Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I came in wanting and craving for so long, was super excited to ry this place. It was empty, so I should have had the best service. I ordered to go, to find out they missed to give me a side of gallopinto and buñuelos. I called and told them and they told me they would refund but never did. Food was subpar, the rice was a bit hard, ensalada de repollo had no flavor. The gallopinto was beyond disappointing, no flavor. The ambience smelled like Fabuloso ( cleaning product). We *love* Nicaraguan food and have tried tons of spots in LA, SF, and Miami, but honestly, Fiesta Pinolera in Vegas might be one of the better ones. Everything tasted super authentic and full of flavor. The quesillo was amazing -- creamy, cheesy, and plenty of those delicious onions. Portions are **big**, so you can totally share (or not, no judgment). The food here feels homemade in the best way possible, and you can tell they really care about what they serve. The food here is the best around, I loved everything from the Gallo Pinto to the queso frito the meat was cooked to perfection and the chancho con yucca was amazing the textures all complimented each other so well on my plate. The service was great, Vilma was on top of everything i never had to ask for anything she was so thoughtful and sweet. And it's a short drive from the strip i couldn't have stumbled upon a more perfect restaurant. If you're craving Nicaraguan food this is definitely the best place to go eat I promise you. read more

I really wanted some authentic nicaraguan food and here I found it. The meats were all excellent. I had 3 plates, the churrasco, the carne asada and the grilled chicken. The sides were also good in portion and flavor except for the rice it was a little old. The service was pretty fast. The ambience was nice and they were playing authentic music. read more

Just ate here with my wife and daughter, we tried the Bandeja Pinolera for 4. It was pretty bomb, I also had some of their Nicaraguan beer Toña. It was bomb frosty and cold. If you order a beer you might as well order the liter of Toña. The cacao was good to. read more

Horrible costumer service a group of 6 people came in after us. They took care of them we didn't even get acknowledged. Can't comment on the food since we just got up and left. Felt like we were just part of the furniture. 3 employees passed by several times only 1 young guy brought us chips didn't even say hello someone will be right with you.
