The quality of their work and the personal touch they bring to the table is second to none. I've read a few reviews on people saying that it took longer than they expected but, as someone who's mother worked at Noyes Insurance for over 30 years can attest, there is the original diagnosis and then when they start taking the vehicle apart there is a supplemental diagnosis for unseen damage that cannot be seen by the adjuster. When this occurs Vic fights for original parts and to make sure your vehicle is 100% and nothing less. Getting it done properly and the quality of their work is what matters. I haven't seen anyone in the area who paints any better than Matt and my truck looks brand new. They are the best around

He also told me not to open my trunk before I bring it into the shop because I might not have been able to close it. They looked at my car the same day of the accident! Luckily my insurance covered this accident but he was really upfront with me about everything which is amazing because I don't know much about cars. My car's trunk was misaligned due to the accident and it had a big crack in the bumper as well. My car looks amazing now after the accident!
