The food is amazing, just don't order a surfside vodka drink. Found out when we got the bill that they charge $15 for one surfside. Unfortunately I ordered two and paid $30 for the two drinks. Way overpriced on those drinks. Like I said the food is amazing, staff is awesome but just go with a beer or a water. Used to be really good pizza with decent customer service. Now it's below average pizza with terrible customer service. Thursday, November 20th at 12:30PM. Ordered 3 specialty slices and asked for them to be medium warm, not too hot. 2 of the slices come on the verge of burnt and scalding hot. Completely dried out with shattering, cracker consistency crust. Inedible. I ask nicely if they could just redo them or offer two regular cheese slices if they don't have the specialty slices available. I even awkwardly apologize and say sorry to be a bother, but can we get this right? The kid behind the counter barely acknowledges me- with a scowl so big it looks as if someone just deleted his Fortnite account- he begrudgingly gives me two of the worst tasting, old slices they could find. No sorry, no thank you, no offer to just give two additional slices and let me keep the two burnt to crisp ones they would have thrown out anyway. I really don't understand what's so hard about putting the slices in the oven for 30 seconds and then taking them out instead of leaving them in for four straight minutes after the customer says " not too hot, please". I wish I could give it 3.75 stars, because the food is really good. Probably the best chicken Caesar wrap I've ever had in my life. But holy hell is it expensive! I got 2 THIN grandma slices (very good, but overly thin, even for grandma style)..and a wrap. $24.50. None of the ingredients inside a chicken Caesar wrap are expensive. I could have gotten an entire specialty pie for that price and fed a family of 4. That being said, I will be going back to try their other offerings. Have dined in twice in the last two weeks. The food and service overall were very good. The problem came when I ordered a decaf. I asked for fresh which the server accommodated---she made a new pot. I also asked for half and half, when I ordered, which I assumed she gave me. It's only after that she tells me they don't have any. No big issue. I'll drink my decaf with milk. It's when I ask for a refill that things go awry. She had left the check on the table and goes to pick it up. I tell her that I hadn't paid yet. She then tells me that she needs to adjust the bill. I was going to be charged an extra $3.50 for a refill!!!! You have got to be kidding me. On Super Bowl evening with the place 90% empty, I seriously doubt that anyone will be ordering a decaf---which means you will be tossing it out anyway. Here was a golden opportunity to win points with a customer and you blew it. My friend and I looked at each other. How chintzy can you get. These are the little things that businesses do that drive customers away. Trust me they were doing a landmark business this evening with takeout. While we waited, we noticed the many different pizza's that they had available, and the many customers that they were busy serving. Since this was my first time to this restaurant, I assumed it was the best pizzeria in town, or just the only one. Finally tried Fattusco's Really solid pizza and really friendly staff. We ordered a pepperoni pizza (Neapolitan style) and garlic knots to pick up and it was fast and easy. Garlic knots are a little more refined than your average pizza place that's just coated in garlic. Would recommend and go back for more! read more

Fattusco's is way above a regular pizza place. The menu has some interesting options. We started with a margarita slice and the calamari. The calamari was perfectly cooked. The sauce they serve with it is excellent. The Margarita slice was very good too. For our entrées we got an order of chicken Franchise and a chicken dish that had Pears and Gorgonzola cheese with a brown sauce. Both were very good. This little unassuming place produces good food. Usually these type of places either do pizza good or pasta good. This place nails both. We ordered takeout and got a grandma pie, roni pie, penne ala vodka, cacio e Pepe and a delicious salad with grilled chicken. Everything was awesome. Highlights for me were grandma pie (perfectly square thin and so fresh). The penne was awesome too. Indulgent but not too saucy.
