Bought a car. They accepted my down payment, all docs were signed, loan was finalized. THEN it turns out the showed me the wrong car, the inspection was never done on the correct vehicle, they claim it was an accident and now the vehicle is at a mechanic awaiting inspection. My son went to pick up the vehicle and they made him wait for two hours with multiple different excuses as to why they could not deliver the vehicle. Now they will not respond, answer texts, or return my calls. Again, they have my money, all of the signed documents and the banks money. I still have no car and no response. read more

Been buying my cars from these ladies for years, so far I have bought three cars, all at amazing prices. I had went to the Honda dealership in Montclair and they tried to sale me a car 3x what the worth of the car was I got the same car here for a lot cheaper and ever since than I kept coming back. I'm grateful for these ladies, they have always been patient with me through this whole experience even when at first, if I didn't feel right buying the car , they still treat me with respect, hence why I came back to buy and will always come back. Applied online for one of their vehicles through Yelp. Waited a few hours. I guess they don't check their messages very often... Decided to call them to check the status. They haven't even looked at my application until I called them. They told me I would know within the next 24 hours if they would approve me. Never got a call... A simple "Sorry we can't approve you at this time" would have sufficed... please look elsewhere for your next vehicle. Communication is key in my book. "Get approved instantly" ? False advertising. read more

I had been messaging them through offer up which they were great at responding back. We agreed for me to come check out a Tahoe they had advertised .When I got there I was greeted by Helen and Veronica which were very friendly and informative about the truck. They let me let me do my thing inspecting the truck inside and out and I have to say the truck looked even better in person. The leather was clean no rips or wear, the body was clean, after a test drive it drove great. I was sold. Helen and Veronica were great! Not pushy very helpful, informative and willing to work with my credit. My purchase was smooth and easy.I will definitely come back to them as well as refer friends and family. Where do I start? I guess I can start by saying I get incredibly nervous when I'm about to make a big purchase. My anxiety builds up and I freak out. To add to this I was on my way to purchase my first car and I had terrible credit. All of that went away when I met Helen and Veronica. Man were they so welcoming. They walked me around the lot, offered me a water, and had a great set of questions to help me find the car that was just right for me. I refuse to go anywhere else when I am ready to purchase a vehicle. Besides Carmax, Helen and Veronica at Royal Empowered Motors, takes good care of their customers. I went there to just look at a Toyota Corolla 2016 and the car was priced great and the customer service was awesome. I did not feel pressured to buy the car right then and there at all and they were so informative about pricing, financing, down payment, and more.
