Very nice place. The drink was too good it was gone in 5m. We will be back. I was so excited to see a praying mantis on the green string around counter. The lychee jelly I added was so delicious and good texture. Service was fine couldn't complain.
Service was GREAT! Staff friendly and knowledgeable about all drinks on the menu. I got the Fruit Fusion Tea and it was DELICIOUS! More parking in the back of the shop, don't waste time driving around front looking for parking. They have games for customers. Small and quiet place.
I was craving something sweet and fruity after Korean. Ordered a large slush with kiwi, raspberry, blueberry and pineapple and black bobas. $5.42. Prices are pretty reasonable here. Slush isn't too bad. I could smell the fruit being ground up for drinks as soon as I walked in the doorway as well as the smell of waffles.
Location: on state street - it's a Main Street but there's parking on the side. Inside is cute and lots of seating area. They have a public restroom. They have a cute wall with wings to take a pic. I got a strawberry plum with boba. Flavors came across very strong I can taste the strawberry and that was pleasant. I didn't taste plum but more of a strong jazmine & grapefruit mixture that left an aftertaste in my mouth. Not a fan. But all in all I will go back and try this place again.
Since I can never get enough Bubble Tea, just had to check out yet another tea bar while in Salt Lake City... Like most, this place also had some cute, gimmicky backdrops...like the colorful wings and the flowery backdrop. Perfectly instagramable! Anyway, this time I wanted to try something Tri-layered, so asked for a mix of Matcha Green Tea, Mango and Milk Tea...with Boba, of course! Although I loved the Green Tea flavor, not sure if it went too well with the Mango. Still deliciously refreshing (and instagramable!), but not the best Bubble Tea I've had. Think I should have left the Mango out...so that's really my bad. In any case, this was another great, little tea joint...so no regrets!

I tried the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and got 100% sugar, which was recommended. The consistency of the drink was pretty good, but the sugar was way way too sweet for 100%. I've gotten this same concoction at other places and their 100% was way less sugar compared to what they served here. It was like drinking diabetes with the amount of sugar they put! So next time I'll do 75% sugar. And I'm a sugar kind of girl in my boba drinks! They also serve smaller ice here with the drink (closer to pebble ice size, so I would've liked to have added more ice in my drink. Next time, I'm also going to request more milk in the drink. The decor is pretty good inside - quite clean, but there are areas you can see from the lobby (that I didn't take pics of) that needed to be put together, tidied up, or make better as in presentation. Also, one complaint - their straws (at least the one they gave me with my drink) was a bit too narrow for my bobas to slide smoothly in. I've had to suction the straw pretty hard in order for my bobas to come up! They kept getting stuck inside the straw!! Overall - a good fist time experience. They do offer a frequent diner card. However the outside sign (and curb appeal (from the inside parking lot) was lacking. I'm hoping next time I visit that they actually have a more permanent, inviting, appealing sign to invite others in.
Didn't think there would be a place that would compete with Kung Fu tea and boy was I dead wrong! When they get busy they get disorganized as they try and serve the Pho Saigon Noodle House 2 first and then work on local line. Coincidentally both places are under the same owner. Quality is nice, they offer organic sugar and some interesting concoctions of drinks. Have been back 4 times and plan on frequenting it many a time as it is closer than the other boba places.
I got their Mango Paradise tea and it was so good! Service was normal, they were nice. Love their atmosphere and decorations.
Fruit Fusion Tea is excellent! Passionfruit green tea base with kiwi, strawberry, lime, orange, chia seeds and added boba. Reduced sugar to 50% since it's already pretty sweet. Will definitely be back to order the same drink very soon. The sushi & pho places next door are also both delicious. Make a day of it!
FINALLY a boba place closer to South Jordan! I eat at Pho Saigon next door all the time so I was pretty excited during grand opening of 7 Buddha. They do offer a stamp card which is nice considering how often my friends and I frequent this boba shop. I'm from Orange County, CA so I grew up spoiled with a ton of good boba shops at almost every corner. 7 Buddha is definitely up to bar with some of the boba shops back home. I like that there is plenty of seating and board games as well. My go to is always the pennywort coconut mung bean drink with boba, less ice, and 25% sweet! I love that they allow you to customize your drinks for the sweetness and amount of ice. However, just know that if you ask for less ice you'll notice they don't fill the drink to the top. I am used to boba shops back in CA filling it up to the top even when asking for less ice. I would have given them 5 stars, but their drinks are definitely on the more pricey side. My pennywort drink with boba is already close to $8, that's the price of a whole meal somewhere! One thing I like about 7 Buddha being next door to Pho Saigon is that while you're eating at Pho Saigon you can place an order for your boba from 7 Buddha and they'll bring it to you while you're eating. I think they might be the same owner or something so that's convenient!
7Buddha is such a cute, clean place to grab a boba drink or tea. They're located in Murray on state street and right next to Pho Saigon 2 so there's plenty of parking in the back. They've got a lovely backdrop with a swing type of chair for an instagram worthy post, and solid cups! I really like their Pinky Lychee drink. It has a cream cheese topping, glass jelly, aloe and yummy tea that's not too sweet. You can even tone down the sweetness if you prefer and add additional toppings for an extra charge. Side note - I witnessed an act of kindness from one of their employees who gave a homeless man the shoes right off his feet. This place is legit!
Always been my favorite boba place to go! I think they do better on fruity flavor boba than regular milk tea one. They have some distinct flavor on their milk tea which I can't really describe. Strongly recommend anything with cheese cream in it. Super good.
I really enjoyed our lychee and peachy drinks. Delicious and refreshing bubble teas and boba. I'd like to come back and try some other beverages, because there's lots to choose from. The service was very good and the facility is clean. Thanks! read more
Came by for a drink with my wife as we've been looking for a new boba shop to try. I ordered their signature fruit fusion tea and my wife had a classic brown sugar milk tea with boba. I would recommend getting reduced sugar as it seems like this place runs pretty sweet. I got the 25% sugar on the fruit tea and could not imagine what 100% tastes like. They put a lot of fruit in it which is quite nice and the flavor of the tea is quite strong which I love but I wish it were even less sweet. read more

