Bottom line...HB electric never pulled any get-rich-quick schemes. Their electrician showed up on time and did excellent work. And the lady in their office got me an accurate quote BEFORE the electrician ever showed up at my house. They asked for a photo of our breaker panel and then gave us the quote. These folks are honest and do great work...we will absolutely do business with them in the future. !

What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. I really do wish I could give them 10 stars!!! This company went above and beyond to meet our electrical needs. We just moved into the house we bought and half of our electric was out. Upon close inspection of the breakers we found they were causing the back panel to melt. We called our warranty company (thank God for them) and they first sent another company who couldn't get to us for a week (not mentioning names Platnum Contractors Inc.) We waited the week and the same day they cancelled the appointment until the following Wednesday. I called the warranty company and they reluctantly sent us Hybrid for the following morning...Saturday. They were at our house early Saturday morning and Monday morning they rolled up at 7am and had us back up by 9am!!! They are so friendly and customer focused. They staved off our disaster by talking with the warranty company and having them cover the cost. When I say these folks deserve 10 stars I mean it. They will be my first choice from now on.
