Top notch service, quality work and at a very reasonable price? This is exactly what you can expect from Cody at Figure Electric. After a series of blackouts in my area and using a mess of extension cords to plug my appliances to my generator, I decided to get a generator plug for the house. I asked in our local Facebook group for references for a good electrician and Cody was the first one to respond. Not only that, I noticed others vouching for him, which gave me confidence in working with him. I contacted him via text and was able to provide me a very fair estimate and time. Once we set it on the schedule, he came right on time (early in fact) and got the work done very quickly and it looks great! I had him install a power return alarm (to let me know when the power to the grid comes back) and was able to do it at the same time. Now, 2 months later, I needed to install a Tesla charger. Send Cody a quick text and he was able to schedule me in right away and again, gave me a very fair quote. He came on time and installed it in a flash! Looks great as I expected. Take it from this return customer, give Cody a call for all your electrical needs. He will hook you up! (pun intended)

Does not return messages, blocks instead. Does not give answers. Over charged me and then lowers his price with others. Lies. I will report you if I find out I needed a permit for my 30amp you installed. Now blocking me, what if I needed my amp fixed within my 2 yr warranty. You can't help me because you have me blocked. I once was a customer until you took my money then I became nobody to you. I do not recommend. read more

Last year we had some minor issues: it rained quite a bit and they didn't protect the sockets or outlets so the lights stopped working a few times until they came out to fix them. Also the installers, with the exception of this year, aren't the tidiest and have left broken bulbs throughout the yard and on the roof. I scheduled my appointment super early this year and had the lights installed in the beginning of November. The exterior of my home was left incomplete along with a large tree that was never started. I was told that they ran out of working lights. I refused to pay in full that day (they did ask), instead I paid half. They never came back to finish the work, nor did they return my calls or e-mails. I even sent photos from previous years so the techs could see exactly where they missed lights. Then last week they finally contact me to tell me the remaining balance on my account is due. I explained to Lily that the work was never finished. I also told her how disappointed I was in their lack of service this year, especially being a returning customer. They took $250 off the bill. I felt it should have been more. I definitely won't be using them again. It's a shame too because I was referring them to all of my neighbors.

First night 4 lights out. I called the office Friday and they stated they would be out Saturday or Sunday at the latest. No call No show. I called again Monday morning and they apologized and stated they would be out that day. Again NO CALL, NO SHOW. Service after the sale is poor. Living in new community her in Ontario I have posted a recommendation on the community website. Unfortunately, this will be changed as this company isn't the cheapest in town, but their service was much better last year. Very disappointed in their lack of response. At $450.00 I expect more.

He offered the best quote of the electricians we contacted in the French Valley area, and even arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time the morning of Aug 28.
