Best place I ate while on vacation in Myrtle Beach! This food was so good and I had high standards being from Texas because we think we're amazing at Mexican food. Anyways I had the chicken poblano and my mom had the Aztec soup. It was so good and I would highly recommend it to anyone going there. The drinks are pretty good and the restaurant is a good price. First off if you like margaritas I definitely recommend this place! Reasonable priced and good portions. They serve the salsa in a container they leave on the table and give you bowls to pour it yourself, which I thought was great everyone had their own. I have never been disappointed once in my years going there I strongly suggest the Camarones a La Diabla (spicy scrimp platter ) - tasty salsa to go along with the chips - kids menu was reasonable and had enough variety- For beverages they have big beers for $8 and of course margaritas! Good food, terrible service! If they were to close twenty minutes after we walked in, I wish they had told us so we could have gone elsewhere. Instead, our waiter refused to serve us alcoholic drinks after our first round because they were 'closed', yet we watched them serve shots and beers to every other table. It was a party as soon as we arived here. The wait was 25 minutes, but it is Cinco De Mayo... They had an outdoor bar with a DJ in the parkinglot for a fun wait. Drinking and dancing before our table was ready for a real party atmosphere. My wife and I both had Steak, Shrimp, and Chicken Fajitas. Stopped in here Saturday 6-26 and it was soooooo crowded, but the staff were so organized and so nice, that no one there minded waiting. Since i am a vegetarian, I was hoping that there was something for me to each. We only had to wait 25 minutes and it was exactly was the young lady managing the crown said. I have been at Fiesta Mexicana 4-5 times and the first visit was the only time it was great. It has progressively gone down hill and yesterday was our last visit. The Burrito Jalisco was mostly lettuce and sour cream. While the waiter was standing there, I cut into it and he saw the salad burrito. The papas fritas were undercooked frozen french fries. My wife's Tortilla Soup appeared to be canned chicken broth with Pico de Gallo. We kept coming back because it was always overcrowded, so we assumed that was the reason for the poor service. However, the waiter and his manager did remove the Burrito from my bill without me asking. While the waiter provided good service, the kitchen did not. Maybe, since it is Myrtle Beach, they figure everyone is a tourist and won't be coming back. read more

Odetta was our server. She was outstanding. Her suggestion of table guacamole was right on the money. My wife had ceviche and I was undecided between fajitas and Chile verde. My carnita tacos were soggy & had a lot of fat on them. Really wasnt the mexican food i was hoping for while being down south (im from Massachusetts) & the salsa wasnt spicy. Never heard of a patron margarita on the rocks apparently (???) & made it into a frozen.. which was fine no biggy i nicely said im sorry this isnt what I ordered & he was blown away. I guess the 5 star rating pretty much tells it all. The food just rocks well cooked flavorful fat ass shrimp as opposed to say not so jumbo shrimp an oxymoron if ever there was one : ) Alongside of or maybe on top (an irrelevant distinction) a nicely seasoned steak just like butter well something that is solid and not viscous with the consistency oh hell it was a perfect complement to the epic shrimp and alongside some rice and the best tasting refried beans I have ever had. My wife and I sat at the bar. We Ordered Cadillac margaritas and the menu talks about Weber blue agave tequila, lime juice and gran mariner. Never expected a pre-mixed margarita that was the strangest color I have ever seen. Sent them back. Good thing is they did replace them with a cheaper margarita without the mix. Still charged for the Cadillac. Food was ok not great. Now I love good tequila and they advertise Clase Azul anejo for 100.00 a pour. Which if it is real is a great price. We asked to see the bottle which never came. You lose! Asked for check and left, bartender didn't even seemed to care. Bad service will break a restaurant and word of mouth is your worst enemy!
