dessert they were delicious!! Let me start by saying that I'm from a border town. I'm Hispanic and enchiladas are hard for someone to mess up. They messed up. I got the mole enchiladas and they were bitter. I've eaten mole enchiladas a lot in non Hispanic heavy places and they've been good. This was not good. My husband ordered some other enchiladas and the meat did not go well with the enchilada at all it was so odd. We ate it all because we payed for it. It was not satisfying and I ended up sick later on. The service wasn't good. It was so strange and I'm so sad because I was so excited to have found a "hole in the wall" Mexican restaurant. The salsas weren't spicy or flavorful , we had hatch earlier in the week and it was soooo good! It's worth spending more for better food here. read more

Amazing!!!! I am from California and so happy we ate here. Their customer service is impeccable and their food is authentic and delicious. It was like eating with family. Big portions and great prices. We had the milanesa, chicken fajitas and enchiladas and the best flour tortillas.all top notch. They also have an amazing Michelada (this is the first Michelada I loved that wasn't made at home.) We are staying in downtown Jackson hole and I am so glad we didn't eat there!!! P.s. We came to jackson & looked for Mexican & ended up here because of the reviews. I would have to say I disagree with them. The salsa is limited, there's no queso, and everything was bland. The burrito looks like a panini & the quesadilla I could make at home. We got the quesadilla, burrito, fish tacos, & fajitas and we had leftovers because it was almost unpalatable. Really good food. Very affordable (for Jackson). Free chips and salsa. House made horchata. Lunch for less than $15. This is currently my favorite Mexican place in Jackson. It's hard to find (behind a grocery store) and it looks like hell inside, but if you can get over that then you won't regret it. Fiesta is more on the authentic side of the Mexican food spectrum, so you'll see head meats and things like menudo and lingua on the menu. But if that isn't your thing, they have a big menu with lots of options and they'll go out of their way to make you anything you want. The sauces are delicious, and their Huevos allllllmost rivals Nora's (sorry, but nothing else is THAT good, pretty close though). Best of all, the service is fast and extremely friendly. These guys know how to treat you and they do it well. It's a "hole in the wall" but if you want good, affordable Mexican food with awesome service in Jackson, they really cannot be beat. read more

Typical Mexican restaurant experience. Pros -The staff here busted their ass and I really respect that. I typically don't mention service in my reviews because it's so unique to your personal visit but these guys deserve a shout out. -Table chips and salsa were solid. -Portions were huge and priced fair -TVs around the place but played soccer even while the ncaa tourney was going on. I'm sure I could have gotten one switched if I asked though. Cons -Restaurant was in the middle of being renovated which was kind of odd. Not a big deal, but kind of odd. -Chilaqules were a bit too much smothered in sauce for me, the chips were beyond soggy, which for me, wasn't ideal. -Overall the food was just a bit bland. Not the first Mexican place that has left me feeling that way. Overall I feel 3/5 is a fair score for this place. Great service, mediocre/typical food. We came here for dinner after having a busy day at the park. It is in one of the malls around the area and not in the downtown area. But the food was so good and I say that coming from California - where we literally have tacos almost always and are always on the lookout for best places to try new tacos. This place did justice to the fish tacos and I loved the chips and dips as well. We would definitely go back here whenever we find ourselves in Jackson. The food here is very good, authentic Mexican, but the place is underwhelming in terms of interior and location. Salsa is the real deal, chicken mole enchiladas and green chicken enchiladas both outstanding. The chicken tacos great, carne asada tacos good. We did not try the Ritas but they looked great as did the mangoritas. Staff was very friendly and helpful, service was good, prices very reasonable. If you are looking for authentic Mexican despite location give it a shot. If you're looking for ambiance, might be better off trying somewhere else. read more

Ate here last year and was blown away! Was really excited to eat here again this year. Drove all the way up from alpine to eat here for an 11:30 lunch (30 min after opening). We walked up and found that the door to the restaurant was locked. We looked inside and saw a worker sitting on a chair about 15 feet from the door doing something on his phone. After pounding on the door for several minutes (yes we were desperate) the guy didn't even flinch. We called and heard the phone ring 3 feet from where he was sitting. Still didn't move.
