Not consistent, I asked for four different purées in my drink (3 in addition to the one that's already supposed to be included) and didn't even get the one purée that's supposed to be included. I got none. It's annoying that the company just leaves things out of the order if they don't have it or if they don't want to do part of the order. This has happened multiple times before no matter if I order in person or not, no matter if it's me or someone else ordering, which is a shitty business practice, because I'm paying extra for the inclusions that they're deciding to leave out without telling me. So I'm going to stop ordering from FiiZ and just make my own drinks at home myself the way I want since they want to be stingy and lazy and they want to ignore orders and still overcharge. The nice thing about this situation is now I don't have any motivation to buy from them in the future, so they've ultimately helped me save money because I won't be buying from them again. read more

I really like Fiiz. They have a drink I love, called the Chandler Bing, that is delicious. Fiiz is always consistent with their drinks which I really appreciate as well. I do have to say, their sugar cookie is not my fav. The one with blue frosting. It just is not very good :( but that's okay because they have a million other yummy snacks!! I want to start by saying i've worked in food for quite some time, so i understand that it is a challenge. What i don't see as a challenge is having human decency and respecting the people you encounter on a day to day basis. I have been coming to this location since i was a freshman in highschool, so nearly 7 years now. I have also been ordering the same drink every single time for about 5 years. for the last year, every time i have gone to fiiz i have ordered my boyfriend and i the same drink. today when i pulled up to the drive through speaker, the girl was pretty quietly spoken and didn't sound very friendly. I brushed it off as I work in food and get that everyone has a rough day sometimes. when i got to the window and received both of my drinks, they look nothing alike. one is a strawberry red and the other is a lemon yellow. I waited for her to come back to the window and politely said, "hey i ordered two of the exact same drink and they look nothing alike" when i showed her, she didn't even look and with an attitude she told me that it just isn't mixed and walked away. i handed both drinks to my boyfriend he put a straw in both drinks, mixed them *because if you don't you'll get a straw full of puree* and we each tried both of them. neither of them tasting "correct" i was mostly concerned about the one that wasn't even close to what i ordered. i waited for her to come back again, and this time she was even more rude. she took my drink back and brought out to me and the color had changed to a yellowish orange. i began to tell her that it still isn't what i ordered and for $10 i didn't deserve her attitude and the problem with my order. she said her name was Talissa or Tilnassa ? something of the sort. i ended up pulling around the building and my boyfriend went inside to get our drinks corrected. I just want to reiterate, working in food is a challenging job. sometimes you can do everything by the book and it still doesn't work out the way it was supposed to. being understanding of this, all i wanted was for the girl to visually see my drinks weren't the same and politely try to fix it. instead, i had to deal with her shitty attitude, wasted time, and thankfully to the other girl that was working it wasn't $10 down the drain. she had even tried the drink and told my boyfriend it was nothing like what i had ordered. will not be coming back here, which is so unfortunate because at one point this was my favorite place to be. read more

I have visited a fair number of soda shops in the Valley and I can say without a doubt this one was perhaps the slowest I have ever been to. On a Saturday afternoon I was stuck in the non-moving drive-thru for easily 10 minutes before things inched forward. I was also disappointed to discover that unlike other establishments, this FIIZ doesn't carry coconut cream--my favorite drink addition!! They gave me cream + coconut syrup instead but it's not really the same. Alas, it was a fairly disappointing soda run overall. There are 4 workers, an entire line of 5+ cars and Ive been sitting here for over 15 minutes at the window and still haven't ordered. They told me to order at the window, which is fine if they would ac to ally take my order. One you g boy with glasses is sitting at the bar on his phone sipping a soda laughing with the other workers. I used to be a die hard Fiiz customer, defending it to anyone who would go to Swig or Thirst, but after several consecutive bad experiences with this particular location, Fiiz will no longer be receiving my business. They've discontinued cookies, are constantly out of stock of basic ingredients, and can't ever seem to get my order right. At my most recent visit I ordered a Lotta Colada (sprite, coconut, pineapple & creamer). What did I receive? A "custom soda" of coke, maraschino cherry, coconut, vanilla, and coconut cream. What? And I KNOW I didn't get someone else's drink because it had my order number on the label. Long story long, this is a breakup review. Don't waste your time & money. Try Thirst or Swig. This location has been one of my favorites since they opened, always such speedy service and super friendly employees. But lately it seems that their service has taken a huge downturn. In the last two weeks I've ordered two drinks that should have had cream and both times it's been forgotten. One time I can overlook, but when the drink is so expensive just because of that one ingredient, it feels silly to be paying so much for something I'm not getting. Had a group of high school kids at one end of the counter, where three out of four staff members spent most of their time. Conversation was loud and frankly inappropriate for the work place. Anyone who knows me well knows that I love my Swig sodas. However, until last week I hadn't ever tried Fiiz. I stopped by for my first visit last week when I was working in the area and got off work early. My fav drink at Swig is the Diet Raspberry Dream, so I found the closest thing on the Fiiz menu and ordered the Yowza (DDP, Raspberry, Coconut & Cream). It was delicious! I've since been back a couple more times and have tried the Berry Good Doctor (DDP, Strawberry Purée, Vanilla, Coconut & Cream), too, which was Amazing! It tasted like a strawberry cream soda - almost like an Italian soda. It's probably a good thing that Fiiz is just far enough out of the way of my usual driving routes that I won't be able to go there on a regular basis. There are several other drinks I want to try though, so I'll be going back as often as I can to see what other dreamy concoctions Fiiz offers! read more

