Blue Angel Tire and Automotive had been doing my oil changes, but they were closing within the hour; I went to Take 5; the manager John said he needed to replace my drain plug with an oversized plug, and advised me to return to Blue Angel Automotive to ask them to replace my oil pan. He then gave me an estimate right then for the repairs he said I would need "soon". Not right then, soon. I trusted him and what he was saying and had him do the repairs right then. My truck was ready the next day and he even coordinated with the dealer to make sure I knew where it would be to have it shipped. His honesty and knowledge made me confident enough to give him my business fixing what would have been needed anyway, there was no reason not to do it now with a mechanic I trust. Called them at 3 p.m. and the guy acted like they just got a look at it and then told me a whole bunch of expensive parts needed replaced (like ball joints, which were replaced less than 3K ago) and they never did the service I requested. I had the front end suspension inspected by a certified mechanic before I got the new tires and he replaced (1) part only and reported the rest of the suspension was in good shape. I believe Evan's tried to scam me by replacing parts that did not need replaced and futhermore they did not perform the service I requested. This was a complete waste of time. Wish we had a good, honest mechanic in town.

My battery was left loose and moving as I drove home and a huge stain of some sort of fluid on the engine fan shroud cover. All this after they kept my Jeep for a full week and I paid almost $1,200 for it. Less than 90 days later I saw the first leak ever, so I went back to find out what was wrong and it was the thermostat. They wanted almost $300 or more to replace it, when it would've only been an extra $50 - $100 if one of the 3 ASE Certified Mechanics had thought about it, or was it a way to be sure I would bring it back and pay more money? I do not recommend taking any chances with this repair shop. They used to be all about the Customers but now it is all about the billing.

We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

I went to budget breaks because they were down the street from me and the other company was a distant out my way. On top of that my breaks still making noise. I will never go there again nor refer anyone to them. I am a black woman and they took advantage of me after my car was in the air with parts removed. Never again . I told them I only had a certain amount which was the amount from the other company. So they only did half the job to get me to come back for more money. These guys are the devil from hell. I need my car on a daily basis and this was the only shop I contacted that gave me a specific date/time to bring it in to look at it rather than the other shops that wanted me to just drop it off and "maybe they would look at it that day." After confirming the problem James checked to see if the parts where in stock, which they were, and gave me a very reasonable estimate as well as a military discount which is always appreciated. He originally projected to be able to get the project done in one day but it ended up taking 2.5 days due to all the rust. The whole time I was kept updated on the progress and price stayed true to the initial estimate. Overall I appreciated the great communication, and excellent service! I highly recommend this place.
