I'd been looking for a Volvo C30 for about 6 months when I came across a beautiful one at Certified Auto Sales. I decided to move on it quickly before someone else beat me to it, so my son and I took the drive from Hollywood to check her out. She wasn't perfect by any stretch, but given her age, 2011, she was quite the looker. ;) The engine sounded smooth and everything else was copacetic on her. We proceeded to take her out for a spin and she was magnificent. She drove like a dream and purred like a kitten. She was everything I was looking for in a C30, so I took the plunge and made her mine. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be taken of, so we left her there for a week. It eventually took two additional weeks for everything to get squared away, which was a bit of a drag. That's my only "complaint," if you even wanna call it that. All that said, John, Luna, and Elias took really good care of me. The transaction was as hassle-free as I coulda imagined. I've now had my car for almost a month and she continues to run great. In closing, I've read a few of the negative reviews for Certified and can tell you with 100% sincerity that I didn't encounter any dishonesty or malpractice from this establishment. (Car only had 65,000 miles) Tried to reach for them to help and they basically told me to kick rocks because I bought a used Tesla. He handed me the keys and told me to take it anywhere to include the freeway. They have a good selection of used vehicles a lot of Mercedes, BMW. But other makes as well! The cars are in good condition that they get, that could have been trades from one of the large retail dealerships in the area. I hear they buy a lot of cars from Tesla! This is not your typical big dealership, in which the salesman are all lined up in front of the store, when you arrive there ready to pounce on you!! Here a completely different vibe! Your not brought into the sales office, then turned over from the Salesman to the closer, sometimes someone even in the service department will jump in.
