Extremely disappointing experience. The food was poor quality, overpriced, and not worth the money. The drink prices are absolutely through the roof $16 for a Smirnoff drink is ridiculous!!On top of that, the staff was seemed more interested in standing around talking and sitting on their phones than actually helping customers. We have always ordered take out from Twisted, EG. It is always hit or miss. Last night was a definite miss. A small meat lovers pizza was burnt. Actually black most of the crust and 1/2 of the toppings. I'm really surprised they let this pizza leave the building. This shows they really don't care of their quality. I did not ask for "well done". We also ordered the Chef salad, no ham, extra provolone and vinaigrette dressing. It had very little american cheese. I was charged for extra cheese. The tomatoes were mush(getting old). It's unfortunate there is no quality control on a long standing family business. Such a disappointment. So... haven't been to Twisted in quite awhile. Beautiful day and decided to give it a try, sit on the patio and watch Main Street, EG go by. House wine was $8.... Not a large pour. Asked for our pizza "crispy". Wish I had taken a picture cause, basically, the cheese was blackened (burnt). Received the check ... apparently they charge 4.3% extra for using a credit card. Our bad for not noting this in the menu.... Who looks at the menu when you're there for pizza? Server was pleasant - no issue there. We've gone in here many times and prices were very reasonable. Last night we went in and had 5 vodkas w club soda or cranberry juice an appetizer and salad and the check was 112.00. Are you kidding me! I eat at Laura's and drink more and get full dinners and an app and that's about what our check would be or at many other restaurants. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally got a chance to! Their outdoor seating worked great on a rainy day. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and some buffalo boneless wings. The pizza was great! A bit on the greasy side, but still good. The wings were not good, would not recommend getting them. Wow - my last review was from 2009 - 3 whopping stars. 12 years later, Filippou's is done. I don't go here for the pizza, but instead the burgers and grinders. The burgers are excellent, but quality control at Filippou's has gone from some to none. For the last 3 or 4 orders I've placed for pickup, something has been wrong. The burgers have been missing items, and tonight's burger was the completely wrong one. Souvlaki sauces vary from order to order. Items have completely been left out of the bag. You name it, Filippou's has done it. On my last visit, I checked the order before I left, and it was missing a few items. After they remedied it, I asked for the manager. Although he was courteous and apologetic, he tried to excuse the problem away by stating that they were shorthanded. Now, I got my burger. Someone took the time to make it. I can only assume that they saw a ticket that said "burger" and made one. But the ticket also should have sad "medium rare" (it was well done), egg (missing), and bacon (missing). I did not order tomato, but that was randomly on it. The problem has NOTHING to do with staffing levels, but more likely people in the kitchen are not paying attention. And other reviews here state the same problems. This repeat customer is pretty much over it. 4 chances are 2 too many. read more

Have ordered from Twisted many times. We ordered a large pizza, wings and a tossed salad for delivery. It was 15 mins late - not a problem. But the pizza was burnt all across the top, and cold. Wings were also cold. We called to complain immediately and they offered to make a new one or credit us. I have 2 kids who couldn't wait any longer so we opted for the credit. The woman on the phone hung up on me after I said the credit, but still hasn't me anything or reverse the charge on my credit card. Awful. 2 stars because the tossed salad was fine. read more

Been going here for well over a decade. looks like they just added a three percent "convience" fee now if you use a credit card. I get when businesses charge this if you spend under $5 but to charge this on 30-40-50 dollar orders is ridiculous to me. It was my birthday and I had 12 for dinner. When they still hadn't arrived by 5:45 and I called again, they had not even left yet. It finally arrived around 6:00pm and food was mediocre or bad. Calamari and clams were burnt and chewy, pizza was burnt, oily and cheese slipped off and pasta was packed so poorly, plastic lid was crushed and part of the contents had slipped out.
