I went for the Pina-Cola-Da and Strawberry Shortcake, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delightful these drinks were! The blend of cream and fruit with classic sodas was actually so good--way better than I expected. This location has a cute retro vibe, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Not consistent, I asked for four different purées in my drink (3 in addition to the one that's already supposed to be included) and didn't even get the one purée that's supposed to be included. I got none. It's annoying that the company just leaves things out of the order if they don't have it or if they don't want to do part of the order. This has happened multiple times before no matter if I order in person or not, no matter if it's me or someone else ordering, which is a shitty business practice, because I'm paying extra for the inclusions that they're deciding to leave out without telling me. So I'm going to stop ordering from FiiZ and just make my own drinks at home myself the way I want since they want to be stingy and lazy and they want to ignore orders and still overcharge. The nice thing about this situation is now I don't have any motivation to buy from them in the future, so they've ultimately helped me save money because I won't be buying from them again. read more

Was driving through Utah end of October 2023 and found this cute lil soda shop to get some drinks at! The service was friendly and nice! I loved the decoration in the shop and made it feel old school! I loved their menu and drink selection. We got 3 drinks; 1. Malibu crush (Italian soda w/blue curaçao, passion fruit, & pineapple) 2. Sharknado (Sprite W/Blue Raspberry, Whip & gummy sharks, and raspberry purée drizzle) 3. Italian Soda: Strawberry Fields (Strawberry & Vanilla W/Whip) They have a drive through or you can park and come inside to order. They have a cute seating area and I so wish we had a soda shop like this in Seattle, WA! If we ever drive through again, I will definitely stop and get another fun soda! Who ever worked tonight was ABSOLUTELY awful!! I've been coming to this fizz for awhile now and i'm just appalled. First of all I order our drinks and they didn't taste right at all so i started to mix the drink around to see if that's what it needed. i took a sip and look what came out!!! I went back to the drive through and explained to the young lady that that's what was in it and she was like okay? I said if she has any idea if she knows what's in it or if it could be re made. She snatched the drinks out of my hand and shut the window not even a sorry or do you want me to remake those NOTHING. It took her 10 minutes to make the drinks again which was kind of weird to me but what ever. She came over and handed me the drink and i asked her if she knew what was in the drink she said. Worst experience ever. Picked up two drinks around 12:15 and they were both warm and flat with no ice. Called back and spoke to a woman named Justice and let her know, as I was at the pool down the road and they told me I could come back when I was done and get a new one. When I went back through the drive thru, I explained the situation to the lady and she was incredibly rude asking if I drank the other beverages and if I brought them back. When I pulled up to the window, no one came to the window for close to 5 minutes. When she finally did, the drinks she handed me were completely full of ice to the point where there was hardly any soda. Incredibly disappointed with such a poorly ran store. read more

If you're willing to spend more for a mixed soda drink, they are the best. My favorite is Mo-Java. The Chandler Bing is Great. My husband loves the Pegasus. We go get a drink maybe once a week. Make sure you get the punch pass so you can get free drinks. read more

So tired of paying $4 for a flavored water and half the time they completely miss one or more of the posted ingredients. Even when you tell them upon ordering that they screwed up last time, they do it the exact same way. Do they ever taste their own stuff to know how it should taste? Cookies are great, but sodas are just okay. I've had issues with their cups breaking and my latest order the bottom of my cup literally fell out which spilled my full drink all over my carpet which was not ideal.... I've received cups that already look like they're close to cracking open on a few previous visits so I'd recommend just making this a cookie stop although those might come in pieces too! read more

We have been three times in the past week and a half and have had fantastic experiences. It's RIGHT next to Murray Park, so you could easily walk over from the park. They have a huge variety of cold and hot drinks, as well as salty and sweet snacks. My kids have been getting cookies and drinks. Very fast service, we have been biking over and placing an order on their app, which has been a very smooth process. Highly highly recommend. read more
