Several people in my workouts have even asked me during class what the instructor just said because they couldn't understand them either. You are lucky if you get one sentence with the instructor and they pack you in like sardines. The staff are also extremely pushy. I felt more like a number than a person. I was getting calls three times a week and texts trying to sell me a membership while I was still using my 10-class pass. The final straw was my last class. I was actually on the fence and leaning toward signing up for a membership. On my way to class, another car hit my bumper, so I had to stop to exchange information. I arrived 9 minutes late, and despite explaining what happened, I was told with a huge smile, "You can't enter because you're more than 5 minutes late." I understand having policies, but there should also be room for a little common sense. Life happens. Instead of gaining a new member that day, they lost one.
