This is a beer bar in a converted house. Their tap list is quite extensive and covers a good range of styles of beer. They also have some wines available. The space is utilized really nicely across different rooms as well as the yard. Outside they have both covered/heated and uncovered tables. As big cider lovers, we were excited to discover Fill's while in town visiting the national park. We swung by one afternoon and enjoyed a flight of various ciders with a wide range in variety. They were all delicious. The service was wonderful and friendly and the atmosphere enjoyable and casual. If ever I'm back in the area, I'll certainly visit again. read more

I love this pace! We snagged pizza from Cascadia next door and walked over to Fill's for drinks. They let us eat inside while we were drinking which was super convenient. They have a great selection of drinks and we absolutely loved the staff. They all pets so there's a possibility there may be a handful of perfectly behaved four legged friends hanging out with their humans. I'm a huge fan of cider and this place offers a great selection of options. My favorite was #25 which was a cider boys craft; absolutely delicious and refreshing. read more

We hired Fill's Growlers last year for our event. The day before the event they called me to say that the Liquor Control Board (LCB) said they couldn't have the beer garden without a sponsoring non-profit. You would think folks in this business would know how to property handle the paperwork and details with the LCB for a beer garden. Not so. I managed to find a non-profit willing to sponsor the event and worked with the LCB and get a one-time approval for last year's beer garden, with no assistance from Fill's Growlers what so ever. We talked at the event and they assured us it wouldn't happen again so we decided to give them another chance for this year's event. Not so! This year I started communicating with Fill's Growlers, the LCB and a non-profit willing to sponsor the event in early April. I kept asking Danielle at Fill's Growlers to check in early with the non-profit and the LCB to get their ducks in a row in. Most of my emails went unanswered with the exception of a few where she kept telling me not to worry, they've been doing this for years and had it all under control. I continue to email and ask them to please check in early to make sure they had every detail nailed down and we didn't have a repeat of last year's debacle. Our event is this Saturday and last Monday she finally emailed me saying "we are good to go...". They chose not to communicate with the LCB until today and were told they we NOT good to go as they had not followed the guidance given and did not secure all the necessary paperwork with anon-profit to sponsor the event and the beer garden. I tried everything I could to fix this again like I did last year but they were to going to make an exception a second time. So now I am left holding the bag for a huge community event that has been advertised for months to be having a beer garden. The absolute lack of caring and concern, lack of good business practices and lack of solid communication with everyone involved is an indicator of a total lack of business integrity. They still haven't bothered to call me and let me know that the LCB told them they couldn't be there on Saturday. I only knew because I have a relationship with our LCB agent and he gave me a call to let me know where things were at. Fill's Growlers is absolutely the last business I would refer to anyone!! Rude. We walked in with a baby after the pizza shop next door recommended and thought babies were allowed on the picnic tables outside. The lady at the counter didn't even greet us before shouting "babies are not allowed in the premises at all". We saw the no minors sign on the door and wanted to ask about being outside but we left and won't be back. read more

Since my last review. Fill's has moved about 50 yards into an old house. Yes they now have a very homie environment. Still a great selection of beer, but with more room. Still a nice neighborhood place. I still highly recommend it. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. There is usually a high end hot truck here. And Cascadia Pizza Co is next door. We have been here about 6 times and staff always friendly. They let you bring Pizza from next door which is great pizza. The last time I was there they had lots of space outside to eat and drink and when I really did not like my beer I selected they swapped it for another with no issues and a smile. The staff said, " We want you to be happy so no charge" That goes a long way for return visits. Good overall beer and cider selection as well. read more

A friend and I went in to Fill's in June for our first visit. We sat at the small bar and had the sampler beer tray; the beers on tap were tasty and with a good variety. The owners are way cool, very personable and accommodating, and their dog Lucy is a treat. The vibe is chill and the pro shop is very cool (growlers, pint glasses, t-shirts, etc). I've been in several times, and there are usually some regulars in there, and the staff seem really nice to the regulars, but the service for others is usually a little slow. I love the beer selection here. And I love that it is dog friendly -- my pooch and I can post up with a pint after a long day. My only gripe is that the staff is not super friendly. I have popped in a few times recently, and while the staff yuck it up with certain customers, others don't really get the A+ friendly service. I was in the other night, and politely waited to order my beer while one staff member busily filled up growlers and pints for waiting customers. The owner jumped in to help out, but helped out the four people who had just walked in the door a full TEN MINUTES after I had been waiting. I will likely give it a few more tries, and may update my review in case I have just had a few experiences that were less than great. read more
