Very cute spot, conveniently located in DTLA. The vibe is nice, and it's a good place to get a quick workout or grab a coffee. However, the signage is a bit confusing, they mention parking at certain levels for the gym or Target to save on parking, but when I left, it seemed like I was parked on the wrong level. The marker clearly said LVL 2, but I was unsure. The walk to the gym felt a bit far, and at 9 a.m., only a coffee shop and Target were open, nothing else really bustling yet. I think it would be better to come when more stores or restaurants are open, so you can make a proper day out of it. Overall, a nice spot, but timing and signage could be improved for a smoother experience.

This is a very, very small outdoor circular mall located right smack downtown LA. It's been on my list of places to explore for years, but we finally made it here a week ago. They have a Nordstrom rack and Target as the main dept. stores, a gold's gym, and several shops like H&M, Zara, Victoria's Secret, etc. They also have a food court. Parking is across the street and not bad at all considering its downtown. Costs $10. for the entire day. So you can check out other attractions as well. They have a Mendocino's Farm here, which we ate at. They do have lots of other places to eat at like 5 guys and california pizza kitchen. Since its very small, but still has enough going on to check out, I give it 3.5 stars.

Cool mall nestled in DTLA. Parking is in a separate building but isn't hard to find. They also offer complimentary EV charging. Validation is offered at their food court! There's a good variety of shops and food options here, even a Target on the middle floor. We had a fun time strolling through here and other DTLA landmarks.

If your disabled do not shop here, it's been months that they don't fix their elevators or escalators and when you ask the security guards they say "the company does not want to spend money to fix it, and the percentage of disabled people don't matter" I suggest anyone who's come here and has been forced to used stairs or go around the whole structure to make an ADA report so that they would be fine and forced to fix it. The value of me coming here was low i only made it to hm before leaving in pain

This place is so dangerous great! It's like a one stop shop for your essentials! It may not have it all but it was what you need. It's a 3 floor plaza with a large selections of stores like; Target, B&BW, Nordstrom Rack, Sephora and even a Golds gym. It's a busy area and sometimes some homeless going around. But the service is great, security does a great job at keeping them out. the value of shopping here is high due to being able to accomplish a lot w/ the stores in the area.

We came to shop at target and the target had no restroom so we had to go down to the food court and this is what we were faced with .11/15/2025 at 8pm...The public restroom were filthy. No toilet paper such an awful restroom. ...

This is such a nice shopping center! Really like the layout! There's garage parking available. Make sure to take your ticket with you to get the ticket validated at any stores for discounted parking! You can even get it at target. ALSO make sure to park at levels 1-3 for discounted parking or your ticket can cost more. The parking is interesting. When you enter, you're at level 4 so make sure to drive down to level 3. I parked for about 3 hours and with validation and only had to pay $4 total for parking! Overall a great spot to hang out with friends or family! It's got a nice setting and vibe!

Open mall concept in DTLA with all the usual suspect shopping chains present like Target, Victoria's Secret, Sephora, MAC, etc. You actually enter from the street on to the middle level via stairs ( there is an elevator as well off in a corner), from there you can go up a level or down. The lower level has a food court with some different options than the ones I'm used to seeing on the East Coast. I can tell you that the cell phone reception in the Target there sucked but I was shocked to find they sold wine there. It was cheap wine sure but hey. Another interesting thing was it seems this is a happening spot for street performers. Even at night they were all over the place.

I stopped by this shopping mall for work and it was CRAZYYY! It's so huge & literally has anything you would need, a great range of stores and service shops even a gym. You could even come here to study, lunch, walk around overall such LA vibes. Watch out for Parking!! When you first enter I believe you're on fl7 but it wasn't until I had to pay my ticket that I saw fl 1,2,3 are cheaper. Make sure to get it validated before heading to your car because I paid like $22 for 1 hr :( Now that I know, I will definitely go back again prepared. It's a great place to shop all your needs, clean and High end !!

    Validated rates = 30 minutes FREE, 1 hour = $1, 2 hours = $2.50, 3 hours = $4, & standard $10 min rate applies after 3rd hour (Oct 2022)

