Wow, these guys really screwed me over. I went to them to buy new tires, I found a half used tire on my vehicle when I walked out. They did this without my permission, and never told me. Their explanation was that my tie rods were worn, and they were doing me a favor. I also had some brake work done, and know my vehicle is worse than before they touched it. Great first experience here! Went to have a tire patched, it had a nail in it. Pulled up and a guy came out pretty quickly, looked at it, said he could fix it. Within 15 minutes he was all done. It was $15, pretty reasonable. Will be back! read more

Tires were put on by Figueroa's on my friends car. The vehicle is a 2008 Toyota with Tire pressure sensors on the inside of the wheel. ( very common now on newer vehicles.). This tire service center did not remove the sensors first, but rather changed the tires while there were on. The result is damage to the sensor(s) and costly to the tune of $100 each. This tire center may offer low prices, but they do not know how to deal with the modern technology that are now on all vehicles since 2006. Beware of this read more

Only review I have ever written, but this is important: I got a new car, needed its first new set of tires. A 2015 wrx. The guy working there scratched all 4 rims and then tried to tell me, "oh that was already like that.". This was the first set of tires on this car, and it was s watched in spots only changing the tire would scratch. The owner said he would take care of the cost but left me on my own to do the foot work for it. He said he would try to find someone to fix them, and then never called me. Tl;dr. Wouldn't help fix a valve stem on rv dully. Said I had to wait 4 hrs as they had some trailers coming. All I saw were 5 guys just standing around. Would of taken less then 10 mins to change out the stem. read more

Was on vacation and got a flat tire late on a Saturday night. Luckily was able to drive it to our rental home. By Sunday morning I tried every tire shop/repair shop in Pismo Beach area and GUESS WHAT? Not one was open. My donut wasn't going to get me very far and furthermore, I wasn't very familiar with the area. The only option was to tow 27 miles to a Pep Boys and who knows what would happen there. Luckily my tow truck driver, after calling other places he knew of who were also closed, called Figueroa Tires. I was towed over and not only were they open, and courteous, they pointed out an even more severe problem my tire was having other than the flat. $35 and 20 minutes later, I had a nice, used tire on my car, was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation with my husband and was able to drive safely home to Los Angeles. They spoke Spanish but understood my English really well. They were Godsends! Hey Pismo Beach auto shop owners, maybe you can have the phone forward to your cell for emergencies. Geez. read more

This place is legit. I buy all of my tires here. They are friendly and honest and have the best prices. Most recently I bought tires and after a couple of months there was a shake at high speeds. I took it back to have it checked out and they rebalanced the tires with no questions asked. Even more so, they were happy to do it. They stand by their work and treat you right. I usually go to The Tire Store in SLO, but needed two rear tires on my vintage VW and couldn't risk the drive up there. I tried three other tire shops in 5 Cities but no one had an adapter for the wide 5 wheels except Figueroa. I called, they were friendly, competitively priced, so I cruised over and waited.. They had a younger kid taking off my wheels and I watched in horror as he tried to pry off the chrome hubcap with a large screwdriver against the painted wheel. (there's two different spots on the hubcap with holes to use a small screwdriver or cap puller tool to do this). As I walked over to show him, he used a hammer on the screwdriver to bang off the hubcap which bent and dented the sh!t out of it right in front of me. I didn't say anything.. Just turned around and sat back down to see what would happen. He walked the hubcap into the shop, seemingly going to fix it. When the car was done, I walked to the rear wheels and to my surprise, there was a little left over wax on the chrome hubcap where the dent was, but son of a gun, he fixed it! Nice, I was kind of impressed? Paid and left. About two weeks later while cleaning the car, I found the hubcap he pierced and dented.. On the front passenger side. The fact that the kid made a mistake doesn't so much bother me, but he BS'd me and he did a good job of it. Not sure if he told anyone what he did, but either way the dishonesty lost my business. read more