Glenpin one thing I want to Damn fizz for. Is the retarded Styrofoam cups. they break in my hands way too many times and before you say you grab it with too much force why can't you guys just have a cup like Dickies Cubs are not made out of gentle Styrofoam but they're made out of plastic!!! I have made a couple more Fiiz stops recently. The service has been great every time. I tried a Coke Zero with coffee flavoring in it, and it was yummy. Most recently I went to try their treats. I had a salted caramel macaron and double espresso macaron. They were good, especially the double espresso one--definitely try them out. The sugar cookie didn't measure up to its competitors for me, but it certainly wasn't bad. In short, I'll be back for more drinks and good service, but maybe not for a cookie. read more

Delicious and fresh treats/drinks and friendly staff. The lobby has several large tables to accommodate groups and the drive-thru is easy to navigate. My favorite drink stop! Tonight I came through the drive thru to get a few drinks. I accidentally spilled one of them and came inside to buy a replacement - they generously offered to give me another free of charge, even though it was my fault the drink was spilled. We have gone to this location multiple times as it is right behind our home. Every time we go something seems to go wrong. They are extremely slow and often our order is not correct. I have to say last night was some of the absolute worst service we have ever gotten. We went through the drive-through around 8:30 PM and it took 20 minutes to get our order... We were the only car there. They were only young teenagers working and it seemed to be just a big party to them as all of their friends were just hanging out. Everyone including the employees were on their phones. I wish I was kidding when I say it took six different attempts to get our drink order correct. We only ordered four drinks... Two of which were simply 2 cups of ice water. We eventually left as it was obvious we were not going to get our correct order. We received two ice waters one of our soda orders was correct and the other was so wrong we couldn't even figure out what it was supposed to be. Needless to say we will not be coming back if you were looking for a fast and efficient drink shop this is not it. read more

I love FIIZ but the Sandy one is the ONLY one that doesn't carry cinnamon. Mostly I frequent every other Fiiz like west valley city because they carry cinnamon. I've never been inside the store, but the drive thru is always quick and friendly! Perfect for a mom on the go, like myself! My favorite is the Berry Good Doctor. I've tried a couple other flavors and I've liked them also. Once they were handing out samples of one of their non soda drinks, it was like a slush with whip cream. My son was very happy about that (he doesn't drink soda) and wanted more. I also like their punch card that allows me to enjoy a free soda once I get all the punches. I recently saw that they offer macarons from Fillings and Emulsions and I can't wait to go back and get a couple. I am a huge fan of soda shops, so I tried Fiiz out shortly after this location opened, but after my first experience here, I'm honestly not sure why I ever came back. I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window I had two drinks to order, and because there wasn't a menu at the window (that has recently changed) I was unsure of one of the names so I said "I think it's called Timber, that's a drink, right?" Instead of answering me the girl hands me a paper with the menu on it. I apologized, double checked the name, and ordered a Timber. When I tried to hand the menu back she told me that maybe I should keep it so I can read it before next time I come. Um...okay. But the drinks were good, so I've kept coming back, but each visit had steadily been worse than the last. I've fallen in love with a certain drink and I come back just to get the same thing every time, but it is ALWAYS wrong. I ordered the Pink Poodle, but I don't really need whipped cream and there's so much ice that the drink becomes watery very quickly, so I order it without both whipped cream or ice, and it is constantly wrong. Twice I have gotten my drink and had chunks of whipped cream floating on the top, like they added it accidentally and then just scooped it off. Not the biggest deal, but just looks kinda gross. But usually the staff is confused by no WHIPPED CREAM so they also make it without CREAM, which after the first time I ordered it I realized it was probably confusing so I make sure to clarify that everytime, and I still end up without the cream. And lastly, my drink has gotten smaller and smaller everytime I order it, to the point where it's ridiculous and I had to say something. The kid told me that it's just how they figure the portion out and it's only that low because I asked for no ice, which would make since But I'm pretty sure if half the drink you're selling is ice then there's a problem. If I don't want ice the cup should still be full, or at least close to it. The drinks here are AWESOME, I've tried many because I have bought lots of drinks for friends and coworkers, but I have not yet had a good customer experience here, and I am constantly frustrated by my drink being wrong and so inconsistent. Overall, the drinks here would get a 5 star review from me, but it is the experience that would make or break a business for me, and it's just too hit or miss here right now for me to continue being a frequent customer (I've been quite frequent considering I've filled two punch cards in 2 weeks.)