I stopped by for some boba to satisfy a craving and ordered the brown sugar milk tea and the fruit fusion tea. I opted for less sweetness--50% for the brown sugar milk tea and 25% for the fruit fusion tea. However, the fruit fusion tea was still too sweet for my taste. The brown sugar milk tea, on the other hand, was pretty good. It had a stronger tea flavor, which I enjoyed, and the foam on top was a nice touch. Next time, I'll probably order it with 25% sugar for an even better balance as the brown sugar on the bottom was too much. The cup was also quite sticky. read more

I got the brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar boba. Both the boba and tea tasted good, the boba was a nice, soft, chewy consistency. The staff were pretty friendly too. The seating was pretty okay, kind of limited but it is a boba shop. It was well decorated though. read more

As soon as I see a new boba place opened up, you know I will be there. This place is cute and clean little cafe. Everyone here is super friendly as well, but they do have a couple of kinks to work out like all new places. This is one of those cafes that have dedicated photo booth areas - kind of reminded me of those cafes in New York or San Francisco. The owner of the cafe also owns the pho place next door. So if you ever go next door to eat and order a boba drink, it's coming from the cafe. The boba here is good. I got the kumquat drink. This is where it got a bit confusing, cause apparently not all drink comes with boba, so if you'd like boba with your drink it's extra. They don't really have it labeled with one have boba or not, so if your drink comes with boba and you tell them boba they will add extra boba and charge you, without telling you. Make sure you ask before you say boba. My kumquat drink was good. It was sweet with a slight salty and bitterness from the pickled kumquat. We also ordered green tea egg waffles. It was good. The perfect sweetness to go with everything. Totally recommend this place to go hang out with friends and even study. read more
First of all, if you order light ice or no ice, expect to see a 4/5 filled cup. They intentionally leave room for ice. Fruit fusion is tasty. I do recommend it. Ordered light ice but still got 1/2 cup of ice. Smh. However, they still put decent amount of fruits. That's a bonus. Roasted oolong is extremely bitter. Ordered no ice but it came out hot..... Good thing is they use real tea. Downside is cannot taste the milk or non-dairy powder at all. Mainly the bitter tea taste. Instead of calling it roasted oolong milk tea, I think roasted oolong tea is more accurate. They two drinks we ordered do not come with toppings. Had to add boba for $0.5. Price is fair. Reasons I'm leaving 3 stars: 1) what kind of milk tea is it when you can't taste the milk? 2) do you really have to leave room for ice? For a $6 milk tea (with toppings), do you really have to haggle over every ounce? read more

This was incredible. I have been trying to find a solid brown sugar milk tea for some time now and after the first sip I was in love. The staff was just as sweet as their milk tea and they really knew what they were doing. It was dead silent in there despite being 2:30pm. Understand and definitely deserves more attention! read more
It's nice that it's right next-door to pho saigon because after eating a hot bowl of soup I always crave Boba. This is my first time here and I got the brown sugar milk tea. This place is a very... photogenic place. It's good if you're not thirsty at all. Food: looks alright, (you could take a photo with your drink in front of the wings in the place) but the drinks are watered down. I could only finish half of it, and I terribly thirsty. Service: average. Ambiance: ehhhh.... It was... interesting to say the least. It's a little disconcerting that this guy (who I assume is the owner) thinks he's the third Splash Brother (see in photos I took). read more