I haven't visited FIGat7th since I attended the Yelp Elite Tasting Event at FIGat7th in 2014. At the time the mall was renamed to FIGat7th in fall 2012 and this open-air three level shopping mall in downtown LA hasn't changed too much. Personally the biggest draw for this mall are: (1) CityTarget (the mid or 2nd level; IMPORTANT - come here for FREE parking validation) (2) Nordstrom Rack (added in fall 2017 - bottom level) (3) Golds Gym (bottom level) (4) Food court + Mendocino Farms (bottom level) & Sprinkles Cupcakes (the mid or 2nd level) (5) Miscellaneous shops (Zara, H&M, Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Works, Sephora, T-Mobile) [Parking] Walk into CityTarget and you will see a parking validation machine located near the front entrance. I didn't buy anything at Target and didn't talk to any cashiers. I inserted my parking ticket into the machine and got discounted parking rate (parking isn't free even with validated parking ticket). I only had to pay $4 total for approximately 3 hours on Saturday. The rates are 30 minutes FREE, 1 hour for $1, 2 hours for $2.50, 3 hours for $4, and standard office building rates apply ($3 every 10 minutes; $35 maximum) after 3 hours (as of Oct 2022). [Cons] Horrible parking structure. Apparently there are two sets of elevators and only one set of elevators are connected to FIGat7th. Follow the FIGat7th signs to located the right set of elevators. In addition shoppers must park on L1, L2, and L3 in order to receive reduced rate and it was really annoying to drive from upper street level (L8) to L1/L2/L3. Limited shop selection, but this mall is located in a prime spot in downtown LA (The Bloc, Los Angeles Central Library, Crypto.com Arena, Whole Foods Market, Bottega Louie, The Westin Bonaventure Hotel all within 5 blocks away) and you can easily explore the nearby area by utilizing FIGat7th's validated parking rate.

Nice outdoor shopping center right in the middle of downtown, near the subway stop, very convenient. The structure is easy to figure out, spread out on a few levels. They have generic stores like Target, H&M, Lenscrafters, Bed Bath and Body Works, Zara, Sephora, but also a great food courts with more interesting options and reasonably priced like The Melt, George's Greek, Mendocino Farms, etc. The outdoor seating area is pretty big and nice with clean tables near landscaping. The place is clean, with security people around, I didn't notice anything crazy considering it's located in downtown. They have events here, concerts, etc and the place is nicely decorated during the holidays. Great place to stop by and grab a bit before you go to LA Live area for concerts, shows or games. Enjyable shopping center in the heart of downtown, a very nice option if you live or work in the area or just find yourself here for shopping or fun outings!

That being said, ROW DTLA is a dreamscape when it comes to filming content and just catching city vibes in a safe space. Located near the Arts District this space of buildings used to be utilized for the textile industry. With multi floored buildings creating rows of foot traffic on the ground this space is perfect for events, pop ups, and get togethers. It's one of the reasons why Smorgasburg is held here on Sundays. It's why on any given weekend there may be an event being held, whether it be to celebrate AAPI month or the different creatives in the area. This space is filled with homegrown businesses and unique shops to visit. One of my favorite places is Hightide which is a Japanese stationary and supplies shop. The vibes are immaculate and walking in really feels like being in a store in Japan. Another popular space is Scent Bar for those who love perfume and are aromaphiles. With plenty of small curated artists being featured in this apothecary of aromas, Scent Bar is a nice stop whilst visiting the Row. If you're looking for interesting and discussion worthy furniture A+R is a must, located at one of the ends of the Row. For good coffee with artistic vibes you got to check out GGET (Go Get Em Tiger). Next to that if you're looking for stronger waters is Flask & Field with smaller batch and independent distilleries and crafters. All of this and the parking is free for the first 2 hours. In LA, that's unheard of! And it's a large parking structure with modern infrastructure. Blessed. With all this, hopefully ROW DTLA will continue to grow with more businesses and still retain its charm as time marches forward. Good for a short stay or half a day, if you're looking for things to do in LA proper, ROW DTLA is worth your drive.

Yes they look nice but it's giving hoity toity performative LA folks vibe and I can see why rent to live in LA is so high. It's actually interesting to see a diverse crowd hang out here compared to back then when it was nothing but Korean people. The first floor retains most of the stores that existed back then too; Music Plaza which always had an insane selection of Korean music, the quaint coffee shop near the food court, the stationary store and bookstore near the elevator and of course the Food Court itself. Has the best prices of all sorts of Korean cuisine out there; I always gravitate towards the Dddukgook (Rice Cake Soup). The H-Mart used to be the mall's own market (called Plaza Market). I was a small kid back then, but it's quite congested as a grown adult over 6 foot tall. The layout is exactly the same from back then and I love it. There used to be a very tiny bakery next to the H-Mart on the left, but they have a much larger bakery on the right. The decor is still that same 80s-esque pink and teal tile, which I hope they never change. The second floor used to have this toy store that used to sell all sorts of Power Rangers and Pokemon toys. I miss it dearly, albeit I believe it was very overpriced back then lol. I believe it's the mail store now. The third floor used to have this appliance/electronics store called "ABC Plaza". It had literally everything from USA albums, Korean appliances, and a whole section for Japanese import games. As a kid it felt like paradise. I believe it's now turning into a gym, which is cool in itself. My wife bought me some Pokemon cards from that toy store near the food court, and it reactivated all my memories. Please stay around, K-Town Plaza!
