This is my second time coming to the nail salon, and the first time I had a great experience. The other day, I came in one morning for a SNS appointment. I thought I made an appointment at this salon, not knowing there was another one across the street. When I walked in, the man asked if I had an appointment, not knowing of the salon across the street, I said yes and they sat me. About 20 minutes later, as I'm actively getting my nails done, some other client walks in with an appointment, and a worker double checking, walked to the iPad then walked over to me laughing saying "you don't have an appointment" then proceeds to tell the lady doing my nails to get up and go help the other person walking in, as I actively have foils on my hand, unable to even double check the reservation I thought I made. If he would've just asked the lady to get up once she finished taking off the original polish, it would've been fine, but he asked her to get up in the middle of her attending to me. I made the mistake of not having a reservation, but the way he handled this situation, what felt like laughing at me, and asking my nail tech to get up and leave me with no way to even double check left me very uncomfortable and not welcomed in the nail salon. If you want to take away someone's nail tech mid service, at least check before you let them sit. Won't be back and will be letting my 5 friends who come here know to not come back. read more

This is my 2nd time going to this salon. The first time was not memorable outside of the fact that a guy did my pedi and I remembered liking it. Today, I got a reg mani, gel pedi. The nail tech for my nails completely filed every nail crooked so I asked for a file to correct. She asked me if she could use the electrical field to file them down more and I said no, please buff only. She proceeds to file my nail bed down with a manual file. I have gone 6 months without gel in order to allow my nails to breathe and grow strong, which is why I asked for a buff. She proceeded to file my nail bed down so much that my nails were thin again which was the reason why I asked her not to use the electrical field file. Anyway, her gel machine has some sticky residue inside and I told her, to which she ignored me. So every time I stuck my hand inside it was on the sticky substance which I assume was extra polish. She took extraordinarily long to polish my nails to the point where another woman came to do the final coat. The pedi was fine except the callous remover she used was dimed size and I still have tough skin on my heels. The thing that got me is not only did she mess up my pedi but rushing to put my thong sandal on, but when I went outside the black that I asked for on my nails and toes was black and blue. When I pointed this out to the top coat woman she said maybe the sun is making my nails look blue. No - they are actually dark blue. She showed me the bottle that said 'black' but it is clear that it looks blue against my black toes. She said she can scrape off my gel mani and add a new coat of the black that matches my nails b/c apparently they have the same brand color that they put on my toes in gel too. I asked her why she didn't just use the same brand when they started. She didn't have an answer. I said forget it. I am now home soaking off my blue polish and will paint it black myself to match my pedi. What a waste. read more

The owners and technicians at this salon are ahhhmazing. Not only do they do a fantastic job and don't rush you through your manis and pedis, but they really do care. Last week after my mani I went out to my car to discover it wouldn't start. I called roadside assistance and went back into the salon to wait for them to arrive. Peter, one of the owners told me he would be happy to look at my car to determine if it appeared like a dead battery, and could go home and get jumper cables. I told him that I had already called roadside assistance and would be billed a cancellation charge, so I would just wait. He brought me bottled water and hours later when roadside assistance never arrived, I asked him if he could help. He drove home to get his jumper cables and jumped my car. And refused to take any money from me as a thank you. These folks are the real deal, and I highly recommend them not only for the service they provide but because of the type of people they are! read more

I am so glad for Yelp. Had I not gone on here, I'd have never known about this place. I planned on hitting one of my usual spots, but they were booked, so I was looking for a close place to get some SNS. Okay, look no further....this place wowed me. The nail tech did a GREAT job. First of all, I hate when SNS is super thick, and you have that really rounded bump on your nails. Hers was the thinnest coat I've ever seen, but is staying on nicely. She also cleaned up my cuticles, and that only cost an extra $5. The place is really nice, and they play home improvement shows in the background which makes the time go by so fast. Honestly, very impressed. The prices are good, the nail tech was even better. I have found my new spot for nails. Thank you for doing such a good job, and I will definitely be back for nails and toes next time! Added perk...they take Amex, but prefer tips in cash, which is understandable. read more
