Fresh greens, croutons and tomatoes. Wonderful salad. We ordered the 10" Cowboy Pizza that had slices of their meatballs, jalapeno slices, cheese and pepperoni. It was superb!! This pizza place was coincidentally within our hotel, so we had to end up eating here one night as very few places were open late. This place is open till 10pm, which helps when spending most of the day outdoors. It seems like the pizza is popular both with hotel guests and local residents as we saw a lot of takeout orders. We tried the special pasta as well as the California dream pizza. We enjoyed both items. The only reason they get a star docked is for not having the full set of condiments, such as garlic powder and oregano. Those are simply must-haves! Location was very odd.And it was difficult to tell where to go inside to pick up the pizza. This pizza place is inside the lobby of a hotel. Once I realized that I thought it'd be horrible. Who would have thought one could find pretty decent pizza in a hotel lobby? And a Best Western no less! Well Fillmore Pizza Kitchen is one of those places. First location information, it's the complex on the NW side of I25 and Fillmore. There is a Chiba Hut there, the Best Western and I think a few other things. The Best Western has construction going on, the parking lot is currently dirt/gravel. You go in the main hotel lobby, turn to the left. It's kind of nondescript. Big room with tables. It looks like the area is also used for breakfast. Service was friendly and fine. We spilt a pizza Half cheese and half andouille sausage pepperoni and onions. We also ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer it came with marinara for dipping. The sausage made my part spicy (which is a good thing) overall we like the pizza and the service was good. Nothing to complain about, but I'm critical or tough on my reviews, good pizza friendly service but in a big room that's used for breakfast makes it three stars for me. We have been looking for a good Pizza goto and we have finally found it! I seen reviews about how people cannot find this place. It was simple to locate nice large signage. Navigation got me right there no problems! Once we went inside we were immediately greeted and our beverage order was taken! We decided to go with the 14" Deluxe pizza and they happily removed the two toppings we did not want. we received our pizza in a short amount of time! And it was perfect crust had a nice crisp but not over done. I was very pleased with the generous amount of toppings! The service was excellent! The small but comfortable bar has a surprisingly good selection of beer on draft, & the bartenders (Amanda & Katie) are complete gems. Salads are really good. We have been wanting to try this place out. We had a party of 8 so we call ahead. They were very accommodating. Our server was very attentive and food was great! We had a meat lovers pizza & was not greasy. Even though there were other customers there it was great to go to a place that was not noisy. When I heard they were in a hotel I thought it was a little strange but I love the concept that businesses are using there unused space (Dinner time) to bring in more business. We will be back!!! 7 Feb 23 - visited this pizza establishment today for lunch which is in a new hotel with three friends. One of my friends had a coupon so she wanted to try their pizza. We had a real friendly waiter so when he brought the menu I saw that they had lasagna on their menu so I decided to order it. I am very picky when it comes to ordering lasagna but it was delicious and it came with two home made rolls which I shared with my friends. I also let them try my lasagna and they loved it. Brought my leftover lasagna home so that my husband could have some for dinner. The pizza dough is homemade and my friends loved the two pizzas they ordered. The reviews are what got us in the door, as who would think that a hotel would have a good pizza place. We were surprised at how nice it was inside. The tables had black table clothes and red candles on them. It was very nice and we felt slightly underdressed. They have multiple TVs to watch sports ads you have an after work drink or 2 or 3. The Moscow Mules were delicious and the Lemon Drop Martini was very refreshing. The spinach artichoke dip was very good and is made in-house. It came with bread, celery and carrots. Drive all day and checked in to our Best Western Plus not really wanting to get back in the car to find a place to eat. Luckily, our hotel had just opened this very fine pizza kitchen offering home made pizza and calzones, pasta and marinara and meatballs. We had the 'build your own' calzone with fresh mushrooms, mozzarella, black olives and Italian sausage. The crust was light and crispy and delicious. Yes, this pizza restaurant is located inside a Best Western but it is fantastic pizza! With few options available around 9 pm, my wife and I decided to give this place a shot and we both left extremely satisfied. We ordered a large cheese and Cesar salad. The waiter was attentive and knowledgeable and shared that the Cesar dressing was made in house. The dressing was fresh and flavorful and the pizza was crisp and cheesy with a good amount of sauce. You can get a great cheese pull from this pizza, if that's your thing. We closed with the giant cookie and ice cream for dessert and the waiters recommendation made it better. He also shared an off menu dessert that included a special sauce, which he happily allowed us to add to our cookie order, which came out soft, warm, and delicious. The service was great, the people were friendly, and the pizza was outstanding. I had to California Dream and found it to be about perfect. Perfect crust, nice flavors. Overall, a winner! I was not impressed at all. We ordered two salads for four people and they were just average. The vinagrette was pretty good but the waiter spilled a container on the son in law, with just a woops and no offer to compensate for ruining the shorts. The garlic knots came out next and were very bland with no garlic flavor, and the sauce was just very tomato flavor with no seasoning. The pizza came out and tasted more like a frozen pie heated and the small pieces of sausage were sliced very thin and no flavor anyway. The waitress was the only positive trying hard but it was a challenge with serving subpar food. You know the old saying, once is enough, its true, will not be back. read more

I won a gift card in a raffle so I decided to check it out! The cheese and crust are really done right. I wish they had more topping options-tried to do a margherita style pizza but no fresh basil so I opted for mushroom and olive on 1/2 and pepperoni other half. Tried the Caesar salad and spinach artichoke dip. A lot of food for two people but it was really good and we polished off the 14" pizza. Wish the dip came with more veggies.
