When I called, the owner Josh immediately picked up the phone and he spent quality time discussing my issue. I felt like Josh was trying to find a potential troubleshooting solution that I might have missed, to point me in the right direction and save me some money. Josh and his helper (father-in-law) arrived 3 minutes after his scheduled estimated time. I was off to an excellent start.
