The main descriptor here is "cozy." Classic diner setup with wooden booths, plain coffee, and cholesterol-rich splurges. They are doing it right! The food was what-you-would-expect diner fare. Menu items weren't inventive, but they didn't need to be. I enjoyed that some entree combos included both savory and sweet elements--some places divide these up, and I usually need a little of both. I went with the Paul Bunyan with a side of French toast, which scratched every breakfast itch I had. I'm also a hash brown snob, and I like it all seared together. Overall experience was pretty good. All the workers were very friendly and attentive. Only downfalll was the parking. We arrived around 12pm and the parking was so full, we had to park on the street down the road and walk. The bread was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the mix of ham, cheese, and that sweet powdered sugar hit just right. The cashier comes up to us - as nice as she could, I guess, to tell us we needed to be done as they had a long line. I told her we just got done and would leave. I get it. I stopped in to Molly browns right before the Sunday brunch rush at about 11 AM. Although Molly browns has a small parking lot and not a lot of seats, we had no problem finding a parking spot and table. My overall score of this restaurant is a 4.5/5 stars. Starting with their service. Server was very nice and knowledgeable on all aspects of the menu. He was very helpful and brought drinks quickly. Next, Food gets a 5/5 . time from order to table was 10 minutes which is fantastic! Food overall was great I got the country fried steak with eggs cooked to order, toast, and a side of hashbrowns. Eggs were slightly under seasoned but overall the food was great! Menu diversity gets a 4/5. The menu itself was great, I only wish they had more lunch options for their kitchen being opened until 2. Cleanliness gets a 5/5 restaurant, tables, and seats were very clean. The bathroom itself was very clean but NOT handicap accessible. The bathroom had plentiful paper towels and soap. A little bit of dust around the vents and ceiling but this did not concern me enough to drop cleanliness to a 4/5. Value was very great for a family of 4 we paid 50 dollars. With my 12 dollar order of country fried steak I was given 2 steaks breaded well covered in gravy with 2 eggs and a side of toast. Lastly accessibility gets a 3/5 unfortunately for as great as this restraunt is, it is very small and mid rush people have to wait a good amount of time for a table, which in my opinion is worth it. There parking lot it's self is almost big enough but is compact and does not offer a plentiful amount of spots. My family and I were SO HAPPY that we found this place. We were on our yearly visit to Cuyahoga Falls, and we never usually venture too far away from our Hotel. We usually eat there, or eat in the immediate vicinity. Due to some issues at the hotel, we decided to step outside for our breakfast. We will NEVER be going anywhere else for our breakfast again when we come to town! The place was hopping and was packed to the gills--and the hostess was still kind and did all she could to get us in as fast as possible. Everyone we encountered there was super polite and welcoming. Our server was awesome, super attentive, and we would visit just to receive the level of service our family was given. Everything we tried was phenomenal. The portions were large, and we did not walk out hungry at all. Definite shout outs to the country fried steak breakfast meal, and their homemade corned beef hash! AWESOME! A really cute and cozy place for a Mother's Day brunch. To celebrate the day, my mom and I had gone for a short hike in the nearby Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Around 1, we were looking for somewhere to eat when we came across this cute brunch spot. It seems like a local small town diner and has the feel too. The service was great, and they were so accommodating to changing our order last minute. The meals themselves are pretty hefty. My mom got a garden skillet which has a hash with veggies topped with three eggs and I got the fried chicken skillet which is a hash with peppers and country fried chicken topped with three eggs and gravy. Definitely a good sized portion for a meal. We also got a side of the strawberry cheesecake French toast, which was a little on the sweeter side for us. Overall, a great find and if I'm in the area again I'll definitely try to find this spot! read more

I only had takeout from here--and it was several months ago--but I was just thinking about how good my meal was. My fiance and his friend met for breakfast, and he brought me a meal home because huevos rancheros are one of my favorite meals. I can't remember what they had, but they said it was a really good meal, the service was good, and the restaurant was clean and looked nice. Per their website, huevos rancheros are: "Three Eggs Served over a Corn Tortilla, Smothered with Ranchero Sauce and Cheese. Served with Hot Tortillas, Rice, Refried Beans, Sour Cream and Guacamole." I had my eggs over easy and I substitute hashbrowns for rice. This was an incredibly flavorful meal, and the portion was massive. For $10.99, the value was on point. There are a lot of other items on the menu that sound terrific, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully dining in. read more

