Came again and learned... SATURDAY-SUNDAY Happy Hour is 11am - 4 pm!!!! The build your own nachos menu is also live! We ordered corn chip nachos with grilled chicken most of the veggies house Blinn cheese and different sauces as well as the pick two dips with guacamole and queso Blanco. Great idea for a restaurant! We went to Goat Patch ,next door for a beer and tried Nacho Matrix for lunch. The nachos are big and shareable. Half dozen different flavors plus other options. We got the chicken green chili. Delishious! When we got through the top and down to the layers without toppings, we scooped up toppings from underneath. Who does that! It was a great surprise! Nacho Matrix wasn't very busy so they even delivered our nachos to Goat Patch. Great service! We're coming back with friends next time. Maybe have to take advantage of their full bar. read more

In the mood for a margarita and some nachos we came here for a quick bite. They have a happy hour everyday, I chose the house margarita since it was only $6. It was great, strong and tasty. We chose the colorado nachos to share and made them surf n turf style! The meat was tender and not over cooked. They did a great job at getting cheese all over the chips, making every bite perfect! Only thing we wouldn't have done is ordered the dip trio app. It was basically everything that came on our nachos. That wasn't the restaurant's fault, that was just us making a rookie move. Wait staff was great ...but my $18 ($24 with tip) nachos were a gross disappointment. Come on my dudes. Kids huffing paint can make better f-ing nachos. What little steak there was tasted great but definitely not the right portion size. Rather than real cheese and an oven to melt it, I got a cold, possibly milk-based adhesive. Like... When the Lincoln Center first opened I tried to go there several different times over the months. I finally wrote it off, no food other than trucks and the whole place was lethargic. Driving back from depositing my ballots I dropped in to see what was what. Still a food truck in lot so my hope of a good meal diminished. I stuck my head in and asked if they served food. Boy! and Howdy! I had the shrimp skillet and a beer. Sublime. On our way home from grandkids house I suggested the two of us get a bite. I was torn between getting the shrimp again and exploring their menu. So my wife-unit ordered shrimp, I got the 7 (8?) layer skillet. Both were good but my favorite is the shrimp skillet. Noise level acceptable, very clean and bartender took good care of us. Wife-unit usually gets a 7 and 7 but they didn't have Seagrams Seven, bartender suggest substituting Jamesons which surprised me. I think it workds better than Seagrams! read more

Enjoying our time at the Lincoln Center and Nacho Matrix did not disappoint. Immediately greeted and offered a menu with a gracious welcome! We ordered the churros with caramel and chocolate to go as we were enjoying beers across the way at Goat Patch. The server was so wonderful and when I checked on the churros being ready, when they needed a couple More minutes I said I'd come back from across the way. A few minutes later she arrived with our dessert, napkins and to go silverware! The churros were crisp and light, caramel so creamy and perfectly sweet with the chocolate mousses bittersweet counterpoint being a nice break to our sugary end. Navigating into the building was a little weird it's kind hidden behind a gate where you have to walk to one end to get to the entrance. I walked in and was informed I could sit anywhere. It's a fairly small shop and has a somewhat weird layout. My server came over and explained the menu and how to order custom nachos or a prebuilt menu item. Literally the greatest nachos I've ever had in my life. The plate was huge with enough food for two hungry people to share. Stopped at Goat Patch for a beer with friends and grabbed an order of chicken & green chili quesadillas on my way home. I was starving so the food hit the spot. I also got some Josh and John's ice cream, which they serve (bonus!). My quesadillas were good enough but honestly nothing special. I thought the food was expensive for what I got. Though, in all fairness, restaurant food is ridiculously expensive right now! I just know I could go elsewhere (like Patty Jewett) and get a more generous serving for less than $14. Other than the food trucks (also ridiculously expensive), Nacho Matrix is the only place in the Lincoln Center to get food, so people are likely happy to have some decent bar food to go with their Goat Patch beer. read more

It is a great concept but unfortunately falls far short on quality. Saw it advertised on Fox21 and took my family to check it out. Ordered the Colorado, Baja nachos and stuffed jalapeños. The jalapeños were raw and not cooked-not sure if it was supposed to be that way but would have been better cooked. Colorado surf and turf nachos were terrible. First the steak was shredded stewed beef instead of steak and super dry. The only thing on it was this stew beef and refried beans. It was terrible and they forgot the shrimp and veggies and any sauce-super dry. Asked about the shrimp and they brought out 5 super small shrimp. The Baja nachos at least had toppings and was better than the Colorado or jalapeños. Again the shrimp was very small and only about 5 or 6 but was supposed to be a half pound . Way too much money for what we received and was very disappointed in the food. We will not be back. read more

The staff is very kind! I tried to wonton tacos which were okay. The sauce has wasabi which I love, but it was a bit overpowering and made my nose burn a few times. Also, the pickles in the tacos weren't my favorite. I probably wouldn't get those again, but I'd go back to try something else! read more
