    Half-filled cannoli.
    Stormy D.

Stopped in for two cannolis. I've had them before and they were great. Tasted good this time--that is, what I could taste. Supposed to be filled to the top coming out of each end. Overflowing. The first one was worse than this one. Tsk tsk tsk. Do better. $13 for two cannolis, you can fill them like you're supposed to.

Stopped in for a quick slice during lunch while in the area .This was my first time here after reading the positive reviews they received. All the staff were pleasant and greeted us with a smile. The restaurant is neat and clean with plenty of seating . Everything displayed looked inviting . They were just bringing out an eggplant rollatini pie which looked amazing! One of my favorites! So that's what I ordered ! It was so delicious with a delicate marinade sauce and perfectly baked with an abundance of cheese ! Yum! Will definitely be back !

Found Filetto's while shopping in the area. I was greeting by friendly staff, a clean restaurant and a large dining room. After browsing the selections, I asked if they had an eggplant slice. To my delight, there was a fresh eggplant rollatini pie finishing up in the oven. One slice, please! It was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly made. The eggplant did not have breadcrumbs, which is how my family makes it and it was a pleasant surprise! I look forward to coming back and trying their other menu items

3rd time here and always a delight! We've had the same server every time and she never disappoints! Her name is Liz and she is very informed of the menu, accommodating and attentive! Today she came with a refill without me having to ask and also hooked us up with the regular marinara in case we weren't satisfied with the Fra Diavolo sauce we picked (which we LOVED!) Liz always has a smile on her face and takes good care of us! Ambiance- still enjoy the ambiance. Also everyone there is so friendly and acknowledging. Everytime I walk out of here the front staff always go out of their way to say thank you for coming. Here's what we had: Appetizers: -Bread and butter- FRESH bread and so tasty! -Fried Calamari- with Fra Diavolo sauce (spicy Marinara) so AMAZING! The calamari was perfectly cooked and the breading is not overly thick and heavy which I particularly enjoyed! The Fra Diavolo sauce and Marinara sauce are both sooooo FRESH and TASTY!! This coming from someone who doesn't normally enjoy marinara with calamari. Today I have been made a believer if this combination!! The Fra Diavolo sauce isn't overly spicy by the way- definitely doable and spice may even be so subtle you forget it's there. It doesn't take too much away from the taste of the sauce itself. The Fra Diavolo sauce was our personal favorite because it adds another layer to your marinara sauce, although both were delectable!! Entrees: -Farfalle Leonardo: (Bow tie-shaped pasta tossed with shrimp, portabella mushrooms and garden peas sauteed in a flame-roasted pepper creamy pink sauce.) soooo DELICIOUS from first bite to finish! I thoroughly enjoyed the sauce and accompanied with the mushrooms and red pepper it had really nice flavor. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Only comment is shrimp was a bit tougher than I'd like but other than that: PERFECT! -Aragosta Ravioli: (Lobster filled homemade jumbo ravioli topped with shrimp and bits of lobster meat in a light seafood pink sauce.) so AMAZING! The sauce is unique in that it has a certain layer to it that adds depth to the dish. Also the ravioli was definitely homemade and stuffed with a tender mix of lobster meat and also topped with beautiful pieces of lobster meat. Such an awesome experience as always and will definitely be back to try all of the above again and hopefully more! YUM.

    Prosciutto panini

Came here with some coworkers who always order pizza for staff meetings and rave about it so I had higher expectations. I was a bit disappointed but I guess it's a basic pizza place restaurant quality rather than an Italian restaurant quality. The seating area was very nice and clean and the server was friendly but the food was subpar. I ordered the artichokes franchese and prosciutto panini. The artichokes lacked any flavor at all, not even a hint of lemon. The bread for the panini was not toasted and the flavors just didn't hit. I'm not even sure what the dipping sauce was because it had no taste at all. I would give this place another shot tho and try maybe a pasta or shrimp dish. Prices seemed pretty reasonable and it's on the foodie card.

Food was delicious, the prices were very good. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very respectful and helpful. It smelled and tasted amazing.

Would like to update to say the pizza here is truly amazing. The crust is soft, the sauce , delicious, and the pizza reheats well! Also, they have some of the best garlic knots on Long Island!

Vinny my love! If you want good food, you need to come here! The food is ALWAYS consistent-call ALWAYS!! Beat food around!

Thankfully they were, because that's when I found Zach and the Mung bean. The establishment doubles as a vitamin/supplement shop, in addition to serving up fresh juice and smoothies. The options are plentiful (juices, smoothies, wheatgrass shots) and REAL! Unlike some major chains who use fruit concentrate, etc. All the fruits and veggies used are kept in a large double door cooler towards the back of the store. If you're getting a juice, they'll juice it to order and right in front of you. I was given a few samples of other customer juice/smoothie orders, in a 1oz taster which is a nice touch but also a good strategy to keep you coming back to potentially order something new the next time around. Overall the customer service is great, the ingredients are quality, and the prices are fair!

The only downside is that they don't serve hard liquor, but they do offer beer, sake, and tea. Their homemade chili oil is absolutely on point and adds the perfect kick to just about everything. What keeps us coming back isn't just the food it's also the outstanding service. Our waitress, "Cherry", has become one of the reasons we love dining here. Unfortunately, things have definitely changed. The vibe that once made this place special just isn't there anymore. On a Friday night, the atmosphere feels flat, and even the lighting could use some work (Too Bright) it would benefit from being dimmed to create a more inviting and energetic setting. The staff doesn't seem as engaged as they once were, and sadly, the food isn't hitting the same either. The biggest disappointment, however, has been the music. The DJs don't seem to know how to read the crowd. When most of the room is sitting down and barely even bobbing their heads, it's probably time to switch things up and get some energy flowing. The one bright spot is Mike behind the bar. He's still on point, keeps the drinks coming, and provides the level of service that keeps customers happy. I truly enjoyed this place in the past, which makes it even more disappointing to see it heading in this direction. I'm hoping management takes notice and brings back the atmosphere that made people want to keep coming back.

I usually eat inside the restaurant, but today I placed a to-go "You Pick Two" order, and the quality was completely different. The salad portion was much smaller than it should be, several ingredients were missing, and the few ingredients included were not fresh at all. The half sandwich was also incomplete. For the amount of money I pay sometimes twice a week this is not worth it. When I eat inside the restaurant, the salad portions are larger and the sandwiches are complete, so this inconsistency is very frustrating. I also want to add that I drive 15 minutes to get to this location, and after discovering the issues with my order, I did not want to drive back just to make a claim. Customers should not have to spend extra time and gas to correct mistakes. Additionally, the tables are often dirty, and they allow non-customers to use the bathroom. There are frequently homeless individuals using the restroom, and because of what goes on in there, I did not feel safe taking my children to use it. This situation needs to be taken seriously by management. A supervisor should address the food quality, cleanliness, and safety concerns immediately. As a loyal customer, I expect much better from Panera.
