Misleading amenities, nowhere to eat, and hit-or-miss hospitality Caesar's Palace looks great on paper, but the actual experience was frustrating and disappointing. I booked my stay based on two advertised amenities: the 24-hour Cafe Americano and the on-site spa. Neither was available. The spa was completely closed, with no notice, and Cafe Americano is not 24 hours, despite being marketed that way. As someone who plans around food and wellness, this felt misleading. Late at night, I was told to go to Brioche -- which turned out to be takeout-only with no seating. I then tried to sit at the bar next to Cafe Americano, but was told I couldn't eat there either. When I asked where I could sit, the bar staff just shrugged and told me to go back to Brioche, knowing full well there was nowhere to sit there. They were not friendly or accommodating, and gave off a "not our problem" attitude that really soured the moment. To be fair, most other staff at the hotel were kind and professional -- this isn't aimed at them. But when your food options are limited, the spa is shut down, and you're being bounced around without solutions, it leaves a bad impression that overshadows everything else. The elevators were also a nightmare -- slow, overcrowded, and poorly managed during busy hours. Bottom line: Caesar's sells a luxury image but doesn't deliver the basics. If you care about honest advertising, reliable food options, or consistent hospitality, I'd strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

Stopped in for breakfast and to try a new place ; on a busy Sunday morning we only waited about 10/15 minutes staff was super friendly, they had the football games on but not loud so you could enjoy a conversation, it was nice sitting out side and enjoying the beautiful day , waitress came quickly and took our order , fresh squeezed orange juice or at the least very high quality and food came out quickly ; my eggs were over cooked for me and within minutes and did not just have fresh eggs but a brand new fresh plate of food ; it was impressive the service the staff gave and it was some of the best potatoes I've ever had ; highly recommend trying breakfast here

This is our waitress goofing around. She had a great personality I will definitely. Go there again . Had a fantastic Breakfast

Every corner has a different oddity and to add to the intrigue and search for answers, they encourage opening some of the drawers for closer looks! Definitely a fun bar to check out when in Vegas and hopefully you get Chris who was delightful and made fantastic drinks!

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

I opted for a comfier lounge chair next to the bar and checked out the menu on the table. When I was ready to order, I went up to the bar. Which, if you've been to bars in general, they happily take your order and you wait and bring the drinks back to your seat. Well not at Vesper. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

Sure, it is known; however, it was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday. We were seated at a shell like booth and this space between the back side of the Players Club and the Cash cage, is a lovely and elegant place. Is it expensive? yes. Most other fine establishments are also expensive in Vegas. It is what it has become. Is that good? Probably not; however, it does give you the opportunity to experience something unique and special. Although we had one server, the servers worked very well together throughout our 90 minutes here and really team assisted with each other. Between the two of us, we had three drinks. You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.
