This place is down right jaw dropping I went here after my track meet with a couple of friends of mine it gets pretty packed on Friday nights, as soon as we sat down less then 5 seconds we got these chips with this salsa from heaven. This is the best Mexican restaurant I have been to in years. I'm also not even that old. The food is so delicious, if I were you I would try to get a taste of everything. Now they weren't all that fast but with how much food they served it was definitely worth the wait, which was like 30 minutes. The employees were very kind and did their job with the best professionalism I have ever seen. They were also very funny. One of our favorite lunch spots. Excellent service, atmosphere and eats. Lunch buffet available and the buffet is loaded with a nice assortment of items to handle any craving you may have. The burritos are also a favorite amongst my gang of chow hounds and you get a nice amount for the price and chips and salsa are delicious! If your like me and enjoy mexican food this is a good place to go. Ive tired a few dishes but I always go back to # 40. At noon they have a nice buffet bar during the week. They have good service and good atmosphere and price is reasonable. Try the white cheese to dip your chips in I forget what its called. I ask for the white cheese dippy sauce they know what I mean. read more

Fiesta Mexicana has been one of our favorites for years. Their food is excellent, and it is moderately priced. The service is very good also. However, there is one very serious problem with this restaurant: NOISE! The dining rooms are so noisy, one often can't carry on a conversation with the person sitting right beside you. There is a desperate need for sound baffles and sound absorbing materials on the walls. Last night we went to dinner there with two other couples. As we left, we all decided that we would not go back until the noise level has been GREATLY reduced! read more

Fiesta Mexicana has two locations in Mt. Vernon, OH. This review is for the one on Coshocton Avenue. Both restaurants have the exact same menu, but the one on Coshocton is wheelchair accessible throughout the entire restaurant. There is ample room to move about and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The wait staff we had was excellent and stopped by at appropriate times to check up on how we were doing. My wife had a spinach quesadilla and I had four enchiladas. I get four because there food makes an excellent leftover for the next day. All food was served quickly, but not too quickly, allowing us to settle in and converse a little. The food was very hot has were the plates, so be careful when moving you plates. I had a frozen Raspberry Margarita that was a little runny. it could have used a little more ice to make it like a slushy. My wife had a glass of wine and really enjoyed here Quesadilla. She said there was a lot of spinach and an appropriate amount of cheese. She always worries that restaurants will skimp on the main portions (spinach), but not here. My enchilada were fabulous and I will probably finish the remaining leftovers tonight. All in all, we would highly recommend this restaurant and did so to our son via text as we left the restaurant. read more

I just cant think of anything that would make Fiesta Mexicana any better. Servers are GREAT, friendly, smiling but not over the top. Food is reasonable and yummy. Best of all, their drinks, of course the 'Ritas' are the best in town. I have NEVER had one that seemed watered down or sub par in any way. These people are NOT afraid to share the tequila in their drinks. Def 5 stars for relaxing, festive (OK, noisy) place to laugh and have some fun! read more

Stopped in for lunch on our way to Columbus and was pleasantly surprised. The lunch buffet, though small, was more than adequate for everyone's choices. I was happy to see regular mexican buffet foods, no pizza or weird attempts at "americanizing." The decor was nice, the facilities were clean and the price was right. Will visit again! read more

Pretty good Mexican food for Central Ohio. The service is decent though not great, and the servers are pretty good about constantly refilling the chips and salsa on the table. Food is pretty solid and portions are very generous. read more
