Stopped for a bite to eat after single track biking at Atwood. Turned out to be a great choice. It's a bar and grill that has delicious bar food. We had a smash burger and basket of fries, which was heaping! Both hit the spot! Service was fast and food was good. Appreciate that they had Chicago Bears glasses. read more

Made a stop here for a quick lunch with the kids. Hamburgers came out over cooked, one order didn't even come out until everyone else was almost done,and hot dog fell through the bun. Our waitress, although nice, was slow and wasn't going to go out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. All food comes out plain so if you want toppings on your burgers or hot dog you will need to request it. Good place for a cold beer and fries. I can't say I would come here again for the food. read more

I went with some coworkers and we all opened tabs with the bartender, she server rarely came around to the table. when they had a shift change they didn't properly close our tabs so some tabs were left open even though everything was paid for, the waitress opened new tabs and added things to it without just switching them over, so my card got charged for stuff that was already paid for. When I called the manager openly admitted the waitress messed up and said she'd call me back to resolve the issue, I've called 3 separate times with no call back. I've been here twice in the last month. Both times I had a good meal and great service. This is a little locally owned bar/grill in New Milford. The interior atmosphere is more of a sports bar and grill than a restaurant. The dining area and bathrooms were clean ad well maintained both times I was there, once for lunch and once for dinner. Each time I went the food was good. One of the burgers I ordered was fantastically awesome, the Western Burger. I loved that one, great flavor. I was really impressed. The second time I had the Rodeo burger. Not as good, but I still enjoyed it. With my burger you had a choice of sides. Both times I ordered the Macaroni Salad. WOW, that is good macaroni salad. The waitress told me the first time I was there that it was a local favorite, I can see why! This is not a high end classy restaurant. This is not a fancy foodie place. This is your typical side of the road bar and grill. If you're not into that type of place, don't come here. If you like a nice relaxed atmosphere with decent food for a decent price. This is the place to go in New Milford. You can't go wrong with it. read more

Don't go. I had a valuable ring stolen at this restaurant by a server. We took a peek inside the kitchen and should have called the health department. This place should stick with cheap drinks, and dirty popcorn from the greasy machine at the front. read more

Okay drink prices. They have pretty good food specials every day. Went for the Friday fish fry and it was pretty good. Got salad bar, choice of ayce fried shrimp or cod, and choice of potato. I got the cod and my boyfriend got the shrimp. We both thought it was pretty good. Nice place to get some greasy bar food and a drink. They do have a problem with the waitresses, though. Everything seems to take forever. There is always a long wait for food, which isnt the waitresses fault but its still annoying. I dont think they have an good waitresses. Some are okay and some are really terrible. One time we waited 10 minutes after getting our food, to get the tarter sauce and cocktail sauce. The food is good but I wish the service would get better. They have volleyball in the summer and karaoke some nights. I hope they've gotten another mic since the last time I went there. I don't sing alone and its not fun to share your mic. read more

Last night we went to the Filling station - we heard some nice reviews. We were taken back when we had to walk thru the people smoking to get to a door which tells us gangs cant wear their colors. We went in, took a seat, waited 20 minutes and no one came to are table to take our order. Finally just walked out. So much for trying a new place. read more

Stopped by for lunch last Monday or Tuesday and had the pork tenderloin special. It was huge and delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. It also came with cole slaw which I didn't care for but I'm fussy with slaw. read more

I come in with my friends on Saturdays and its always a great time! Bartenders are fun and never have to wait for our drinks.

They have the best burgers in Rockford. They grind their own meat and steam the buns. You can add whatever you want to the burger. Honestly I am a huge cheeseburger freak and they have the best. The place is clean and servers are nice. It is more of a bar/grill type place, but I bring my kids in for lunch. Not sure how much the drinks are, I am more of a coke person, but they do have free refills of pop. read more

Ordered the pork tenderloin and was very dissappointed, sure it was big enough, however it was three times as big as the bun but tasted like cardboard and was thin as that as well. I will try something else next time, and as slow as they were you think they could take the time to MAKE a good pork tenderloin instead of pulling it out of the box and throwing it in the fryer.. read more

We have had AWFUL experiences here. The drinks are weak and the bartender is very rude. The entire place is very unprofessional. We tried going a few times as we all know that everyone has a bad night once in awhile... the experience was just as terrible each time. I'll never go back. read more

By far the WORST place with the most pathetic excuse for customer service! Took forever to even have a chance at ordering 4 easy drinks. By the time we get them at least 30minutes after ordering, they were wrong, terrible, and one drink was clearly forgotten about(we didn't bother asking for it again, as we didn't want to wait another 12yrs). As for the drinks we did get, the fuzzy navel was pure orange juice, the margarita was wrong and obviously had been sitting long enough for it to settle, the Jameson and sprite was all sprite, and the Guinness never made it to the table. The servers attitude could've used some major improvement. All we heard was excuses on why she sucked at her job that night, more of her sour facial expressions, and poor attitude. We gave her the drinks back and told her just to keep it since it was all wrong, which she then said, "I'll have to end up comping everyone drinks tonight." This place is freaking awful. Friday and Saturday night karaoke is a blast. When I come in to the bar I have heard MY song play because the DJ gets to know what your favorite song is. That is cool. It really feels welcoming to enter a bar and have the staff recognize you and then play a song for you. Come on man, no other bar has ever done that for me. It can be hit and miss with the crowd earlier on but once 1:00 AM rolls around it typically gets busy with the bar crowd from Rockford coming out as those bars start to close. The DJ has a lot of fun with the crowd because he actually knows many of the regular singers and bar crowd. The bouncers here do not take any shit from anybody. I have seen a couple fights inside but the staff is super responsive and gets the assholes outside quickly. Bottom line, this bar is as close to the "Cheers" bar as I have ever seen. The more you come out here and get to know the people that make this place their home away from home the cooler it becomes. The people here are extremely welcoming and are always looking for another friend to have a good time with. read more
