Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. In fact, the Verizon Extender was not transmitting a signal and was merely a fixture on the mantle below the tv. Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process. He recommended a different bracket than the one I had purchase.. and the old bracket I returned was later recalled a few months later. He communicated when he was coming and arrived during that window. He installed my TV quickly and it looks great. I needed help (i) mounting 2 TV's, (ii) routing wires from tv's into closets, (iii) connecting built in speakers which were here when I moved in, to my TVs, (iv) setting up a receiver for the speakers, (v) setting up Apple Play for my built in speakers In terms of price, Sherman quoted me on the project (vs hourly like some others do) which was definitely more economical and great to know exactly what you're in for. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for AV work at home.
