I asked if the vehicle was still available and requested the out‑the‑door. The sales representative told me that the price was negotiable only if I came into the dealership in person and mentioned a $1,400 anti‑theft device as part of the quote. When I explained that I planned to finance the vehicle through my credit union, I was told that Fiesta Motors does not accept credit‑union financing as a matter of policy. Because of this policy and the requirement to come in‑person just to discuss pricing, I decided this was not the right dealership for my needs. Entering this business, yes they are very nice but that's the only ok thing they have going. I met with a salesman and told him what car I was interested in viewing. He did open them for me so I can take a look and then kept pushing that I go inside with him to run my credit to see if I qualify. I kept ignoring him looking at the cars. I then asked if I can test drive the car and he said no we first have to run your credit so of course there I go to do it. They are so pushy with it , I really hoped the previous reviews were correct but from my experience it's not. If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a car on 6/21/25, yes I was informed the car was not ready to be taken that day but Luis who spoke to multiple different "mangers" said they told him it would be ready in 2-3 days. We proceeded I purchased the car in full on debit card. I called 3 days later they said there was construction out side of the building so call back tomorrow. I then call back the next day they tell me a part is on back order and I should receive a call in a few days when they get the part. I don't receive a single call so I call them 3 days after to see an update yet again no part, it's on back order no update to give me. The manger who I spoke to told me they would call Thursday 7/3 with an update he never called I called Thursday and was told he wasn't there and no one had his phone number to call him and ask about the car so just wait and call Saturday. I call Saturday they tell me the car will be ready Monday just call Monday for a time to pick up. I get another day off work (already took the 2-3 days after purchasing,off work expecting to pick up one of those days) so I'm missing out on my job and they tell me when I call today that the car will not be ready till Tuesday / tomorrow night so yet another day to call off work. All due to they want to detail the vehicle apparently but realistically I don't think they finished the vehicle because I've been getting lie after lie. I don't need the vehicle detailed i told them I will be getting the vehicle today. I proceeded to go pick up the vehicle today as I was told it would be ready. Luis and everyone was very kind and helpful but Vanessa and the manger of this place was horrible Vanessa told us to go into his office to speak to him and he snaps at us to get out as he's working on something like we weren't just told to go speak to him. He then snaps at us to come back tomorrow because it needs to be detailed I say no because I do not need it detailed it's going into the third week of not having the car I bought I need the car!! He then says come tomorrow or I'm canceling the contract and refunding you I said okay refund me right now then he tells me " NO COME BACK TOMRROW" I'm sorry a paying customer you are then committing fraud not refunding at that time. Completely completely unprofessional business completely unprofessional receptionist VANESSA. She should not be working at a place if she can not handle customer situations properly and have proper customer service. She's needs to have her position and her self very much so looked into because I've seen many other reviews about her and the managers customer service. This is an unusual review as I bought a car for my teenage son from Fiesta a little over a year ago. Wanted to wait and see how things worked out with the purchased 2015 Jetta before posting on yelp. The car seemed to be as advertised when we test drove it in Feb 2023 and the price paid was fair. We enjoyed working with Luis. I had recently gone through a bk due to troubling times and unfortunately my auto loan before getting to fiesta motors was included in the bk. . . Literally went to every dealership known to man - kind and either they couldn't get me approved with a lender or my APR was off the roof, or they required a $5,000 downpayment (which is ridiculous) so needless to say I've been searching for a car for awhile UNTIL I was informed about FIESTA MOTORS!! This dealership hands down is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Ryan (one of the managers) was able to get me approved WITH A LOW CAR NOTE and amenities! I financed a Chevy Volt and when I tell you the car runs GREAT! No hidden problems, nothing popping or falling from the ceiling of the vehicle. Just all around GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I am very proud of myself given the situation I was in when I first walked on the lot. I was nervous because I knew my credit wasn't the best they still found out a way to make sure I was happy with my car. That is probably why they have been in business for so long. Before I start my review, it will be long because there's a lot to say about the customer service and the overall service. Please keep in mind that I attempted to work with this dealership for months regarding my purchase and they started off nicely. Before you purchase, they run your credit and tell you that if you don't purchase now, you can't purchase later. I didn't care about that at the time because I wanted this specific truck but if I would've paid attention and listened to my husband who said to not purchase here, I wouldn't have a lemon. I purchased my truck in July 2021. I was looking for a specific truck for months: 2010 Chevrolet Suburban in white. After searching for a while, Fiesta Motors listed themselves as having one. I contacted the office and it wasn't in yet so I waited. Fast forward, I was notified when it arrived and went right away to see it. I'm aware that it's used so it will not be perfect. Within hours of driving it home the car began cutting off while I was driving. I call the office and they take it back with no problem, to fix it. I'm satisfied. I should've returned it back and requested my money back. Within one month I had the exact same issue plus the check engine light is coming on. I call again and I speak to Ryan who tells me to bring it in but I'm too scared to drive it so I use my AAA to tow it because it's shutting off while I'm driving. They keep it for over a week and call me to say it is fixed. Mind you, I never get a work up detail about what is fixed. Literally one month to the date, the car has a burning smell coming from under the hood into the vehicle and all the sounds within the truck go out. No blinker sounds, no music, nothing. I call again because at this time I've had the truck three months and I have driven it maybe four times. This time around Ryan is not so happy to assist but he does. I take the truck to the mechanic and they smell the burning. I tell them that it seems to be an electrical issue and also, now all the sounds in the truck are out. They keep my truck for over three weeks. I'm not complaining, I just want it to work. The 2nd week the mechanic calls me to ask if he can take my truck to his house because they can't figure out the issues. After the third week, I call to check the status and Ryan would not return my calls, however the mechanic calls me randomly that same day and says that my truck is done. He tells me that they "fixed" the issue but I can pay $450 to fix the sound in my truck because it's not covered. WHAT! I haven't even been able to drive this car that I'm paying a note on because there's an issue and now I have to pay to fix whatever the issue MAY be? He says that the check engine light is off and it's good to go. Confused because I was never updated intentionally, I go to pick up my truck that same day, only to notice that it's parked across the street in the vacant lot that they own, all the way in the back like it has been there for a while. As I'm driving home, not only is the burning smell present but the check engine light also comes back on. So here I am stuck with a lemon. They list the vehicles under being sold as-is but this truck want accessed prior to being sold and needed work that wasn't completed prior to me purchasing it although Javier told me it was. It was on the lot less than 24hr before I purchased it. My truck now qualifies under the lemon law, as well as filing with the BBB. They try not to leave a paper trail but my sister is a lawyer. So I'm taking the necessary steps needed. I haven't been driving it unless it's locally because of the burning smell/electric issue and no sounds. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from this dealership personally. And reading reviews, I would've read these first. I dropped the ball and had to get another truck. Don't fall for their selling tactics and understand, you can go somewhere else. I only went because I wanted this truck. That same day I found another one and should've left. I second guessed myself and I'm paying for it now. I hope this helps. read more
