We started with the buffalo chicken nachos, adult mac and cheese, and brisket tacos. The food was DELICIOUS. The buffalo chicken nachos were massive, a bit spicy (not overly) and had a great flavor. The mac and cheese was my favorite out of the three- there were two actual blocks of mac and cheese, deep fried, with cheese sauce. I've never had anything like it and cannot wait to return to eat it again. The brisket tacos were also a nice size, quite filling, and tasted great. Now the drinks- we started with happy hour drinks which were not bad for the price, but switched to the regular ones on the menu because they looked amazing and they were. I flagged her down a couple minutes later to send it back . Why would you expect me to eat this pizza ! $14 for a Meat Lovers Burnt Pizza , nope . They made me another pizza and it was still a little overcooked , but not burnt this time . It was okay , nothing to brag about . It is a cool place inside and probably fun when you have some friends with you . I just can't recommend for the food and service . I should have gotten a tiki drink , but it wouldn't have gone good with my pizza , so I got a good ole Pabst Blue Ribbon . I ate like half the pizza and took the rest back to my hotel . The server was super nice and he tried to make sure that the food came up as soon as possible. He brought out things as they came up verses waiting which we really appreciated. We were starving. I got the fried pickles as an app but I thought that they were to salty. I got the island burger which I ordered medium but came out well done. Then the food came. I showed him that half of the mussels were sealed shut and he stated that the kitchen should have checked. We asked for more if the bread for the sauce. Result- Charged for the extra bread, charged full price for the mussels and had 18% added to our bill (would have tipped at least 20% always). They didn't deduct the Wednesday White Claw special from the bill. Waiter kind of checked-out (albeit he was busy). Was a great location and fun atmosphere - disappointed with the customer service and a few dishes (could have been easily rectified).
