Then I called over the waiter/ bartender and I told him I wasn't paying this tab in this condition, he argued with me that I was questioning his "superior" service and if I refuse to pay this tab he'll call the police. We arrived after a 30 min walk, hot and thirsty. Guess what we were greeted by an Angel. CiCi C. was terrific she welcomed us and served us with a smile. True Score: 3.75 Stars Good Food - Expensive This is a good place to go if you want to get a few drinks and listen to some live music. The bartenders were nice and attentive. Live music was good. We stopped in for a cold drink on a hot day at Myrtle Beach, and loved the atmosphere. Although we thought we only were going to stay for one drink, we ended up staying for an hour and a half. We did like the menu that's offered and the happy hour specials. The service was great and we'll go back again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach. This is my new favorite tiki bar! The food was absolutely delicious with some of the freshest tasting seafood around. The coconut shrimp was crisp yet perfectly cooked. The sweet chili sauce is so good you'll want to put it on everything and order more just to keep the sauce coming. Service was friendly. The vibe is fun yet still family friendly. They automatically put 18% tip on your bill and then add a line for another tip. The food is already expensive, I can't imagine how much it would have been if we had drinks as well. Luckily, our friends had been there before and caught us before we added more for the tip. I understand adding automatic tips to parties over 6 or more but for just 2 people, that is ridiculous. And we usually tip 20%, so they lose out by automatically adding 18%. Overall, it's not a bad place but that automatic tip left us with a bad taste and we probably won't return. read more

We started with the buffalo chicken nachos, adult mac and cheese, and brisket tacos. The food was DELICIOUS. The buffalo chicken nachos were massive, a bit spicy (not overly) and had a great flavor. The mac and cheese was my favorite out of the three- there were two actual blocks of mac and cheese, deep fried, with cheese sauce. I've never had anything like it and cannot wait to return to eat it again. The brisket tacos were also a nice size, quite filling, and tasted great. Now the drinks- we started with happy hour drinks which were not bad for the price, but switched to the regular ones on the menu because they looked amazing and they were. This tiki bar is so sick!! I went there 3 nights in a row for my "ghost" ipa beer out of Charleston, sc! On the 3rd night Jimmy roca was in the bar playing music on his bangin guitar! Yessir brah! I flagged her down a couple minutes later to send it back . Why would you expect me to eat this pizza ! $14 for a Meat Lovers Burnt Pizza , nope . They made me another pizza and it was still a little overcooked , but not burnt this time . It was okay , nothing to brag about . It is a cool place inside and probably fun when you have some friends with you . I just can't recommend for the food and service . I should have gotten a tiki drink , but it wouldn't have gone good with my pizza , so I got a good ole Pabst Blue Ribbon . I ate like half the pizza and took the rest back to my hotel . The next day I just ended up throwing it out since I decide to go out to eat somewhere else . One of my friends took me to an amazing Southern Buffet the next day . The other bartender suddenly took over our orders and told us it was last call despite their hours being until 2am and it being midnight. She then proceeded to get excited as other groups came in of more "regulars" and how her night was "better now" that they showed up. She also told us splitting shots was "disgusting" and I was so confused as to how in the world it would be made to be disgusting. Still not sure about that comment. I got the fried pickles as an app but I thought that they were to salty. I got the island burger which I ordered medium but came out well done. First let me start off by saying the waiter I had was amazing. Very attentive and on top of checking in with us.....but... The 3 star review is based on the actual food itself. My sister and I ordered the fried pickles and the chicken nachos. The pickles were GREAT! The nachos however were horrible. They use ground chicken instead of shredded and it was so flavor less that we couldn't even eat it without having to add a ton of stuff. So the waiter graciously let us switch our order to the fajita eggrolls....