Then when I saw basted eggs were really a little more raw than I liked brought it up. The server came back and said is everything OK with your food? I advise that I like my eggs is a little bit more cooked. He said you asked for basted. I said I understand normally in Cleveland there a little more cooked he then snapped well this is Stow not Cleveland. Ouch food was good but attitudes were horrible unprovoked. Very happy to have recently had breakfast at Molly Brown's Cafe. It's been a long time since I've been here, and was happy to finally return. I ordered the Machaca, which is shredded beef with peppers and onions over scrambled eggs. My food also came with tortillas (choice of flour or corn, I went with the corn), refried beans, rice, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. The beans and machaca were also covered in a cheese blend. The table also had three different types of hot sauce on it. So you basically make your own breakfast tacos out of it. The meat was very good, shredded, but still moist, the rice was consistent with what you'd find at any Mexican restaurant, so that was good too. I wish I had a little more guacamole on my plate, as the last little bit of it didn't quite make it to my last taco, but that's my only regret with what I ordered. Others in our party had the Fried Chicken skillet, which was just heaped with food! Bacon, eggs, hash browns, several types of toast and a waffle were also purchased, and it seemed like everyone enjoyed their meal. I looked around and the table next to me had a breakfast burrito, which was huge and looked really good, and then they finished their meal with one of the largest cinnamon rolls I've seen in quite a while! It looked great! Oh, and then they have a big whiteboard with specials on it too, so if you go, be sure to check that out! Cool place, not really in the area I usually am at in the morning, but I'd stop by again if in the area, and would be curious to try lunch here for sure! read more

My boyfriend and two year old came here on Sunday morning around 8 am for breakfast. My daughter was sitting in a booster seat stacking the jellies from the caddy and the creamers from the bowl. (Mind you, she's 2. She can't open these things, merely just something to occupy her while we wait). Our server got our drink order and came back to our table and moved the caddy away from my daughter and said something about how we don't play with those. I was in shock. We gave it back to her and she came over again and slid it away from her (she was sitting at the front of the table and the server slid the caddy all the way to back of the table). At this point I'm so angry but mostly just confused at the audacity of this lady. Extremely rude and just unprofessional. She did move it again for a third time but this time she said "you don't even know how dirty this things are" and "we don't let kids touch these" well if that was the case then they shouldn't be on the table to begin with, or maybe she should do her job and wash them!! We've been here multiple times but never experienced something like this before. We got up and left without ordering any food and the server was at the front of the restaurant telling the rest of the staff (about 5 people) what happened very loudly, and accusing us of being in the wrong. I'm rating this place two stars because the staff at least tried. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. It just wasn't enough! To start, the orange juice is so watery with little to no flavor. Additionally, the food was just average. Nothing amazing- maybe a little bland even. The menus were also sticky. The main reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars is the pricing. I understand with inflation and supply chain issues there's going to be an increase of costs. Hands Down, our second favorite all day breakfast diner (our first is Wally Waffle). First, all Molly Browns are not created equal. What I mean by this is there is one located on Canton Avenue. We visited that one by accident and was disappointed (you can read my review on that one later). The Molly Brown located on State Rd in Cuyahoga Falls has the best service and excellent breakfast. I always order the Veggie skillet that consist of homefries, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, shredded cheese, and three eggs cooked any style. The skillet comes with your choice of toast, biscuit, or English muffin. Molly Browns always uses fresh vegetables and eggs. My skillet isn't sitting in a heap of butter or grease. The husband always order the hobo skillet that has alot of pork! Ham, sausage, bacon, green peppers, onion, cheese, homefries, and the three eggs any style. He also ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich to go for his lunch for work. The service is always fast and friendly. We are never disappointed with Molly Browns in Cuyahoga Falls. If you haven't been there, at the very least gotta try them once. read more