My che ba mau is amazing. It's full of coconut concentrate, colorful jellies, a bit of red bean and lots of ice! I did wish it was lighter on the ice side or if the ice are more crushed but tbh the taste was so spot on I loved it so much! read more
SERVICE: The owner is very kind. I've been coming here since before COVID for drinks and the owner would make the drinks himself (and he wont skimp on the toppings). Now, there are other staff members who make them and it's still really good! DRINKS: My go-to drinks are the Roasted Oolong MT and the Passion Fruit Fruit Tea. You can customize the amount of sweetness and ice to your liking as well. The Roast Oolong MT doesnt have a watered down flavor like some other places. TIP: Get a stamp card! (I've went through a few already ^_^") PARKING: Street or parking lot. You can enter from the front entrance in the street side or the back entrance from the parking lot side. read more

Full disclosure; I am not an experienced, boba tea connoisseur. I have only had coffee milk tea a couple of times and that is the extent of my experience with any kind of boba drink or teas. Long story short, I was feeling a little adventurous one day and came out to 7Buddha with my highly experienced, boba tea connoisseur friend and because I trust her judgement more than mine, I asked her to order me something great. So, she ordered the brown sugar, fresh milk tea with flan cake for me. I was a little skeptical when I realized the flan cake would be inside the cup because I figured it might disintegrate and taste like milky, wet bread (if you are anything like me, wet bread is a TOTAL texture violation) but fortunately, the consistency of the flan was firm enough to hold its composure and distribute its savory, caramel flavor throughout the tea. The fresh milk in the tea seemed more like a fluffy, bitter foam. The brown sugar and the savory, caramel flavors that seep out of the flan perfectly balances the drink to taste like the most unique, caramel boba drink you'll ever try. I cant wait to come back and try out the other different bobas 7Buddha offers. read more

I order the taro Coconut smoothie and to be honest, not my favorite. I'm really picky on my boba drinks and this was just not what I expected. I did not taste the coconut and it has that powdery taste. I also order the passion fruit smoothie and I my girls and I love it. If your not a sweet tooth person then the passion fruit smoothie might be too sweet for you. But I highly recommend the passion fruit smoothie. Very good. I think the coconut just taste blah and plain. read more

Came in be she's it was right next to the hotel I was staying at. 5 out of 5!! The brown sugar milk tea is so good almost better than coffee and the mango fruit tea was delicious as well. Not my go to boba place but it's good! I really enjoyed the matcha strawberry and matcha mango drinks here. The owner is so incredibly friendly and the decor is very cute. Not to mention, they have cute reusable straws that don't cost much. They also give you a discount every time you bring it! The owner mentioned how he's not making profit from the straws, he just wants to be environment-friendly! read more
After years of ordering boba drinks and lemonade from Pho Saigon 2, I am so happy the owners have open up 7Buddha with a huge menu of tasty beverages and bubble waffles. Really great drinks with quality ingredients! They are brand new and still working out the kinks with efficiency and the wait time, but I will still continue to visit. They use real taro in their taro milk tea! The boba texture is perfect. The atmosphere reminds me of the cute little cafes I used to visit in Vietnam. They offer a ton of unique beverages here. The owner and workers here are so nice. Looking forward to trying more of their drinks. read more
We have been coming to the Pho place next door for a long time, they use to make smoothies in the restaurant but now opened up 7Buddha. I was so excited they opened this establishment, giving me a much bigger variety than the restaurant. I have been here many times and its really a hit or miss on service and quality. Its ran by young kids who dont have the work ethic as most people. The supervisor or owner always seems to be chillaxing on his phone or walking around or at the Pho restaurant next door. The last time I came here I ordered a raspberry smoothie and it took them 20 minutes to make it, why you ask?. The kid ran out of raspberry flavor, instead of telling me or asking me if i wanted a different flavor, he stayed in the back with the other worker until the manager came back to figure it out. Needless to say they found flavoring and I got my watered down smoothie. There was no apology for my wait just laughing and clapping once the kid finished my smoothie. :[ If you want to take a chance and come here, smoothies can come out good with a great variety of flavors and sweetness. read more

This has been on my list for sometime now. I tried 3 different drinks. I had the Pennywort Juice, Fruit Fusion Tea, and Kumquat Tea. I really did enjoy all 3 drinks. The Pennywort Juice was the least favorite of the 3. I really enjoyed the Mung Bean. Next time, I'll probably add a pudding to it, to thicken it up a little Fruit Fusion was very tasteful. My favorite part was the pieces of fresh pomegranate and slices of lemon. Kumquat Tea was ultimately my favorite with all kinds of flavors and nice and sour! Will be back! I can't wait to get the milk teas and waffles! read more

Good drinks but oh the service or lack of. The guy saw us walk in and turned his back to wash the dishes, waited a good five minutes before we could order. Never been back. Also no parking, you have to park in front of the store on busy state street. read more
